چکیده
دراین تحقیق نظر است عوامل مؤثردرپیشرفت فرماندهی و مدیریت انتظامی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.این تحقیق, کاربردی است. روش این تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق 70 نفر از خبرگان صفی در تهران بزرگ هستند. روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق, هدفدار یا قضاوتی است. در این تحقیق اطلاعات مورد نظر به دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی جمع آوری گردید. نتیجه اجرای این تحقیق حاکی است فرماندهی انتظامی برای ایجاد خلاقیت در حوزه فرماندهی و مدیریت خود باید اقداماتی از جمله، دادن وقت برای خلاقیت، برقراری سامانه پیشنهادها، برگزاری جلسات، طوفان مغزی و ایجاد واحد مخصوص خلاقیت انجام دهد و برای آینده اندیشی مؤثر ترین فن آینده پژوهی یعنی بررسی تجربیات مدیران موفق را رعایت کند.The Effective Factors in Commanders and Managers Success of Knowledge in NAJA
In this study effective factors concerning the development of commandership and disciplinary management are to be evaluated. This study is practical and its methodology is descriptive-survey. The statistic population includes 70 people of the line elites in Tehran. Sampling in this study is objective. In this study the necessary information is collected through library study. The results show that the disciplinary commandership in order to make creativity in its commandership and management domain should take some actions like: specifying time for creativity, providing suggestion system, holding meetings, brainstorming and making special creativity unit. In order to think ahead the most effective skill, research about future, which is evaluation of the experience should be observed.
