چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی شایستگی های فرماندهان ناجا از دیدگاه نهج البلاغه اجرا شده است. در این پژوهش با تلفیق روشهای نظریه داده بنیاد و معادلات ساختاری به طراحی الگو اقدام شده است. بنابراین 160 مفهوم از مطالعه نهج البلاغه استخراج، و در دسته بندیهای دو گانه ای به ترتیب در قالب 33 زیر مقوله و ده مقوله کلان دسته بندی شد؛ سپس با استفاده از الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری روابط بین مقولات کلان تعیین، و الگوی ساختاری آن عرضه شد. تأثیر توان فکری بر مهارت اجتماعی با تأثیر 0.97 و تأثیر سلامت اعتقادی بر سلامت روانی با میزان تأثیر 0.91 به ترتیب مؤثرترین روابط به شمار آمد.Designing the Competency Model of NAJA Managers and Commanders from the Perspective of NAHJOLBALAGHE
his study tries to design a model of merits from the perspective of NAHJOLBALAGHE. In this study, a conceptual method is attempted to proposeby combine Grounded theory method with structural equation modeling concepts were extracted from the text in order to be classified in sub-categories and the sub-categories were classified in major categories. Then using structural equation modeling relationships among major categories these were explained by a conceptual model.The impact of mind power on social skills with and health of belief on spiritual health with pointed as the more effective relations respectively
