چکیده
یکی از اهداف اساسی حکومت اسلامی، رشد و تعالی انسان و ایجاد جامعه ای صالح، بالنده و پیشرو در پرتو نظام شایسته سالار است. لازمه این امر مبارزه با مفاسد و زشتی ها و ترویج معروف و فضایل است که تحقق این امر نیز تنها با حاکمیت صالحان و شایستگان در مناصب و پستهای سازمانی امکان پذیر است و این امر در مبانی اسلامی ریشه دارد. از این رو، این پژوهش در صدد تبیین مبانی شایسته سالاری با رویکرد اسلامی به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است که در آن به بخشهای هستی شناسی، انسانشناسی و ارزش شناسی از مبانی شایسته سالاری اشاره شده است.Explanation of the Foundation of Meritocracy with Islamic Outlook
ne of the basic goals of Islamic government is to grow and elevate human beings and to make a pious and pioneer society under shadow of the system of meritocracy. In order to get to this goal there should be a campaign against corruption and indecency and virtue and goodness should be spread and this can be possible only by virtuous and decent sovereignty in organizational posts which have its root in foundation of Islam. This study tries to explain the foundation of meritocracy with Islamic outlook by descriptive-analytical ways through which parts of ontology, anthropology and meritocracy from foundation of meritocracy are mentioned.
