چکیده
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تأثیر دوره آموزشی بصیرت بر نگرش رؤسا و فرماندهان کوپها نسبت به احکام شغلی انجام شده است. روش تحقیق شبه آزمایشی از نوع یک گروهی پیش آزمون- پس آزمون است به این ترتیب که با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه ، نگرش یک نمونه 500 نفری از ر ؤسای کوپها نسبت به موضوعات مختلف شغلی پیش از شروع دوره و پس از پایان آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهد که رؤسای کوپها در شش موضوع (توجه به معیشت کارکنان، اجرای دستورهای خلاف شرع، سهل انگاری در ادای فرایض دینی، اهمیت ندادن به عقاید و رفتارهای مذهبی، ضرب و شتم متهمان، استفاده از کارکنان در امور شخصی،) نگرش درست و صحیحی دارند ولی در دو مورد (بد رفتاری و مشکلات اخلاقی) نگرشی تا حدی درست دارند. علاوه بر این، می توان نتیجه گرفت که دوره آموزشی بصیرت اثربخش، و به بعضی از اهداف مهم خود دست یافته است.A Study on the Impact of Courses in Vision on the Attitudes of the Chiefs and Commanders of Police Stations toward Some of Their Behaviors
This study has been carried out in order to investigate the impact of training courses in vision on the attitudes of managers and commanders of police stations toward occupational orders. Research method is quasi-experimental, of the single-sample type, i.e. pre-test and post-test. Using a questionnaire, attitudes of a 500-member sample of chiefs of police stations toward different occupational subjects were examined prior to the beginning of the course and after the end of it. Results suggest that these chiefs have right and proper attitudes toward six subjects (i.e. paying attention to the staff's living, executing illegitimate orders, neglecting in fulfilling religious tasks, ignoring religious beliefs and behaviors, hitting the accused and calling them names, misusing the personnel for personal affairs) but their attitudes toward two issues (i.e. maltreatment and ethical problems) are to some extent right. Moreover, it can be concluded that the training courses in vision are effective and have achieved some of their important goals.
