چکیده
در گذشته واژه «بازرسی»، مفهوم و معنای منفی و نامطلوبی را در ذهن افسران و درجه داران سازمانهای نظامی و انتظامی ایجاد می کرد لذا این نیاز و ضرورت احساس شدکه چگونه می توان بازرسی را از این وضعیت و نگرش ناصواب بیرون آورد. این مقاله نتیجه بررسیها و تغییراتی است که در طول سالهای اخیر در مورد مفهوم، رویکردها و اصول بازرسی در سازمانهای نظامی و انتظامی بوجود آمده است. امروزه دو رویکرد اساسی(رویکرد ساختاری و سیستمی) برای «بازرسی» وجود دارد که بازرسان از آنها استفاده می کنند. بازرسیها در سازمانهای نظامی و انتظامی پنج اصل اساسی (هدفمند بودن، هماهنگ بودن، تمرکز بر بازخوردها، آموزنده و پیگیری) را دنبال می کنند.Principles and approaches of inspection in military organizations and law enforcement agencies
In the past the word of "Inspection" raised a negative and unwelcome meaning in the minds of officers and superiors of military organizations and law enforcement agencies. So, such a feeling of need and necessity was felt that how we can change this negative attitude. This paper is the result of reviews and changes that was made in the recent years about the concept, approaches, and principles of inspection in military organizations and law enforcement agencies. Nowadays there are two main inspection approaches (structural and systematic approach) which inspectors make use of them. Inspections in military organizations and law enforcement agencies follow five prime principles (meaningfulness, being concordant, concentration on feedbacks, being educative and the perseverance).
