چکیده
هدف این نوشتار خوانشِ تاریخیِ باستان گرایی در اندیشه روشنفکرانِ عصر ناصری است. توجه به گزاره هایِ روشنفکران، بدون توجه به سویه هایِ کاربردیِ آنان در بطن و متنِ مشکلات و مسایلِ سیاسی، اغلب تفاسیر را دچار خوانش هایِ غیرِتاریخی می-نماید. این نوشتار قصد دارد باستان گرایی در اندیشه روشنفکران را با در نظر گرفتنِ آرمانِ قانون خواهی و عدالت خواهیِ آن ها در بستر جامعه ای کیش محور بررسی کند. در دوره موردِ بحث ممالکِ ایران بواسطه حکومتِ شیعه مذهب قاجار تشخصِ «دارالایمانی» داشت. نظام هنجاریِ حاکم بر دارالایمان، با کاربرد خاصِ مفاهیمی همچون سعادت، کفار و فجار زاویه اخلاقی ای را تدارک دیده بود که راهیابی به جامعه مدنی(قانون مدار و عدالت محور) را با مشکل مواجه می ساخت. این نوشتار با دشواره دانستنِ مساله عبور از جامعه ای کیش محور به جامعه مدنی، این پرسش را مطرح می کند که، در فرایند این گذار باستان گرایی چگونه در اندیشه روشنفکران عصر ناصری محمل ظهور یافته است؟ فرضیه قابل طرح این است که تمجید از ایران باستان(باستان گرایی) در فرایندِ جدالِ ایدئولوژیکیِ روشنفکران برای تغییر صورت بندیِ اجتماعیِ کیش محور به جامعه مدنی رخ نمایاند. داده های این نوشتار از طریق روش کتابخانه ای و اسنادی جمع آوری می گردد و سپس با استفاده از روش خوانش متنِ اسکینر تفسیر می گردد.Ancient Iran; The ideological controversy of the modern intellectuals of Naseri To cross Religion-based community

The hypothesis is that the praise of ancient Iran occurs in the ideological controversy of intellectuals to change the formulation From religious community to civil society. The data of this paper are collected through the library and documentation method and then interpreted using the Skinner text reading method
