چکیده
هدف: با توجه به اهداف کتابخانه های دانشگاهی و اهمیت وب سایت ها در اشاعه اطلاعات بر طبق اهداف سازمان مادر به تمامی کاربران، باید وب سایت کتابخانه ها دسترس پذیر باشند تا به همه کاربران خود با توانایی های مختلف خدمت رسانی کنند. با این هدف به ارزیابی دسترس پذیری وب سایت کتابخانه های دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران پرداخته ایم. روش: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که برای گردآوری اطلاعات آن از روش های ارزیابانه و پیمایشی استفاده شده و جامعه پژوهش وب سایت کتابخانه های دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران بوده است. یافته ها: نتایج یافته ها نشان داد که وب سایت کتابخانه ها بر اساس ارزیابی دستی/ فنی، 21/39 درصد و بر اساس ارزیابی کاربران، 55/85 درصد دسترس پذیر بودند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین نظرهای کاربران در زمینه دسترس پذیری وب سایت تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. به عبارت دیگر سه گروه کاربران نظرهای یکسانی نداشتند. همچنین، بین دسترس پذیری وب سایت کتابخانه های دانشگاه های دولتی از نظر ارزیابی دستی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.Accessibility of Tehran Academic libraries based on technical Assessment and users experiences
regarding the objectives of university libraries and the importance of websites in dissemination of information to all users according to the objectives of mother organization, the websites of libraries should be accessible to provide all users of various capabilities with different services. Having this objective in mind, we evaluate accessibility of the website of the governmental university libraries of Tehran. Method: this research is applied study which used evaluation and survey methods to gather information. The population of research was the websites of governmental university libraries of Tehran. Findings: results showed that the website of libraries was accessible by 39.21% based on manual/technical assessment and 85.55% based on users evaluation. Results also showed that there was a significant difference among the users opinions about website accessibility. In other words, three groups of users did not have an equal opinion. There was a significant difference in the website accessibility of governmental universities as concerns manual assessment.
