واکاوی استانداردهای آموزشی بخش صنعت سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای ایران در پرتو انقلاب صنعتی چهارم (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مطالعه حاضر با هدف کاوش و ارزیابی این سؤال انجام شده که چگونه می توان از ظرفیت ها و استعدادهای انقلاب صنعتی چهارم برای، تدوین و توسعه استانداردهای آموزشی بخش صنعت سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای بهره برداری شود؟ برای بررسی اهداف این پژوهش از روش تحقیق اکتشافی استفاده شده است. درانجام این روش از روش فراترکیب در بخش کیفی (اسناد و مدارک علمی) و روش توصیفی کمی(پرسشنامه محقق ساخته) اطلاعات مورد نیاز از اسناد، گزارش ها و مقالات علمی چاپ شده مرتبط با انقلاب صنعتی چهارم، مهارت و استانداردهای آموزشی فنی و در مجلات معتبر انگلیسی و فارسی و سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای و شرکت شهرک های صنعتی خوزستان جمع آوری گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد: نخست: مهارت های دیجیتالی، تحلیل داده، امنیت سایبری، حل مسئله، خلاقیت، ارتباطات، همکاری انرژی و فناوری انرژی تجدیدپدیر در انقلاب صنعتی چهارم در اولویت آموزش و یادگیری هستند. دوم شرکت های مستقر در شرکت شهرک های صنعتی اهواز در سطح مبتدی این انقلاب قرار دارند و درصد بسیار اندکی از دوره های آموزشی در این زمینه طراحی و اجرا شده است. سوم، استانداردهای آموزشی سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور و استان خوزستان در راستای تحولات مهارتی و استانداردهای صنعتی نوین بازنگری و بازطراحی نشده است. در نتیجه ضرورت بازمهندسی استانداردهای آموزشی بخش صنعت در پرتو تحولات انقلاب صنعتی در آموزش فنی و حرفه ای و نیازهای آموزشی شرکت های صنعتی احساس و عدم توجه به آن می تواند قدرت رقابت پذیری و کارایی و اثربخشی صنایع را با تهدید مواجه سازد.Analyzing the educational standards of the industry sector of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of Iran in the light of the fourth industrial revolution
The present study was carried out with the aim of exploring and evaluating the question that how can the advantages of the fourth industrial revolution be exploited for the formulation and development of educational standards of the industry sector of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization? Exploratory research method has been used to investigate the objectives of this research. In order to carry out this method, the meta-eval;uation method in the qualitative part and the quantitative descriptive method required information from documents, reports and printed scientific articles related to the 4IR, skills and technical education standards and It was collected in prestigious English and Persian magazines and technical and vocational education organization and Khuzestan Industrial Towns Company. The results of the research showed: First: digital skills, data analysis, cyber security, problem solving, creativity, communication, energy cooperation and renewable energy technology are the priority of education and learning in 4IR. Second, the companies based in Ahvaz Industrial Towns are at the beginner level of this revolution, and a few training courses have been designed and implemented in this field. Third, the educational standards of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of the country and Khuzestan,It has not been regulated in this regard. As a result, the necessity of re-engineering these standards is felt in the light of the developments of the industrial revolution in technical and vocational education and the educational needs of industrial companies, and not paying attention to it can threaten the competitiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of industries.
