تدوین راهبردهای میزبانی مسابقات ورزشی ارتش های جهان (سیزم) در جمهوری اسلامی ایران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف: هدف این پژوهش تدوین راهبردهای میزبانی مسابقات ورزشی ارتش های جهان (سیزم) در جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. روش: روش پژوهش، از نوع کیفی بود. این پژوهش، توصیفی و در حوزه مطالعات راهبردی قرار دارد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه افراد فعال در تربیت بدنی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، و متخصصین فعال در تربیت بدنی آجا و همچنین ورزشکاران و مربیانی که سابقه حضور در مسابقات سیزم را داشتند، بودند. نمونه آماری بصورت هدفمند از میان جامعه، انتخاب شد و تا حد اشباع نظری مصاحبه ادامه پیدا کرد (12 مصاحبه باز). ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مصاحبه و تبادل نظر با نخبگان، مطالعات کتابخانه ای بود. برای دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق با استفاده از روش دلفی فهرستی از نقاط قوت، ضعف ها، فرصت ها و تهدیدهای اخذ میزبانی و برگزاری مسابقات ارتش های جهان در ایران تهیه و در سه مرحله با نظر متخصصان فهرست تهیه شده نهایی شد.یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که موقعیت راهبردی کشور در زمینه میزبانی مسابقات سیزم در وضعیت so یا رقابتی قرار داشت. همچنین 9 راهبرد کلی در زمینه میزبانی سیزم در کشور توسط شورای راهبردی پژوهش تدوین گردید.نتیجه گیری: باید همکاری متقابل بین ورزش نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سایر فدراسیون های ورزشی در رشته های مختلف بصورت یکپارچه و هماهنگ انجام گیرد.متن
Compilation of hosting strategies for World Armies Sports Competitions (CISM) in the Islamic Republic of Iran
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to develop strategies for hosting the World Armies Sports Competition (Cism) in the Islamic Republic of Iran.Method: The research method was qualitative. This research is descriptive and in the field of strategic studies. The statistical population of the research included all people active in physical training of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, and experts active in AJA physical training, as well as athletes and coaches who had a history of participating in Sizm competitions. The statistical sample was purposefully selected from the community and continued until the theoretical saturation of the interviews (۱۲ open interviews). The tools used in this research were interviews and exchange of opinions with elites, library studies. To achieve the objectives of the research, using the Delphi method, a list of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of hosting and holding the World Army Games in Iran was prepared and finalized in three stages with the opinion of experts.Findings: The results of this research showed that the strategic position of the country in the field of hosting Sizm competitions was in a so or competitive state. Also, ۹ general strategies in the field of hosting Sysem in the country were formulated by the Research Strategic Council.Conclusion: mutual cooperation between the sports of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and other sports federations in different disciplines should be carried out in an integrated and coordinated manner.
