ارائه الگوی گذار فناورانه به نسل چهارم انقلاب صنعتی در صنعت خودرو (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف سنتز ادبیات گسترده در مورد گذار فناورانه به نسل چهارم انقلاب صنعتی صورت گرفته تا چارچوب جامع و یکپارچه ای از صنعت 4.0 را در قالب پارادایم صنعت خودرو ارائه نماید. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی است و با روش کیفی فراترکیب یا سنتز پژوهی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات انجام شده در بازه زمانی 2017 تا مارس 2022 می باشد، در این راستا 354 پژوهش در زمینه موضوع موردنظر ارزیابی و درنهایت 35 مقاله به صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید و با تحلیل محتوا و ترکیب ادبیات مربوطه با روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، درمجموع 107 کد 24 مفهوم، 7 مقوله کلیدی طی فرآیند جستجو و ترکیب نظام مند انتخاب و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کافمن تأیید گردید. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد مهم ترین مقوله های کلیدی شناسایی شده شامل؛ منابع، عوامل سازمانی، سیاست های دولت، عوامل فرهنگی، بازار، عوامل قانونی- حمایتی و محیط نهادی است که در سه رده عوامل اصلی، زمینه ای و محیطی دسته بندی شدند و درنهایت پس از طی مراحل هفت گانه پژوهش الگوی گذار فناورانه به نسل چهارم انقلاب صنعتی تدوین گردید. این پژوهش درک عمیق از ادبیات موجود در مورد صنعت4.0 را با سازماندهی عوامل مؤثر بر آن ارائه می دهد و می تواند در سیاست گذاری صنعت خودرو جهت گذر از فناوری های قدیمی به سمت فناوری های هوشمند مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.Providing a model of technological transition to the fourth generation of the industrial revolution in the automobile industry
The current research was conducted with the aim of synthesizing the extensive literature on the technological transition to the fourth generation of the industrial revolution in order to provide a comprehensive and integrated framework of Industry 4.0 in the form of the automobile industry paradigm. This research is practical in terms of purpose and it was done with the qualitative method of synthesis or research synthesis. The statistical population is all the studies conducted in the period from 2017 to March 2022. In this regard, 354 researches were evaluated on the subject and finally 35 articles were selected purposefully and by analyzing the content and combining the relevant literature with the open, central and selective coding method, A total of 107 codes of 24 concepts, 7 key categories were selected and analyzed during the systematic search and combination process, and its validity was verified through Kaufman's Kappa test. The results of the analysis showed that the most important key categories identified include; resources, organizational factors, government policies, cultural factors, market, legal-protective factors and the institutional environment, which were categorized into three categories of main, contextual and environmental factors, and finally, after going through the seven stages of research, the model of technological transition to the fourth generation of the industrial revolution It was edited. This research provides a deep understanding of the existing literature on Industry 4.0 by organizing the factors affecting it and can be used in the automotive industry policy to move from old technologies to smart technologies.
