چکیده
محیط پوبا و سرعت بالای تغییرات فناوری، از مهمترین محرک های توسعه فناوری و نوآوری در صنعت ICT است، سرعت بالای جریان دانش موجب شده بسیاری از شرکت ها در کسب و بکارگیری آن دچار مشکل و سردرگمی شوند. لذا توجه به بهبود ظرفیت جذب بازیگران فعال در این صنعت به منظور افزایش مزیت رقابتی در بازارهای بین المللی ضروری است. چراکه نشان از توانمندی سازمان در تشخیص اطلاعات بیرونی جدید، جذب و به کارگیری آن در راستای اهداف شرکت دارد. از آنجایی که ظرفیت جذب را می توان تابعی از تحولات محیط در شرکت دانست لذا همکاری فناورانه ما بین شرکت ها بعنوان یک عامل محیطی موثر بر سازمان، بر ظرفیت جذب موثر است، بدین ترتیب هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر بهبود ظرفیت جذب از طریق همکاری های فناورانه در اپراتورهای موبایل در ایران بعنوان یکی از پیشتازان حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است. این پژوهش با روش تحقیق آمیخته و با 5 فرضیه ارائه شده است. برای تحلیل نتایج حاصل از بخش کیفی تحقیق، از آزمون های تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که فرهنگ سازمانی، قابلیت پویای سازمان، گشودگی سازمان، خلاقیت و نوآوری سازمان، عوامل موثر بر بهبود ظرفیت جذب در همکاری های فناورانه در اپراتورهای موبایل می باشند.Effective factors in improving the Absorption Capacity in Technological Cooperation of Iranian Mobile Network Operators
Dynamic environment and high speed of technological changes are the most important drivers of technology development and innovation in the ICT industry. The high speed of knowledge flow has caused many companies to have problems and confusion in its acquisition and application. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to improving the capacity to attract actors active in this industry in order to increase competitive advantage in international markets. Because it shows the ability of the organization to detect new external information, absorb and use it in line with the goals of the organization. Since the absorption capacity can be considered as a function of environmental changes in the company, so our technological cooperation between companies as an environmental factor affecting the organization, affects the absorption capacity. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of absorption capacity through technological cooperation in mobile network operators in Iran as one of the leaders in the field of information and communication technology. In this research we used mixed method and presented with 5 hypotheses. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation tests were used to analyze the results of the qualitative part of the research. The results of this study show that organizational culture, organizational capability, organizational openness, creativity and innovation of the organization are effective factors in improving the absorption capacity of technological cooperation in mobile operators.
