چکیده
در عصر حاضر وضعیت رقابتی شدید در دنیای کسب وکار، شرکت ها را مجاب ساخته است که از تمامی ابزارهای موجود برای بهبود عملکرد خود استفاده کنند؛ زیرا عملکرد یکی از مهم ترین معیارهای سنجش موفقیت شرکت هاست. نوسان های بازار، عدم اطمینان محیطی، نیاز به استفاده بهینه از منابع و رسیدن به مزیت رقابتی، شرکت ها را به سمت استفاده از سیستم های تولید ناب و چابک برده است تا عملکرد خود را بهبود بخشند. هدف این مقاله بررسی تاثیر فعالیت های ناب چابک بر عملکرد شرکت در شرایط مختلف است. لذا پس از بررسی مبانی نظری، فعالیت های ناب چابک و ابعاد عملکردی آن شناسایی شده و تعامل پذیری شاخص ها با هم و میزان اثرگذاری فعالیت های ناب چابک بر عملکرد بررسی گردید. گردآوری داده های مربوط به تعامل پذیری فعالیت های ناب-چابک با استفاده از پرسشنامه مقایسه زوجی و از طریق برگزاری پنل تخصصی خبرگان صورت پذیرفت و داده ها به وسیله نرم افزار MICMAC تحلیل شد و تاثیرگذاری فعالیت های ناب چابک بر عملکرد و پایداری شرکت به صورت سناریوسازی و با روش شبکه باور بیزین و نرم افزار NETICA صورت پذیرفت. یافته های پژوهش بیانگر این است که درسناریوهای خوش بینانه، واقع بینانه و بدبینانه، پیاده سازی و استفاده از فعالیت های ناب چابک بر عملکرد مالی، غیرمالی و پایداری شرکت تاثیر مثبت می گذارد. همچنین با توجه به نظر خبرگان، شش سیگما، فناوری اطلاعات، کایزن و سیاست های حقوق و پاداش بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را در پیاده سازی تولید ناب-چابک در شرکت دارد.Modeling the assessment of Leagile activities effect on business performance using Bayesian belief networks
In the intense competitive environment of businesses, it is essential for companies to use all available tools in order to improve their performance. The existence of competition, market fluctuations, environmental uncertainty, the need for optimal use of resources, and reaching competitive advantage have led companies to use lean and agile production systems to improve their performance. Leagile activities are among the newest management tools that help companies simultaneously enjoy the benefits of lean and agile principles. Therefore, the main question of this research is that, in different situations, how leagile activities will affect the performance of companies? In this research, leagile activities and performance dimensions are identified. After studying theoretical foundations and research background, the interactive relations of indicators and the extent to which leagile activities affect performance were identified. The Pegah Milk Industries Factory in Khuzestan was investigated and analyzed as a studied case. Data gathering on the interaction of leagile activities was done using a pair comparison questionnaire through a panel of experts. Data were analyzed by MICMAC program. Furthermore, the effect of leagile activities on the performance and stability of the company was carried out in the form of scenarios and with the method of BBN systems and NETICA program. Findings of the research show that in normal, optimistic, pessimistic, and realistic situations purely agility have a positive impact on financial performance, non-financial performance, and inflexibility. According to experts, Six Sigma, Information Technology, Kaizen, and salary and reward politics have the most impact on the implementation of leagile production.
