چکیده
پس از اقتصاد کشاورزی و اقتصاد صنعتی، که به ترتیب زمین و منابع طبیعی، منابع کلیدی بودند؛ نوبت به اقتصاد دانش بنیان رسیده است که در آن دانش منبع کلیدی است. در راستای توسعه و به کارگیری دانش به منظور توسعه یک کشور، همواره عوامل متعددی می بایست موردتوجه قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش بعد فناورانه توسعه دانش بنیان یک اقتصاد تحلیل، و برخی از ابعاد کلیدی مؤثر بر آن شامل حقوق مالکیت فکری، نوآوری، انتقال فناوری به عنوان شاخص های کلیدی انتخاب و سعی شده است رفتار این شاخص ها در بستر یک اقتصاد دانش بنیان در 40 کشور با سطوح توسعه یافتگی بسیار زیاد، زیاد، متوسط و کم بررسی و مدلی مفهومی آن ارائه شود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بوده و در راستای جمع آوری ادبیات این حوزه از مطالعات کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. روش مورداستفاده در این پژوهش برای بررسی مدل مفهومی، مطالعات دسته دوم یا desktop research است. از 7 فرضیه مطرح در این پژوهش 5 فرضیه به طور کامل تأیید و دو فرضیه رد شده است.Studying the impact of intellectual property rights on the transfer of DUI-based technology and innovation in the context of knowledge-based economy in developed and developing countries
After the agricultural and industrial economy, which were land and natural key resources respectively, now it is the turn of knowledge-based economy whose key resource is knowledge. To develop and apply knowledge in order to develop the country, many factors should always be considered. In this research, technological dimension of knowledge-based development is analyzed, and some of the key dimensions affecting it including intellectual property rights, innovation, technology transfer as key indices are selected, and attempts have been made to study the behavior of these indices in the context of knowledge-based economy in 40 countries with extremely high, high, medium, and low development levels, and a conceptual model is presented. This research is descriptive type, and library studies have been used for collecting data. To examine the mentioned model, the second-class studies or desktop research method is used. Out of seven hypotheses in this study, five ones were completely confirmed and the rest rejected.
