Designing a Native Model for Assessment of the Effectiveness of Advertising(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of this research was to identify and rank the factors influencing the design of the native model for assessing the effectiveness of the advertisement. Firstly, according to the research literature, the criteria and sub-criteria influencing the effectiveness of advertising have been extracted, then the Delphi triple stages were used that the panel included 20 professors and marketing experts and 30 experts from the banking industry as well as clients It is used to extract the final indexes. Then, using the Fuzzy AHP method, the ranking of the criteria is considered. The extracted criteria are: demographic characteristics, individual feelings and attitudes of the audience, apparent features of the message, message content, market characteristics, cultural, economic, design and nature of the service, advertising methods. The results of the ranking of the results showed that the methods of advertisement, the design and nature of the service, the apparent features of the message, the emotions and attitudes of the audience, the demographic characteristics, the content of the message, the economic, market characteristics, cultural, respectively ranked first to ninth dedicated.

Moral intelligence is one of the most important factors that can increase effectiveness and efficiency, the two important factors that every organization wants to survive in a chaotic market and should concentrate more on them. This paper tries to investigate the association between effectiveness and legitimacy in different political systems, applying a documentary method. To do so, firstly the notion of effectiveness is introduced followed by the notion of legitimacy and then their asso-cnnnnnnn n eeeeeeeeee Snnce eee iiiiiical iirrraeeee ff eeeeeee effeciieeeess ss ccacce, iiis term was defined through its opposite terms like ineffectiveness and crisis. The legiti-macy of political systems in this paper contains different types of legitimacy including divine, popular and combined legitimacy. The paper concludes that the main problem of the states is not the challenges to legitimacy and effectiveness but the real challenge is to draw the trajectory of goals and limitations in policy making and decision making.

Choosing the right method for teaching is an important step in learning. Corporate trainers have always been interested in finding new ways to achieve effective learning. The present study seeks to improve language learning by measuring, comparing and prioritizing the effectiveness of three methods: traditional, blended and flipped method. In terms of purpose and nature, the present study was experimental and with respect to method it was quasi-experimental including a pre-test and a post-test designed with an equivalent control group. The participants consisted of 66 employees in an Iranian organization who were required to attend English language courses. The participants were sampled in accordance with training needs analysis results in the organization. Moreover, data were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics including mean analysis, standard deviation, F-way ANOVA, and Scheffe post hoc test using SPSS software version 25. The findings of the study indicate a significant difference between the three groups and the ranking of methods in terms of learning effectiveness from the highest to the lowest level includes; 1)Flipped 2) Blended 3) Traditional, respectively. The results showed that in spite of the high effectiveness of the flipped classroom to the other methods, some cultural differences such as family preference, feasts,  training customs and also resistance to new methods of learning hindered the allocation of sufficient time for practicing the lesson at home. In addition, such hindrances partially trace back to ancient Iranian culture. In conclusion, some suggestions were proposed to modify technology acceptance and other related weaknesses.

Teacher training programs in Iran have undergone extensive investigations and modifications since the establishment of educational institutions. This interest in teacher education has emerged from the innovative approaches to teaching suggested by the trends and findings of the time. Regarding the importance of curriculum evaluation in the EFL teacher education, this study mainly focused on the adequacy and effectiveness of the latest EFL pre-service teacher education curriculum through the eyes of the key stakeholders. Both quantitative and qualitative data were used in the study. The participants of the study were 227 teachers, teacher educators, and senior student teachers. The data were gathered through a 35-item Likert scale questionnaire on the curriculum courses with stated objectives for each course and semi-structured interviews. The findings revealed that the latest curriculum was adequately laid out and positively evaluated by the participants in terms of pedagogic and linguistic competence although there were some shortcomings and slight differences in the participants' perceptions. There were some slight perceptual differences among the participants. The findings of this study may provide some helpful suggestions for promoting the latest EFL pre-service teacher education curriculum.

One of the governmental research organizations is Research and Technology Organization (RTO), whose primary is to harness science and technology in the service of innovation or public bodies and industry, to improve the quality of life and build economic competitiveness. Despite the importance and role of research and technology organizations in the innovation system, previous studies have not addressed the concept of technology development projects' effectiveness implemented in RTOs. This study attempts to investigate this concept from two aspects: "the concept of effectiveness in research projects" and "the concept of effectiveness in RTOs" to define this concept in a research and technology organization (RIPI). To evaluate and implement the proposed framework, eight technology development projects are studied at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry. Based on the developed indicators and their weights, the effectiveness of eight technology development projects has been evaluated using ARAS, COPRAS, MOORA, and TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making methods.

Identifying the Components of the Fourth Generation University to Improve the Quality of Education and Research in Islamic Azad Universities

Purpose : The aim of this research was identifying the components of the fourth generation university to improve the quality of education and research in Islamic Azad universities. Methodology : This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The research population in the qualitative section was expert professors of educational sciences in Mazandaran province in 2019 year which according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 15 of them was selected by snowball sampling method. The research population in the quantitative section was faculty members of Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province in 2019 year with number of 1487 people which according to Cochran's formula, 305 people were selected by cluster sampling method by observing the ratio of the number of faculty members in university units. For data collection in the qualitative section were used from text review and semi-structured interview and in the quantitative section were used from 83 items researcher-made questionnaire that their psychometric indices were confirmed. Data were analyzed by methods of open, axial and selective coding and exploratory factor analysis in Maxqda2018 and SPSS-22 software. Finding : The findings of the qualitative section showed that the fourth generation university to improve the quality of education and research had 83 open codes, 16 axial codes or component and six selected codes or categories, which were included categories and components of causal conditions (with three components of scientific-social responsibility, environmental dynamics and organizational mission), contextual conditions (with three components of organizational values and structure, facilities and equipment and motivation), axial phenomenon (with one component of the role play of fourth generation university), interventions conditions (with three components of relationship with industry, organizing educational content and library empowerment), strategies (with four components of inclusive quality management, development of fields and mutual cooperation, faculty members participation in decision-making and interaction and teamwork) and outcomes (with two components of quality of educational and quality of research). The findings of the quantitative section showed that the fourth generation university to improve the quality of education and research had 16 components were included of scientific-social responsibility, environmental dynamics, organizational mission, organizational values and structure, facilities and equipment, motivation, role play of fourth generation university, relationship with industry, organizing educational content, library empowerment, inclusive quality management, development of fields and mutual cooperation, faculty members participation in decision-making, interaction and teamwork, quality of educational and quality of research which all of them had a good factor load and they together could explain 85.37% of the total variance. Conclusion : According to the results, higher education specialists and planners can design and implement programs to improve the quality of education and research in Islamic Azad universities by promoting the components of the fourth generation university.

Designing and Validating a Model of Effective Skill Training in Scientific-Applied Center

Purpose : The aim of this study was to design and validate the model of effective skills training in scientific-applied centers. Methodology : The method of the present study was applied based on the purpose and mixed type based on the nature of the data. The statistical population in the qualitative part of the research included all experts in the field of effective skills training, and 30 experts were selected using targeted snowball sampling method. The second group of the statistical population of this study in the quantitative part included all the official teachers of applied science centers in Mazandaran province in the number of 3,000 people who were selected by random sampling and snowball method of 608 people as the sample size. In the qualitative part of the present study, semi-in-depth interviews were used and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity and reliability of both instruments were evaluated and confirmed. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part of the theoretical coding was taken from the method of data theory of the foundation and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used to validate the model and determine the relationship between the identified factors. Findings : The results showed that in a total of 6 dimensions of career goals, instructor, environment, student, content and management, 28 components and 252 indicators of the dimensions of the skill training model are effective. Conclusion : Based on the obtained coefficients, it can be said that all indicators have an important and significant role in measuring the dimensions and components of the model of effective skills training system for scientific-applied centers of Mazandaran province

Identifying the Components of a Comprehensive and Local Model for Evaluation of the Education Effectiveness (Case Study)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the components of a comprehensive and local model for evaluation of the education effectiveness in Students working in Iran Khodro. Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose, an exploratory (qualitative) one in terms of collecting data, and the foundation data (qualitative stage) type in terms of research methodology; because the aim of an applied research is to solve the problem and eventually access information to make decisions and to meet immediate needs and problems. The statistical population of the study consisted of the students, managers and experts of Iran Khodro education as well as the experts in the field of evaluation of the education effectiveness. 11 people were selected using snowball purposive sampling method as a statistical sample. The data collection instrument was the semi-structured interview. The Auerbach & Silverstein six-step technique (2003), were used for analyzing the Findings: data obtained from the interview. The findings of this study showed that the model of education effectiveness evaluation in Iran Khodro Company includes the field dimensions (including components of period appropriateness and organizational support), input (including comprehensive components, curriculum, lecturer, facilities, equipment, and budget), process (including component of teaching-learning), and individual output (including components of reaction, learning, and behavior), organizational output (including financial and non-financial components), and social outputs (including customer satisfaction component). Conclusion: The evaluation model of organizational education effectiveness of Iran Khodro Company leads to its employees' awareness and development and ultimately leads to improvement of individual and organizational performance.

Purpose: the purpose of the current study was to produce a Model for the Effectiveness of Organizational Excellence and Agility in Urban Management on Physical, Social and Cultural Dimensions of Tehran Khak sefid area: Methodology: The method of the current study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data analysis was mixed research that is both qualitative and quantitative and is a descriptive survey in terms of method. The population consisted of 632 employees of Tehran's 4th district municipality, out of which 240 were selected according to Krejcie and Morgan table by simple stratified random sampling. The research instrument consisted of three researcher-made questionnaires including Urban Management Excellence Questionnaire consisting of 32 items, Agility Questionnaire on Urban Management comprising 41 items, and Physical and Social and Cultural Status Assessment Questionnaire of White Land including 27 items. For their reliability after a pilot run among 40 statistical samples by Cronbach's alpha, the reliability value of 0.802 for urban management excellence questionnaire, 0.816 reliability for urban management agility questionnaire, and 0.849 for reliability. Questionnaire was obtained and data were collected on physical, social and cultural status of Khak sefid area. Finding: Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of data analysis showed that factors (value added in the workplace, correct leadership in the workplace, process management in the workplace, and nurturing creativity in the workplace) influence the management of urban management. Besides, factors (accountability, continuous staff growth and learning, competence in office, flexibility in the workplace, and speed in doing things) have an impact on the effectiveness of urban management agility. Finally, this model includes the components of accountability, growth, and Learning, Competence, Flexibility, Speed ​​of Action, Value Added, Proper Leadership, Process Management and Peru Rash is creativity and has a degree of fit of 0. 937.Discussion: The Effectiveness of organizational Excellence is a multi-dimensional issue and complicated that will be discussed.

Information Management and Analysis (IMA) implies the single data and knowledge base of the business organization whose algorithm and software complex is designed to solve functional problems of operating and dispatch management, marketing, financial arrangements, accounting, strategic planning and organizing e-document flow between the sources and users of information. The “information – communication - control” vector is directed at the achievement of corporate objectives. Assessment of IMA implementation efficiency is complicated by the fact that implementation of managerial (informational) solutions is possible indirectly, with the flows of material, financial and informational resources; the IMA algorithms are valid for a certain range of situations and modes, whose frequency and duration of action are not known in advance. The study is aimed at formalizing compatibility conditions for a set of economic and technical, actual, and probabilistic indicators applied for justifying the IMA implementation efficiency for industrial entrepreneurship. The IMA effectiveness is expected to be calculated as a total of network (communication) effects per each block of IMA algorithms, factored the presentation of information operability; to calculate cost-effectiveness (recoupment of investment) it is supposed to modernize the structural capital evaluation procedure according to A.Puliс. The article contains an introduction, concept of IMA, application of system efficiency theory to IMA, building the structure of IMA efficiency indicators, and conclusion. The main method of study: system approach.

In the digital age, e - learning systems have been employed as new equipment in the higher education system in different universities. Consideringthe importance of optimization of this system, this research is aimed at providing a modelfor the effectiveness of e - learning at in higher education systems . The study is a descriptive survey study in terms of its data collection method . The population includes all the students of electronic courses at the University of Tehran . This population includes 1481 students of the University of Tehran in the academic year 2019 - 2020 . Regarding the population size, 300 students were selectedbased onstratified sampling, using Cochran ’ s formula.Lisrel and Amos softwarewere used for data analysis . In the first step, byliterature review, and based on the collected information, 87 components were identified to be related toe - learning effectiveness . Then, based on the highest frequency of the identified components in one hand, and their significance from the experts ’ viewpoints, on the other hand, 14 components were finally selected and classified in three major classes including;pedagogical, individual and technicalrelated factors.

Effect of Relief Maneuvers on Staff Preparedness for Disasters(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

INTRODUCTION: Investigation of natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes and floods) has a long history due to the lack of knowledge of humans about the severity and strength of these accidents or the time and place of their occurrence. In this regard, it is necessary to develop national plans for the reduction of the vulnerability of people who are exposed to such disasters. Execution of maneuvers can effectively raise the awareness of relief workers and even the society which would result in the reduction of disaster damage. Therefore, the execution of maneuvers is an appropriate response to these needs and a solution to this problem. METHODS: This applied survey study was performed on the staff of the Red Crescent Society of West Azerbaijan Province. The required data were collected using the library and field methods. Finally, the collected data were analyzed in SPSS software (version16). FINDINGS: Based on the findings, relief maneuvers had a direct effect on various aspects of staff preparedness. Therefore, it can be said that all research hypotheses were confirmed. CONCLUSION: It can be said that the design and execution of relief maneuvers can help to identify opportunities, eliminate threats, and increase the preparedness and capability of the staff. This increases the individual and organizational preparedness of the employees. Moreover, effective relationships between managers and employees can create strong morale in the employees and increase their preparedness for accidents and disasters.

The Effectiveness of a Philosophy for Children Program on Aspects of School Engagement(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a Philosophy for Children Course on aspects of students' school engagement. School engagement is a structure indicating that students can create personal relationships with their teachers in addition to the educational content. For this purpose, a quasi-experimental study was conducted on 7th-grade students (n=128) from 4 classes at the same school as the intervention and control groups. In the current quasi-experimental, pre-test, and post-test study, the independent variable was the philosophy for children (P4C) program (ten 60 minute sessions) and the dependent variables were the school engagement aspects including behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and agency engagements. To analyze the data ANOVA was used. The findings indicated that the score of all four aspects of school engagement were significantly higher in the intervention group who attended the Philosophy for Children Program  than those of the control group. Based on the obtained results, 28.2% of changes in total school engagement were attributed to the P4C program. The results show a significant increase in school engagement and its aspects. Philosophy for Children Program can be used to create an educational atmosphere with the highest relationship to students’ curriculum in which the students can rule out their learning behaviors with high motivation.

The Effect of Philosophic Mindedness Training on increasing the Effectiveness of Virtual Training Method of the Students’ Payame Noor University

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of philosophic mindedness training on the effectiveness of students’ virtual training components. The present study was a quasi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study includes all student’s master’s degree of curriculum in Payame Noor University, south Tehran branch in 1399-1400 academic year. The sample consisted of 32 students who were selected by goal-based random sampling method and randomly assigned into two experimental (n=16) and control (n=16) groups. After conducting pre-test on both groups, the experimental group received Smith's philosophical mentality dimensions (Comprehensiveness, Penetration, Flexibility) (1956) in six sessions of sixty minutes and within six consecutive weeks by e-learning method, but the control group received no intervention. The research tool was a 34-item researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity confirmed by judgment of experts and professors, and its reliability was calculated and at an acceptable level. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance (Ancova). The results showed that there is a significant difference between the two groups of experimental and control in the effect of philosophic mindedness training on the effectiveness of virtual training. Therefore, it can be concluded that by training and enhancing the dimensions of philosophic mindedness of students of the target community, it can be increased the effectiveness of virtual training courses.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of strategic thinking skills on the effectiveness of strategy creation process of team sport federations in Iran. 57 questionnaires distributed among the managers of team sport federations to collect the required data. Strategic thinking skills questionnaire and effectiveness of strategy creation process questionnaire adapted from Moghimi and Ramezan questionnaire (2015). Structural equation modeling with partial least squares (PLS) approach was employed for data analysis. The results indicated that strategic thinking skills of managers had a significant effect on the effectiveness of strategy creation process in team sport federations. According to the findings, improving the strategic thinking skills of managers in sport federations, is critical in the process of creating effective strategies.

Sanctions have been used as a foreign policy tool since the post-World War II as an alternative means to war, to change governments or switch their behavior. From that period until now, the methods of imposing sanctions have become distinctive  and complicated. Additionally, sanctions have become increasingly smarter day by day. The history of sanctions imposed by the United States of America against the Islamic Republic of Iran dates back to the first year after the victory of the Islamic Revolution (1980). The sanctions imposed against Iran are among the most durable and at the same time the most extensive ones imposed against the government and people of any country in terms of duration, scope and methods of application. The general conclusions are that the application of sanctions against Iran, even with different goals, produced sufficient impact during the long time of their application, resulting in economic losses, great people’s suffering and relative isolation of Iran.However, it did not achieve the intended goals previously defined as basis for their application.  In this article, assuming the ineffectiveness of the sanctions (considering the failure to change of change in the government/behavior of the Islamic Republic of Iran as the main goals of the United States, we seek to investigate the reasons for this ineffectiveness. In this article, by introducing the components and examples of political, economic, technological factors and geopolitical advantages the arguments for the ineffectiveness of the American sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran have been presented. Qualitative document analysis constitutes the research method applied in this article.

برخی سازمان ها با هدف ارتقای عملکرد و افزایش بهره وری، هزینه های زیادی را به آموزش کارکنان خود اختصاص می دهند که گاه چندان اثربخش نیستند؛ لذا بررسی اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی و شناسایی راهکارهای بهبود آنها ضروری می نماید. پژوهش حاضر با همین هدف، با استفاده از مدل تبیین تعقیبی روش آمیخته و در قلمرو شرکت های شهرک صنعتی رفسنجان انجام شده است. برای انجام پژوهش، ابتدا پرسشنامه کرک پاتریک که از روایی محتوا و پایایی آن اطمینان حاصل شده بود، در بین نمونه 156 نفری از فراگیران توزیع شد. برای بررسی وضعیت اثربخشی دوره ها، از آزمون t یک نمونه ای و برای تحلیل های متعاقب آن، از تحلیل واریانس یک سویه در نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. سپس، ضمن انجام مصاحبه های عمیق و باز با نمونه 68 نفری از فراگیران تا مرحله اشباع نظری و تحلیل آنها در نرم افزار MAXQDA، راهکارهای بهبود دوره ها کاوش شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد، اثربخشی دوره ها و نیز ابعاد آن (واکنش، یادگیری، رفتار و نتایج) در حد متوسط تا زیاد و به تناسب هر یک از ابعاد، بر اساس برخی متغیرهای زندگی نامه ای متغیر بوده است. همچنین، بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، راهکارهایی درباره مکان، زمان، موضوع، مدرس و سازمان مجری دوره ارائه شد.

Considering the unbreakable links between human behavior, environmental health, and the well-being of all species, education for citizenship behavior, the environment, and sustainable development has emerged as a beacon of hope, leading humanity towards a more harmonious relationship with our planet. This research aimed to compare the effectiveness of face-to-face and virtual education using a comprehensive package of citizenship education on the environmental and sustainable development behaviors of students. The experimental method employed a four-group design, including two test groups (face-to-face and virtual) and two control groups, with a pre-test, post-test, and two-month follow-up design. Among the students of Azad University of Isfahan in the winter and spring of 2023, 25 individuals who met the desired entry criteria were selected for each group and randomly assigned to 4 groups. Citizenship education was implemented using a researcher-made package with a specialized reliability of 0.93, delivered in person for one group and virtually for another group. Data were collected using the Irannezhad et al. (2023) questionnaire. The data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance and Bonferroni's post hoc test in SPSS software version 26. The findings of this research showed that both face-to-face and virtual education were effective in enhancing environmental behaviors and sustainable development. There was no significant difference between the outcomes of the behaviors resulting from the two educational methods.

The Effectiveness of Schema Therapy on Reducing

 Objective: Studies have shown that neuroticism is one of the personality traits associated with negative psychological consequences. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of schema therapy on reducing neuroticism.Methods: The current research is a quasi-experimental type with a pre-test-post-test design and a control group. The research population was the patients referred to Shariati Hospital in Tehran in 2021, and 22 of them who had obtained a high score in the neuroticism subscale were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned into two experimental (n = 11) and control (n = 11) groups. Both groups completed the neuroticism subscale of the NEO Five-Factor Inventory-3 (NEO-FFI-3) in the pre-test and post-test phases. The experimental group was subjected to the schema therapy for 10 weekly sessions, but no intervention was performed on the experimental group during this period. The analysis of the collected data was done with analysis of covariance and SPSS-18 software.Results: The obtained findings showed that schema therapy was able to significantly reduce the level of neuroticism in the experimental group compared to the control group (P < 0.001).Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be concluded that schema therapy is effective in reducing neuroticism and can be used in treatment centers in this regard.
