The objective of the present study is to provide a strategic entrepreneurial marketing model in the construction industry in the construction companies of the north of the country using the Grounded theory. The present study is a qualitative research which uses Grounded theory by focusing on deep and semi-structured interview and providing an entrepreneurial strategic marketing strategy. In this study, 30 interviews were conducted on university and construction industry experts in construction companies of the north of the country to reach a consensus that was carried out using snowball sampling. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding and the case studies were presented. In the current study, instead of testing the theory and confirming or rejecting it, it was presented limited to reality. The collected data were analyzed using Nvivo software and the components were identified. The results indicated that the causal conditions affecting strategic entrepreneurial marketing include communication capabilities, organizational capability, organizational strategy, management support and organization and organizational systems. The intervening condition include relationship orientation, environmental capability, and corporate governance, and ground conditions include system thinking, application of technology and organizational culture. Furthermore, the proposed strategies include intellectual capital management, strategic alignment and knowledge elevation to improve strategic and tactical performance of the company as a result of strategic entrepreneurial marketing.
Designing a Native Model for Assessment of the Effectiveness of Advertising(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of this research was to identify and rank the factors influencing the design of the native model for assessing the effectiveness of the advertisement. Firstly, according to the research literature, the criteria and sub-criteria influencing the effectiveness of advertising have been extracted, then the Delphi triple stages were used that the panel included 20 professors and marketing experts and 30 experts from the banking industry as well as clients It is used to extract the final indexes. Then, using the Fuzzy AHP method, the ranking of the criteria is considered. The extracted criteria are: demographic characteristics, individual feelings and attitudes of the audience, apparent features of the message, message content, market characteristics, cultural, economic, design and nature of the service, advertising methods. The results of the ranking of the results showed that the methods of advertisement, the design and nature of the service, the apparent features of the message, the emotions and attitudes of the audience, the demographic characteristics, the content of the message, the economic, market characteristics, cultural, respectively ranked first to ninth dedicated.
Providing a Comprehensive Branding Pattern for Organic Product with a Sensory Marketing Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Today, the world faces a major problem called population growth, one of the consequences of which is food shortages. Therefore, organic farming is considered as one of the most effective approaches to responding to the challenges facing human beings in realizing sustainable development. The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive model of branding for sensory marketing based on an interview with 20 experienced experts and marketing proficient, aspects of model and variables related to the use of MAXQDA software has been identified. Finally, based on the detected final criteria, the model is presented based on the data theory method. The results of open coding of the collected qualitative data using the interviewing tool showed that 86 open codes were identified among 331 concepts. Finally, 86 initial codes in the form of 18 categories of brand value, trust, brand awareness, marketing, brand image, knowledge and vision of production and development, risk, performance, cultural factors of consumption, financial factors, process, competitive advantage, socio-ecological responsibility, role of Government organizations, customer requirements, brand identity, customer loyalty, product attributes, are identified.
Developing a Model for Market-Centric Organization Analysis(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
The primary focus of the present study is to review organization analysis models from the standpoint of marketing and to propose an appropriate model for information centers and entities. A detailed literature review is made concerning marketing concepts, principles and services with respect to information organizations. The second stage deals with review and study of information entities, their goals, duties, structures and existing approaches. While many suggest a Norbert-Weiner model as the most appropriate for a flexible organization often represented by an information center, it does not totally the variety modes of services cape deployments available to such entity. Depending on their image representation in either physical space or web space or even service space, as many as four different models could be used for organizational analysis of essentially such a single entity. To develop a more unified model, we decided to study the marketing philosophies in such entities as a point of departure for corporate analysis. It was found that 27 factors should be considered in order to analyze a typical library or information entity from a marketing standpoint, regardless whether it is a passive or an active analysis. These include items like organization product range, customer convenience, people, synergic matrix, involvement and interconnection. Using Iranian Scientific Information and Documentation Center as the baseline, we were able to arrive at and verify a Market Mix Model that can effectively address such analysis and provide the information and library managers. Hence, it seems an effective tool for identifying not only the competitive advantage but potential challenge areas within their respective organizations.
Explanation and Design of a Success Model for Shopping Malls Based on Grounded Theory(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
In recent years, the construction of shopping Malls has been increasingly grown across the country. But only some of them have been successful to accommodate a large number of visitors while the other ones are constantly changing the commercial units’ use. Meanwhile the lack of demand for commercial units in form of multi-purpose complexes as well as recent general recession in country’s business has aroused this situation. Research conducted on shopping Malls are mostly focused on sale of place, marketing and financing as well as a few studies on the factors associated with success of these complexes. So it is necessary to discuss about the factors affecting the success of shopping Malls which is a very new subject. The main issue of this research is to provide a success model of shopping Malls considering the unique characteristics in Iran. The method used for this research is qualitative one (grounded theory) and its nature is applied-developmental. Data was collected through a deep interview with professors, experts in construction, handover and operation of shopping Malls and sale brokers for commercial real estate and sampling is done via snowball method. Data has been collected by clarifying the subject and when it reaches the saturation point, "open coding" is carried out. Then concepts are extracted and the factors are completed after focusing on the subject and finding links by “axial coding”. Finally, the specific dimensions and a conceptual model called “success model for shopping Malls” have been presented by “selective coding”.
Translation of English Brand Names into Persian: Type of translation and font size in focus

The aim of this study was to find the appropriate type of translation of English brand names Iranian consumers prefer, i.e. phonetic, semantic and phonosemantic types of translation. Also, it was aimed at examining the type of font size Iranian consumers tends to see on packages of English products. To this end, the distinction between male and female participants as well as the participants’ level of proficiency was considered as two key factors. Six fictitious brand names were created and the 55 selected participants (43 females and 12 males with upper-intermediate, intermediate and pre-intermediate English proficiency levels) were asked to fill a questionnaire related to the goals of the research. Statistical analyses were then done. The results revealed that Iranian consumers, with different levels of proficiency, tended to use phonetic translation. Also, it was revealed that females with different proficiency levels tended to see English brand names larger than their Persian translations in terms of font size, whereas male participants did the reverse. The findings were discussed in connection with translation and marketing.
Designing a Normal Model of Ethical Marketing in the Hotel Industry(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
Background: The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a model of normal ethical marketing in the hotel industry. Method: This research is qualitative in terms of purpose, exploratory in terms of approach, and qualitative in terms of data analysis. The statistical population was a group of hotel industry experts from whom a total of 9 people were selected as the sample by purposive sampling and theoretical saturation. The research tool was in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using theme analysis methodology. Results: According to the results of the study, the main category in this study was "the attention of hotel industry managers to ethical marketing norms." Causal conditions include knowledge of ethical norms, emphasis on upstream rules on ethical norms in marketing, modeling of the world hotel industry, training courses for hotel managers and staff on ethical norms in marketing and reforming and improving the reward and punishment system in line with ethical norms He was in the marketing of the hotel industry. Areas included "Emphasis on Ethical Decision-Making at All Levels of the Organization" and "Ethical Organizational Culture", and environmental conditions included "Societychr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s desire to comply with ethical marketing norms in the hotel industry" and "Economic problems in the country." Strategies also included the categories of "ethical hospitality" and "compliance with organizational social responsibility", which led to the consequence of "customer satisfaction of the hotel industry". Conclusion: The results of the research led to the design of a model of ethical marketing in the hotel industry and showed that ethics is a fundamental element and in developing marketing models for the hotel industry, special attention should be paid to this important issue.
Designing Green Marketing Pattern in Iran’s Oil Industry(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

To be in line with the new environmental paradigms, the present study aims to design an Eco-friendly marketing pattern in Iran’s oil industry. The methodology is a sequential exploratory one. In the qualitative section, grounded theory is used. The creative data were gathered through a theoretical sampling of in-depth, semi-structured interviews of 15 experts from the oil industry. The initial model of the research was achieved with 19 (major) factors which were divided into 6 aspects according to the experts’ views: causal circumstances, the major factor, background circumstances, interventions, strategies and consequences. Next, in the quantitative section, the validity of the research was investigated through a surveying method and the questionnaire tool. The statistical population includes a limited number of managers and experts from the oil industry in research and planning fields, counting up to 170 people from whom 118 were selected through random sampling. After evaluating the reliability of the questionnaire, the questions themselves were validated and their number was narrowed down. Carrying out an explanatory factor analysis, the components were reduced to 14 and the dimensions to 5. The relationship between the dimensions was assessed through the correlation test and then the final pattern was designed. Eventually, the theory of the study was developed under the supervision of experts. The significant results of this study were finding the interventions, including productivity, governmental support, social institutions, and sustainable development along with the strategies, including reviewing the energy section structure, improving the managers’ perspectives and developing the green investments.
An Integrated Entropy/VIKOR Model for Customer Clustering in Targeted Marketing Model Design (Case Study: IoT Technology Services Companies)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Nowadays, marketing researchers are constantly striving to identify consumer behavior and therefore to find appropriate solutions for better and more effective sales and increase market share. In this regard, the purpose of the present study is the role of customer clustering in designing a targeted marketing model. The research method is applied and exploratory. The statistical population of the study was in the qualitative part of sales and marketing managers of IoT companies who were selected by non-random sampling method and 15 people were interviewed. The quantitative part also included all the customers of the companies surveyed. Due to the unlimited population of Morgan Table 384 persons were selected as the sample size. Data gathering tool was interview and questionnaire, which were used to assess the validity of the questionnaire by the opinions of marketing experts and Cronbach's alpha reliability. Content analysis approach was used to analyze the data in the qualitative part and PLS2 software in the structural part. The results showed that the dimensions of the model in the four main clusters were communication factors, behavioral factors, individual factors, and economic factors. Model performance is very high performance.

Social media and social networking sites have become a vital part in everyone’s daily life and users of social networks are increasing. This study aims to review and highlight the importance of public libraries presence on social media, and public libraries crucial awareness on online marketing to market their various services, raise awareness and create a community according to each social media platform being used . This study focuses on helping public libraries in Saudi Arabia that lack the true understanding on how to implement social media as a part of their marketing plan, use social media features to create an online community and connect with their patrons to comprehend the basic marketing tools used online, and the benefits of public libraries online social presence and review previous public library marketing implementations and methods through social media and social networking sites in building a community. Using a content analysis methodology, we reviewed the definition of marketing, marketing tools, social networking sites and previous library methods implemented on social media and the benefits of creating an online presence for libraries. We also highlighted the limitations facing libraries and an efficient method of social media engagement analysis. This study’s results indicate that public libraries in Saudi Arabia can enhance their online presence on social networking sites by implementing the correct content marketing method for each social media platform and the importance of training public library staff on the usage of social media to satisfy customer needs and therefore build a connection with patrons online which further more builds a community. organization, representation, realization and protection of interests and rights of citizens

The aim of this research paper was to determine the role of urban space design on cities competitiveness in the process of globalization. In the era of globalization and with the rush of investors to find attractive places for investment, cities are becoming the focal points for investors and the urban managers, who need to present a variety of attractions to draw financial capital and be able to compete with other cities. But, it seems these days, capital and time is wasted due to the lack of coherent theoretical foundations regarding the role of urban design professionals in making cities and urban spaces more attractive. This study explains and discusses the role of urban design in the process of making cities attractive in order to compete, by using a descriptive approach and by studying and reviewing relevant scientific resources and researches. The outcome of this study shows that today the relationship between urban design and urban economic conditions are reversed, and this phenomenon, based on the aims that have been mentioned in this article, has created a new model of urban space management in order to attract investors and develop urban growth.
Tourists’ Perceived Authenticity Regarding the Definition of Cultural Destinations in Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Nowadays, the generated and shared content on tourist perceptions in social media is considered a fresh and far-reaching way to introduce the concept of the destination image. Destination decision-makers attempt to use this content to provide a deep understanding of tourism supply and demand. Marketers have to be particular about it when defining a proper destination image. In this regard, many researchers have emphasized the importance of using social media to tap into tourists’ perceptions of destination because it not only helps to deepen the administrators’ understanding of the demands of this type of tourism and to propose new approaches to determine the customers’ preferences in destination marketing but also directs new products and services to satisfy the tourists to a greater extent. Depending on the type of tourism, the contexts and criteria for this kind of virtual investigation are different. For example, in cultural destinations, tourists’ perceptions of tangible and intangible cultural heritage and services and products offered in virtual contexts are regarded as a tool to assess the tourists’ perceptions of that destination. The present study assumes that a holistic approach toward the analysis of tourist perception in the virtual sphere could be a well-qualified alternative to determine tourists’ wants in cultural destinations. Content analysis, which is a practical method in analyzing visual and textual data and therefore is quite pertinent to the analysis of tourist perceptions, was adopted as the data analysis instrument in this study. To collect the data, two frequently-visited and widely-used websites with easy access to tourists’ comments, namely TripAdvisor and Flickr , were selected so that tourists’ experiences and perceptions could be gathered more authentically and conveniently. The findings demonstrated that the analysis of perceived authenticity of cultural destinations in Iran could provide the content required to create a destination image for purposeful marketing in Iran. Perceived Authenticity was categorized into three main themes: emotional, sensational, and rational.

Blockchain Implications for Marketing; A Review and an Empirical Analysis(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Blockchain technology was initially implemented for cryptocurrencies in 2009, but it caught the undivided attention of multiple industries such as finance, supply chain management, healthcare, and governments. This research was set out to investigate and evaluate six benefits of blockchain for marketing: fostering disintermediation, combating click fraud, reinforcing trust and transparency, enhancing privacy protection, empowering digital marketing security, and enabling creative loyalty programs. An empirical study in the form of an online survey was conducted to examine the realization of benefits in practice. The research concluded that blockchain does indeed provide promising benefits for marketing, but that depends on whether marketers use public (permissioned) blockchain or private (permissioned) blockchain, and also the ability of the blockchain community to resolve fundamental challenges and pending issues such as scalability, speed, interoperability, and privacy, besides several many others.

Countries have made significant investments in the last decade to reach the international market of renewable energy. Studies potentially have indicated a beneficial renewable energy market. Accordingly, firms must alter their business model to enter the global market. This research aims to discover strategic factors in international marketing management for new renewable energy products. The community of this research includes experienced managers and experts in the field of renewable wind energy. The analysis is applied in terms of purpose and is of the qualitative-quantitative method. In this study, structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software have been utilized for data analysis. The results indicate that 11 strategic factors could influence the international marketing management for new wind renewable energy products, and their effect is at a significant level. Finally, the research model was analyzed using fuzzy inference system (FIS) and Matlab software.

The aim of the current research is to identify the futures of marketing in the banking industry with a focus on blockchain technology. The current research is applied in terms of direction and has a mixed methodology due to the use of qualitative and quantitative methods together. The theoretical population of the research was experts in banking marketing and digital financial technologies, especially blockchain, and the sampling method was done in a judgmental method. The sample size in this study was equal to 15 people. For data analysis, meta synthesis methods, Binominal's statistical test, developed Copras and root definitions tool were used. The tools of data collection in this research were interviews and questionnaires (expert evaluation and priority evaluation questionnaires). 47 drivers were extracted from meta synthesis and these drivers were classified into nine main drivers. The drivers of the research were screened in two stages using theory-based inference screening and Binominal's test, and 12 drivers were considered for prioritization using the Copras technique. The remaining drivers were evaluated using the Copras technique and three criteria of importance, degree of certainty and experts' expertise. The findings showed that the drivers of marketing researchers' interest in digital financial technologies and blockchain and the development of decentralized banking had the highest priority and were selected for scenario planning. Based on these two drivers, four scenarios of crypto bank, conservative banking, pioneer banking and traditional banking were developed. The research proposals were proposed based on the important drivers and the desired scenario (crypto bank).
Digitalization of Business Development Marketing Tools in the B2C Market(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

With the development of a new stage of the industrial revolution, the importance of digitalization of business development tools is growing. The purpose of this article is to study the applied aspects of digital marketing tools usage for business development in the B2C market. To achieve the purpose and objectives of the study general and special methods are used: comparative analysis of the results of economic and statistical surveys; method of expert assessments by questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The concordance coefficient was used to determine the consistency of the experts' opinions taking into account the related ranks in method of expert assessments. According to the results of the research, it is established that the Ukrainian business of the B2C sector was actively mastering digital marketing tools. The analysis of penetration level of digital technologies in the development of trade business showed the emergence of basic conditions for updating marketing tools to influence the B2C market. There is a rapid coverage rate of multi-purpose use of the Internet among consumers and businesses; gradual growth of digital skills among practitioners; positive dynamics of development of interactive services in the trade sphere. However, the level of use of the retail businesses websites remains low in many spheres of customer service. An important trend of the current development stage of the consumer market is the usage of business Internet platforms designed for mass dissemination of information. Effective marketing channels of interaction with consumers include social media (social networks, blogs or microblogs, websites with multimedia content, knowledge sharing tools), websites, e-shops, and sales via mobile devices. According to the results of expert evaluation, foreground digital technologies, which are able to bring business to a qualitatively new level of interaction with consumers and the provision of trade services have been identified. These are artificial intelligence and cognitive technologies, BigData, Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud computing. The structural and logical scheme of research of digital marketing tools is used for business development which includes two stages is offered. In the first stage, trendwatching, benchmarking and evaluation of internal opportunities for the use of digital marketing tools are performed. In the second stage, three components of digital readiness of business are defined: technological; competence; institutional. The obtained results form the basis of further research to determine the priorities of adaptive digital business behavior for the productive use of existing digital opportunities.
Factors Affecting the Development of Sports Entrepreneurship (Case Study: Ardabil Province in Iran)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in the economic and sustainable development of all countries. The current research aimed to identify the opportunities and threats of the external environment of sports entrepreneurship in Ardabil, Iran based on the PESTLE model by examining the past and existing processes. A mixed approach was used to collect and analyze the research data. The research tool consisted of interviews and strategic council meetings. Theoretical and snowball sampling methods were used to reach the theoretical saturation (15 Experts). For analyzing the collected data in the qualitative section, a logical inductive method was used. The findings revealed that strategic environmental components of entrepreneurship in Ardabil province included: Ecological factors, Cultural and Social Factors, Political factors, Legal and juridical factors, Economic Factors, & Technological factors. According to the findings, considering the extracted factors in the process of spot entrepreneurship management can pave the way for developing entrepreneurship in sport setting.
Developing the Strategic Sports Marketing Plan for the Lifeguard and Diving Federation in Islamic Republic of Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of this research is to develop a strategic marketing plan for the Lifeguard and Diving Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The current research is a mixed study with the strategic approach. By conducting a combined method including expert opinion, review of valid documents, and using some matrices related to the formulation of a strategic plan, the formulation of a strategic plan for the marketing of the Lifeguard and Diving Federation has been discussed. The research participants included 15 members of the Board of Directors of the Lifeguard and Diving Federation, managers and sports marketing specialists. In quantitative phase, the measurement tool consisted of a researcher-developed questionnaire that was designed and adjusted using the Delphi method. According to the final score of the evaluation matrix of internal factors (2.47) and the evaluation matrix of external factors (2.44), it was determined that the strategic marketing position of Lifeguard and Diving Federation was in the WT position. The results of SWOT analysis have led to the formulation of 3 SO strategies, 3 ST strategies, 3 WO strategies, and 4 WT strategies. 13 strategies to fulfill the mission of the long-term marketing goals of the federation have been developed and an operational plan has been prepared for each of them. It was concluded that the lifeguard and diving federation needs to use defensive strategies and close to the competitive area (ST) in the field of action.
