چکیده
توسعه رهبران کارآفرین کلید یافتن ارزش پنهان در جوامع است. اگر بیاموزیم که چگونه روحیه کارآفرینی را در جامعه خود ایجاد یا احیا کنیم، همه ذینفعان سود خواهند برد.بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی مهارتها و شایستگی های رهبری کارآفرینانه در کشورهای در حال گذار انجام شده است.این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف ،توصیفی -کاربردی است و ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه بوده است که پس از طراحی روایی صوری آن (بر اساس دیدگاه صاحب نظران) و پایایی آن (با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.878)سنجیده شد. نمونه آماری تحقیق با فرمول کوکران 273 نفر مشخص شد که شامل خبرگان سازمانی و دانشگاهی بوده اند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار Smart PLS3 انجام شده است.بر اساس نتایج مشخص شده است مهارت ها و شایستگی های رهبری کارآفرینانه مشتمل بر «کاوشگری،شتابگری،جستجو گری،تلفیق گری،نفوذ در دیگران،مربیگری،تسهیلگری،هدایت گری،فرصت شناسی وایجاد انگیزه بر رهبری کارآفرینانه تأثیر گذار است. بعلاوه «ویژگی های فردی،اکتسابی و عملکردی » نیز عملکرد رهبری کارآفرینانه را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.Identifying and evaluating entrepreneurial leadership skills and competencies The role of entrepreneurial university
Developing entrepreneurial leaders is the key to finding hidden value in communities. If we learn how to create or revive the spirit of entrepreneurship in our society, all stakeholders will benefit. Based on this, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying and evaluating entrepreneurial leadership skills and competencies in transitioning countries. The objective is descriptive-applicative and the data collection tool was a questionnaire, which after designing its face validity (based on the opinion of experts) and its reliability (using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.878) were measured. The statistical sample of the research was determined by the Cochran formula of 273 people, which included organizational and academic experts. Data analysis has been done using the structural equation method and Smart PLS3 software. Based on the results, it has been determined that entrepreneurial leadership skills and competencies include "exploration, acceleration, search, integration, influencing others, coaching, Facilitation, guidance, opportunism and motivation have an impact on entrepreneurial leadership. In addition, "individual, acquired and functional characteristics" also affect the performance of entrepreneurial leadership.
