چکیده
هدف: ارائه الگوی نقش آفرینی کتابداران در اطلافرینی کاربران کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه های دولتی ایران روش شناسی: پژوهش کاربردی حاضر به روش کیفی و کمّی می باشد. گردآوری داده ها جهت طراحی مؤلفه ها در روش دلفی و پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته به روش اسنادی صورت گرفت. ضریب روایی کیفی محتوای پرسشنامه بالاتر از 99/0 و شاخص روایی محتوای بالاتر از79/0 می باشد. پایایی پرسشنامه بر اساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 971/0 سنجیده شد. نمونه گیری جامعه آماری براساس فرمول کوکران از میان 644 نفر از کتابداران ، 241 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و درنهایت 240 نفر پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل نمودند. یافته ها: در روش کیفی دلفی طی دو مرحله فراوانی تجمعی پاسخ های زیاد و بسیارزیاد سؤالات بیشتر از 70% بوده و ضریب کندال نیز تفاوت چندانی را نشان نداد و هر 39 سؤال مورد تأیید خبرگان قرار گرفت. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که گویه ها در7 عامل با بارهای عاملی به ترتیب ایده های اطلافرینی(89/0)، اطلاعات گزیده(84/0)، تولید مجدد اطلاعات(83/0)، پشتیبانی از اطلاعات(82/0)، پردازش اطلاعات(81/0)، آموزش اطلافرینی(77/0) با بیشترین نقش و ماهیت اطلاعات(65/0) با کمترین میزان اهمیت بارگذاری شد. اصالت اثر: اثر حاضر از نخستینهایی است که از مهارت های سنتی کتابداری گذشته و از طریق پرداختن به روش های اطلافرینی، جنبه جدیدی از کتابداری را در راستای آگاه سازی جامعه کتابداران به حیطه ی توانایی های خود بر مبنای مشاغل اطلاعاتی در میان کتابداران کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه های دولتی ایران بررسی نموده تا با ارائه الگوی نقش آفرینی کتابداران در اطلافرینی کاربران کتابخانه ها بتواند کارآفرینی اطلاعاتی و اشتغال زایی از طریق اطلاعات و تولید ثروت را به کمک کتابداران در بین کاربران کتابخانه ها اجرایی و نهادینه نماید.Presenting a model regarding librarian' role in infopreneurship by users of Iran government universities central libraries
Objective: Presenting a model regarding librarian' role in infopreneurship by users of Iran government universities central libraries Methodology: applied research is done in the analytical - descriptive method which consists of documentary and is a combination of methods. a questionnaire was used to collect data from the documents and to collect the data from the researcher's questionnaire. The content validity coefficient of the questionnaire content is higher than 0.99 and content validity index is higher than 0.79. reliability was also measured on the alpha 's alpha coefficient at 0/971. statistical population sampling as simple random And 240 librarians completed questionnaires. Findings: in the method of delphi qualitative in two phases, the cumulative frequency of responses, many questions has been more than 70 % . and the coefficient of Kendall showed no significant difference in two stages , exploratory factor analysis showed that queries in seven factors with operating loads respectively , Infopreneurship ideas (0.89) , respectively , Selected information (0.84), information reuse (0.83) , information processing (0.82) , information processing (0.81), Infopreneurship training (0.77) , the highest role and nature of information (0.65) have the lowest importance uploaded.
