رتبه بندی کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه های جامع و صنعتی به روش تاپسیس (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مقدمه: نظر به اهمیت کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه ها و لزوم شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت و ایجاد رقابت بین آنها در ارائه خدمات بهتر، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی و رتبه بندی کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه های جامع و صنعتی وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری به روش تاپسیس است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به روش پیمایشی-توصیفی انجام شده است. جهت تعیین معیار و وزن دهی شاخص ها از تکنیک مقایسه زوجی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشگاه های جامعی که رتبه 1تا 40 و دانشگاه های صنعتی که رتبه 1 تا 10 را در رتبه بندی سال 95- 1394 پایگاه استنادی علوم جهان اسلام کسب کرده بودند. تعداد 50 کتابخانه انتخاب شده، 27 دانشگاه تمایل به شرکت در پژوهش و رتبه بندی شدن داشتند. روش های آماری شامل آمار توصیفی برای محاسبه شاخص ها، تکنیک مقایسه زوجی برای تعیین وزن شاخص و معیارها، و تکنیک تاپسیس برای رتبه بندی بود. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از ارزیابی کتابخانه های دانشگاهی مورد مطالعه نشان داد که کتابخانه ها در شاخص ارتباط و همکاری، برنامه ریزی، خدمات، آموزش، دسترس پذیری و مدیریت در وضعیت مطلوب تری نسبت به امکانات، بودجه، کارکنان و منابع قرار دارند. نتایج رتبه بندی نیز نشان داد که کتابخانه های دانشگاه ارومیه، تحصیلات تکمیلی علوم پایه زنجان و شیراز به ترتیب رتبه های اول تا سوم را کسب کرده اند. نتایج: نتایج بیانگر آنست که کتابخانه دانشگاه ارومیه در محاسبه شاخص ها بیشترین میزان نزدیکی را به راه حل ایده آل مثبت داشته و در مطابقت با استانداردها در جایگاه نخست قرار گرفته است. دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان نیز در جایگاه آخر قرار گرفته است.Evaluation and ranking of central libraries of comprehensive and industrial universities affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
Introduction: the aim of this study is to evaluation and ranking the central libraries of comprehensive and industrial Universities affiliated to the ministry of science, research and technology. Methodology: the present study has been done in a descriptive - survey method. the population of this study is a comprehensive university that ranked number 1 through 40 and industrial universities that ranked number 1 to 10 in the Islamic World Sciences Citation Center in 2015- 2016. These Universities were chosen Purposeful and Self – Selected Sample. Of the 50 selected libraries, 27 tended to participate in research and rank. Data collection tool was Researcher made questionnaire. Statistical methods include descriptive statistics to calculate the indices, Analytical Hierarchy process technique for index weights and criteria, and TOPSIS technique for rank. Finding: findings from the evaluation of academic library studies showed that the libraries are in the index of communication and cooperation, planning, service, availability, availability and management in a more desirable situation than facilities, budget, staff and resources. the results of Ranking show that the libraries of, Urmia University, Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences university and Shiraz university are ranked first to third, respectively. Shahid Bahonar and Bu-Ali Sina University are also ranked last. Conclusion: Urmia university library in the calculation of indices has the highest closeness to the solution of the positive idea and is ranked first in conformity with standards. Bu-Ali Sina University is located in the last place.
