چکیده
هدف: مقاله بررسی تأثیر فرایندهای مدیریت دانش بر قابلیت پویایی در سازمان های دانش بنیان است. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر اساتید، محققین، کارمندان و دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی( واحد علوم و تحقیقات) که از طریق فرمول کوکران 278 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که ضریب تأثیر فرایندهای مدیریت دانش(اکتساب دانش، تبدیل دانش، به کارگیری دانش و حفاظت دانش) بر قابلیت های پویا مثبت و معنی دار است. اصالت پژوهش: این مقاله حاصل یک پژوهش کاربردی بوده و پیش از این در هیچ مجله دیگری به چاپ نرسیده است.The Effect of Knowledge Management Processes on Dynamic Capability in Knowledge-Based Organizations (Case Study: Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University) Abstract
purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effect of knowledge management processes on the dynamic capabilities in the knowledge-based organizations. Methodology: The sample including faculty, researchers, staff and students of Islamic Azad university (science and research branch). it was calculated by using the cochran formula (278). For data analysis, structural equation modeling with LISREL software was used. Findings: Structural equation modeling results indicated that the knowledge management processes (Knowledge Acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge protection and knowledge application) have a positive and statistically significant effect on dynamic capabilities. Originality: This article has not been published in any journal, and it has been extracted from an applied research.
