چکیده
هدف: هدف این تحقیق «بررسی رابطه بین تفکر راهبردی و عملکرد کارکنان کتابخانه های دانشگاه دولتی استان ایلام» است. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی - مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. جامعه آماری تمامی کارکنان کتابخانه های دانشگاه دولتی استان ایلام (200 نفر) بودند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 127 نفر برای نمونه مورد نظر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش نامه بود که پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 916/0 به دست آمد که بیانگر تأیید پایایی پرسش نامه مورد نظر خواهد بود. در نهایت مجموعه داده ها به کمک نرم افزار LISREL تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که بین تفکر راهبردی و عملکرد کارکنان در دانشگاه دولتی استان ایلام رابطه مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین هنگامی که ارتباط بین ابعاد تفکر راهبردی (نگرش سیستمی، عزم راهبردی، پیشروی بر اساس رویکرد علمی، فرصت طلبی هوشمندانه و تفکر در زمان) به صورت تک تک و بدون تعامل با یکدیگر با عملکرد کارکنان سنجیده شد، نتایج نشان داد که بین هر پنج بعد تفکر راهبردی و عملکرد کارکنان رابطه مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.Relationship between strategic thinking and employees’ performance (case: libraries’ employees of Ilam university)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between strategic thinking and performance of employees who worked in libraries’ employees of Ilam University. Research method was descriptive –correlational in which especially Structural Equation Modeling was used. All of libraries’ employees of Ilam university (N=200) was made the population of study and via Morgan’s table 127 subjected selected and studied. To collect the data, standards questionnaires were used and reliability coefficient was 0.91. In order to analyze the data, LISREL software applied and findings shows that there is positive relationship between strategic thinking and performance of employees. Also, when all dimension of strategic thinking () was test, results shows that there is positive relationship between individual dimensions with performance of employees of Ilam university library.
