چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش کار آفرینی برتوسعه فرهنگی و اقتصادی می باشد، روش پژوهشی توصیفی-همبستگی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بوده که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت.جامعه آماری 384 نفر از کارکنان شهرک های صنعتی بروجن وشهرکرد استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون t تک نمونه ای و مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که میزان برنامه های کارآفرینی اجتماعی در شهرکهای مورد بررسی متوسط و میزان متغیر توسعه یافتگی فرهنگی کمتر از متوسط است و نیز شاخص های توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی بیش از متوسط بود . کارآفرینی اجتماعی وشاخص توسعه اجتماعی به شکل مستقیم و همچنین غیر مستقیم و از طریق نقش میانجیگری توسعه فرهنگی بر رشد اقتصادی تاثیری مثبت داشتند. کارآفرینی اجتماعی نسبت به شاخص توسعه اجتماعی تقریبا تاثیر بیشتری بر توسعه اقتصادی وهنری داشت لذا مدیران مربوطه برای اجرای موفق برنامه های توسعه ورشد شهرک های صنعتی باید تمرکز بیشتری برمقوله کارآفرینی اجتماعی داشته باشد.The role of social entrepreneurship in socio-economic and cultural development of Shahrekord and Borujen industrial towns in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social entrepreneurship in economic, cultural and social development of society based on a descriptive-survey study. The data collection tool is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability are confirmed. The statistical sample is 384 employees of Borujen and Shahrekord industrial towns of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, and the data are analyzed using one-sample t-test and structural equation model. Findings show that the rate of social entrepreneurship programs in the studied settlements and the rate of cultural development variable are less than average, and also the indicators of economic and social development are above average. Social entrepreneurship and the index of social development have a positive effect on economic growth both directly and indirectly through the mediating role of cultural development. Social entrepreneurship has an almost greater impact on economic development than the social development index, so the relevant managers should focus more on social entrepreneurship in order to successfully implement the development and growth programs for industrial estates.
