چکیده
یکی از دلایل شکست و عقب ماندگی در صنایع، عدم امکان و آمادگی توسعه تکنولوژی است. با عنایت به اهمیت موضوع شناخت عوامل مؤثر در توسعه تکنولوژی، در این پژوهش با انجام مرور ادبیات، این عوامل شناسایی شد. عوامل مهم با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان گیلان از میان حدود 45 عامل مؤثر شناسایی شده، در قالب 17 عامل اصلی مشخص گردید. سپس روابط موجود بین این عوامل با استفاده از روش مدل-سازی ساختاری تفسیری، مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفته؛ رتبه و سطوح مختلف آن ها و مدل روابط میان عوامل کلیدی آن تعیین شد. نتایج حاصل از سطح بندی و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه تکنولوژی نشان داد که عوامل توجه به رویکرد ادغام تکنولوژی به منظور ظهور نوآوری های تکنولوژیک، سازوکار های مدیریتی و زیرساخت های سازمانی، کارآفرینی تکنولوژیکی و کارکردهای اصلی اشاعه و انتشار تکنولوژی، جزو عوامل اصلی توسعه تکنولوژی در صنایع کوچک و متوسط بوده و می بایست مورد توجه بیشتری قرار گیرند.Identifying the main factors of technology development using interpretive structural modeling(ISM)
One of the reasons for failure and backwardness in the industry is the impossibility and readiness of technology development. Considering the importance of the topic of identifying the factors influencing the development of technology, in this study, by reviewing the literature, these factors were identified. Important factors were determined by using the opinions of experts in the small and medium industries of Guilan Province among 45 effective factors identified in 17 main factors. Then, the relationships between these factors were analyzed using a structured interpretive modeling (ISM) technique; their rank and their levels and the model of relationships among its key factors were determined. The results of leveling and investigating the factors influencing the development of technology showed that the factors of attention to the technology integration approach to the emergence of technological innovations, management mechanisms and organizational infrastructures, technological entrepreneurship and the main functions of diffusion and diffusion of technology are among the main factors of development technology in the small and medium industries and should be paid more attention.
