چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت دانش در صنعت ساخت و ساز ،در پژوهش حاضر در صدد شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان های پروژه محور عمرانی بوده ایم. در این راستا 7 شاخص شامل ساختار سازمانی ، فرهنگ سازمانی ، راهبرد و رهبری ، عوامل محیطی ، فناوری اطلاعات ، آموزش و تحصیل ، منابع انسانی ، با مراجعه به آرای خبرگان به عنوان عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش شناسایی شدند.نمونه آماری شامل 80 نفر از نیروهای متخصص مشغول به کار در پروژه های ساختمانی هیترا و پالیز بوده است . جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه و نظرات خبرگان استفاده شده است.روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه بررسی و مورد تایید قرار گرفته است.در ادامه تاثیر گذار بودن 7 شاخص شناسایی شده ،از نظر متخصصین مشغول به کار در پروژه های ساختمانی هیترا و پالیز، با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS وآزمون تی-استیودنت ثابت شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار SMART PLS معنادار بودن تاثیر گذاری شاخص ها بر فرآیند مدیریت دانش تایید شد. شایان ذکر است نتایج این پژوهش میتواند به طور کاربردی جهت بهبود عملکرد خدمات مهندسی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.IDENTIFICATION OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN PROJECT-BASED ORGANIZATIONS (STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING) (A CASE STUDY OF SADAD BONIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY)
Given the importance of knowledge management in the construction industry, the present study aims to identify factors affecting the implementation of knowledge management in project-based organizations. In this regard, seven criteria including organizational structure, corporate culture, strategy and leadership, environmental factors, information technology, education, human resources regarding the opinions of experts are identified as the factors influencing the implementation of knowledge management. The statistical sample consists of 80 people who are working on the construction project of Paliz and Hitra. In order to collect the data, experts' opinion and questionnaire were used. The validity and stability of the questionnaires were reviewed and approved. The impact of seven identified indicators by the experts on construction projects of Hitra and Paliz, was proved by using SPSS software and SMART PLS software. The significance of effectiveness of indicators on knowledge management process was approved. It is noteworthy that the result of this research can be applied to improve the performance of engineering services.
