چکیده
با افزایش نگرانی ها در رابطه با نابودی محیط زیست، امروزه راهکارهایی از قبیل بکارگیری تکنولوژی پاک و نوآوری سبز در جهت حفاظت و جلوگیری از تخریب آن بوجود آمده است. انتخاب تکنولوژی سبز فرآیندی است که سازمان آن را به عنوان عنصری اثر بخش در برنامه ریزی و تصمیم گیری به کار می گیرد تا به محصولات و فرآیندهای دوستدار محیط زیست دست یابد. مکمل این فرآیند، بکارگیری نوآوری سبز در تمامی سطوح سازمان با هدف توسعه کیفیت محیط زیست میباشد. با توجه به اینکه امروزه عملکرد سازمانها مفهوم جدید به خود گرفته است و جنبه های مختلف زیست محیطی نیز بر آن تاثیرگذار می باشد، سازمانها باید استراتژی هایی را در جهت بهبود عملکرد زیست محیطی خود اتخاذ نمایند. در راستای مطالب گفته شده، در این پژوهش صنایع کوچک و متوسط شیمیایی، به علت آلایندگی فراوان، به عنوان جامعه آماری این پژوهش انتخاب و تعداد 180 عدد پرسشنامه بین مدیران آنها پخش شده است. برای آزمون مدل مفهومی نیز از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بر مبنای کم ترین مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار Smart PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد انتخاب تکنولوژی سبز بیشترین تاثیر را در بهبود عملکرد زیست محیطی صنایع شیمیایی دارد.Clean technology selection and green innovation, a strategy to improve the environmental performance of SMEs
Nowadays concerns about environmental degradation have been increasing, therefore using strategies such as clean technology and green innovations have been established to protect and prevent its destruction. Selection of green technology is a process in which organization use it as an efficient element in planing and decision making to achieve environmental friendly products and processes.Usage of green innovation works as a complementary process at all levels of the organization with the purpose of developing environment quality. Considering the fact that performance of the organization has new meaning nowadays and different environmental aspects influence on it, organizations should implement new strategies in order to improve environmental performance. Along with mentioned issues, in this study the chemical’s SMEs as a statistical population is selected due to their high pollution and 180 questionnaires distributed among the managers. For testing the conceptual model, the structural equation modeling based on partial least squares and Smart PLS software is used. The results of this study show that green technology selection has the greatest impact on improving the environmental performance of the chemical industry.
