ارزیابی میزان مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش ارزیابی میزان مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای کشور است. این پژوهش توصیفی و کاربردی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه می باشد که پس از طراحی اولیه روایی آن (بر اساس دیدگاه متخصصان) و پایایی آن ( با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0.85) ارزیابی شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 490 نفر ازسیاستگذاران و مدیران دانشگاه های فنی وحرفه ای کشور بوده و نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران برابر 216 نفر تعیین شده است. پرسش نامه ها شامل 11 متغیر و 52 گویه بوده است که در جهت ارزیابی میزان مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی دانشگاه فنی وحرفه ای تهیه و مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که در برنامه درسی فعلی دانشگاه های فنی وحرفه ای کشور میزان توجه به مفهوم مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در حد متوسط بوده است. تنها سه متغیر استانداردسازی محتواها و تضمین محتواهای برنامه درسی و عوامل مرتبط با قوانین و مقررات حاکمیتی و بررسی رویکرد و فلسفه ی تربیتی حاکم بر جامعه بیشتر از حد متوسط بوده است. از دیگر نتایج بدست آمده این پژوهش این است که فاصله وضعیت فعلی با وضعیت مطلوب برنامه درسی مبتنی بر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی دانشگاه زیاد است و لازم است تا دانشگاه ها در خصوص کم شدن این فاصله اقداماتی انجام دهند. بنابراین ضروری است تا سیاستگذاران، طراحان برنامه درسی، مدیران و مربیان به درک و فهم علمی و منطقی از مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی برسند و بیاموزند که حمایت از محیط بیرونی دانشگاه یک اقدام آگاهانه و علمی و تاثیرگذار بر جامعه است و بخش مهمی از زندگی آن ها بشمار می رود.Evaluation of social responsibility in technical and vocational university
The objective of the research is to evaluate the level of social responsibility in technical and professional universities of the country. This research is descriptive and applied. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research was 490 policymakers and managers of technical and professional universities in the country and The statistical sample is determined to be 216 people based on Cochran's formula. The questionnaires included 11 variables and 52 items, which were prepared and analyzed in order to evaluate the level of social responsibility of technical and professional universities. The results show that in the current curriculum of technical and professional universities of the country, the amount of attention paid to the concept of social responsibility was average. Only three variables of standardization of contents and guarantee of curriculum contents and factors related to governing laws and regulations and examination of educational approach and philosophy governing the society were more than average. Also, the results show that the distance between the current situation and the ideal situation of the curriculum based on social responsibility of the university is large and it is necessary for universities to take measures to reduce this gap. Therefore, it is necessary for policy makers, curriculum designers, managers and educators to reach a scientific and logical understanding of social responsibility. And they should learn that supporting the external environment of the university is a conscious and scientific action that affects the society and is considered an important part of their lives.
