چکیده
با توجه به موقعیت استراتژیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران و دسترسی داشتن به آب های آزاد جهان، لازم است که کشور از قدرت دریایی مناسبی جهت برقراری امنیت و گسترش مرزهای دریایی برخوردار باشد. امروزه درصد بالایی از تجارت جهانی از طریق دریاها تأمین می شود و این امر ضرورت داشتن قدرت دریایی نظامی را نشان می دهد. هدف پژوهش تبیین نقش مؤلفه های نظامی در ارتقاء قدرت دریایی است. در این مقاله شاخص های ناوگان دریایی، پایگاه های دریایی و ناوگان هوایی جهت ارتقاء قدرت نظامی دریایی در نظر گرفته شده اند. در این راستا از روش توصیفی و تحلیل آمیخته با تکیه بر اسناد و منابع کتابخانه ای برای گردآوری اطلاعات و همچنین ارائه پرسشنامه به جامعه نمونه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 145 نفر از صاحب نظران در نیروی دریایی راهبردی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، وزارت دفاع و پشتیبانی نیروهای مسلح، سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی، کشتیرانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، شرکت ملی نفت کش جمهوری اسلامی ایران می باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه برابر 105 نفر حاصل شد. تجزیه وتحلیل و مقایسه نتایج مطالعه اسناد و مدارک و پرسش نامه در خصوص میزان تأثیرگذاری مؤلفه های نظامی در ارتقاء قدرت دریایی، به خوبی بیانگر این است که بهره گیری از ناوگان دریایی مجهز، پایگاه های دریایی و ناوگان هوایی مناسب، به روند پیشرفت و ارتقاء قدرت دریایی کشور کمک شایانی خواهد کرد.متن
Description of the Military Components role in the improvement of Sea power
Given the strategic position of the Islamic Republic of Iran and access to the open waters of the world, it is necessary that the country has the appropriate sea power to establish security and expand maritime borders. Today, a large percentage of world trade comes from the sea, which indicates the need for military sea power. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of military components in improving sea power. In this article, the indicators of naval fleet, naval bases and air fleet are considered to enhance naval sea power. In this regard, descriptive and mixed analysis methods based on library documents and resources have been used to collect information and also present a questionnaire to the sample population. The statistical population of this study includes ۱۴۵ experts in strategic navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Support, Ports and Maritime Organization, Shipping of the Islamic Republic of Iran, National Oil Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the sample size was chosen ۱۰۵ people by using Cochran's formula. Analysis and comparison of the results of the study of documents and questionnaire on the effectiveness of the military components in the improvement of the sea power, well indicate that the use of equipped naval fleet, naval bases and appropriate air fleet will greatly contribute to the development and improvement of the country's sea power.
