چکیده
تقسیمات کشوری از جمله مهم ترین مباحث مطرح در هر کشور است که نقش مهمی در اداره سرزمین برعهده دارد، و باید به نحو مطلوبی صورت گیرد تا بتواند به وظایف خود که تأمین امنیت کشور، اداره مطلوب فضا و کسب رضایت ساکنان سرزمین است دست یابد. لذا بدین منظور باید آسیب ها و ضعف هایی که در تقسیمات کشوری وجود دارد به درستی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته و در رفع و تبدیل کردن آن ها به فرصت سعی و تلاش لازم انجام گیرد. به همین دلیل پژوهش حاضر به منظور شناسایی آسیب هایی که در نظام تقسیمات کشوری ایران از منظر سیاسی و امنیتی وجود دارد انجام شده است؛ روش تحقیق این پژوهش به دو صورت کمی و کیفی انجام گرفته است. بدین صورت که ابتدا با مطالعه ادبیات پژوهش، آسیب های موجود در تقسیمات کشوری شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه و تحلیل توسط نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون T Test مورد سنجش توسط صاحب نظران قرار گرفته است تا به عنوان آسیب مورد تائید یا رد آنان قرار گیرد. براساس یافته های تحقیق آسیب ها و ضعف های تقسیمات کشوری ایران در سه بُعد جغرافیایی، سیاسی اداری و امنیتی دسته بندی شد. پس از بررسی موارد مذکور مشخص شد همه آسیب های فوق الذکر به عنوان چالش و ضعف در تقسیمات کشوری مورد تائید صاحب نظران بوده است.متن
Pathology of the issues of Iran's division of the country from a political and security perspective
The division of the country is one of the most important issues in any country, which plays an important role in land management, and must be done in a desirable way to be able to achieve its duties of providing security, optimal management of space and gaining the satisfaction of land dwellers. . Therefore, for this purpose, the injuries and weaknesses that exist in the divisions of the country should be properly identified and the necessary efforts should be made to eliminate and turn them into opportunities. For this reason, the present study was conducted to identify the damages that exist in the system of divisions of Iran from a political and security perspective; Research method This research has been done both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this way, first by studying the research literature, the injuries in the country divisions were identified and then using a questionnaire and analysis by SPSS software and T Test were assessed by experts to be confirmed as injuries. Or reject them. Based on the research findings, the weaknesses and weaknesses of Iran's divisions in the country were classified into three dimensions: geographical, political-administrative and security. After examining the above-mentioned cases, it was found that all the above-mentioned injuries have been approved by experts as a challenge and a weakness in the divisions of the country.
