چکیده
امروزه تحول در روش های جنگی و توسعه جنگ افزارها بر ضرورت افزایش روش های دفاعی از جمله پدافند غیرعامل در راستای حفظ قدرت دفاعی یگان های رزمی می افزاید. لذا این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه تطبیقی تیپ های رزمی مستقر در قرارگاه منطقه ای شمال شرق نزاجا از منظر پدافندغیرعامل انجام شده است. با توجه به موقعیت مکانی برخی از تیپ های این قرارگاه در استان های مرزی و اهمیت ویژه آن ها، برخورداری از عمده قوا و منابع نظامی، رعایت ملزومات پدافند غیرعامل، تاثیر شایانی در حفظ قدرت دفاعی آن ها خواهد داشت. از این رو، در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، تعداد 10شاخص پدافندغیرعامل که به وسیله مطالعات کتابخانه ای انتخاب گردیده است، توسط 20 نفر از متخصصان حوزه نظامی در طیف لیکرت با یکدیگر مقایسه شده و سپس به وسیله تکنیک مکبث مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است که به دلیل ملاحظات امنیتی با کدگذاری به ارزیابی آن ها پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل از این تکنیک بر اهمیت شاخص های پراکندگی و استتار بیش از سایر شاخص ها تاکید می نماید. کاربرد این معیارها با توجه به ضریب اهمیت آن ها در روش پرامیتی نشان داد که، تیپ 37 م از منظر رعایت شاخص های پدافند غیرعامل در رتبه اول قرار دارد. تیپ های 15ش و 27 ق نیز از منظر پدافند غیرعامل قابل قبول می نمایند. اما تیپ های 25 چ، 17 ت، 38 ت و 23 گ از منظر پدافندغیرعامل با بحران مواجه هستند. لذا تجدید نظر در وضعیت این تیپ ها باتوجه به تفاوت اهمیت شاخص های پدافند غیرعامل و در اولویت قرار دادن شاخص های مهم تر تاثیر به سزایی در افزایش قدرت پدافند غیرعامل در این تیپ ها خواهد داشت.متن
Comparative study of combat garrisons stationed in the northeastern regional of ground force from the perspective of passive defense
Today, the evolution of methods of warfare and the development of weapons add to the need of increasing defense methods, including attention to the requirements of passive defense in order to increase the defense power of combat units. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of comparative study of combat garrisons stationed in the northeastern regional of ground force from the perspective of passive defense. Considering the location of some units of this base in the border provinces, having major forces and military resources and the special importance of these units, observing the requirements of passive defense, will have a significant impact on increasing their defense power. Therefore, in this descriptive-analytical study, the importance of ۱۰ passive defense indices selected by library studies was compared by ۲۰ military experts in the Likert spectrum and then evaluated by Macbeth technique, due to protective consideration, they have been analyzed by coding. The results of this technique emphasize the importance of scatter and camouflage indices more than other indices. The application of these criteria, considering their coefficient of importance in the Prometheus method, showed that the ۳۷ M Brigade is in a very good position in terms of observing passive defense indicators. ۱۵ Sh and ۲۷ Q brigades are also acceptable. But the brigades of ۲۵ ch, ۱۷ T, ۳۸ T and ۲۳ G are facing a crisis in terms of passive defense.
