راهبرد بهینه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مدیریت مناسبات تجاری با چین در بستر تحلیلی نظریه بازی ها (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مقاله حاضر به بررسی راهبرد بهینه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مدیریت مناسبات تجاری با چین پرداخته و به این سوال پاسخ می دهد که با توجه به سطح بالای روابط تجاری آمریکا و چین از یک سو و افزایش تعارضات میان این دو کشور از سوی دیگر، راهبرد بهینه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مدیریت مناسبات اقتصادی میان ایران و چین چگونه خواهد بود؟ فرضیه اصلی پژوهش آن است که افول قدرت اقتصادی آمریکا و افزایش قدرت اقتصادی چین و نیز افزایش سطح جنگ تجاری میان این دو کشور فرصت بسیار مناسبی را برای ایران فراهم آورده تا با توسعه مناسبات تجاری با چین، بخشی از فشارهای ناشی از تحریم های آمریکا را خنثی نماید. پژوهش با بهره گیری از روش نظریه بازی ها، رابطه تجاری ایران و چین را مدل سازی کرده و راهبرد بهینه ایران در توسعه مناسبات تجاری با چین را تبیین خواهد کرد. نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل تعادل های بازی نشان می دهد راهبرد مطلوب برای ایران توسعه راهبردی روابط تجاری با چین باهدف امتیازگیری از طرف غربی و همچنین بهبود شرایط اقتصادی کشور و دور زدن تحریم هاست و به همین صورت راهبرد مطلوب برای طرف چینی نیز توسعه راهبردی روابط تجاری با ایران باهدف امتیازگیری از طرف غربی و نیز گسترش قدرت نرم خود در منطقه غرب آسیا است. چنانچه یکی از طرفین استراتژی قطع همکاری به منظور جلب رضایت طرف غربی را داشته باشند، طرف مقابل نیز چنین استراتژی را انتخاب می کند و بازی به تعادل جدیدی می رسد که منافع هر دو کشور در آن بسیار پایین خواهد بود.The Optimal Strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in managing Trade Relations with China: Game Theory Approach
This article examines the optimal strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in managing trade relations with China and answers this question: considering the high level of trade relations between the United States and China and the increase in conflicts and the emergence of an economic war between these two countries, what will be the optimal strategy of Iran in managing economic relations with China. The main hypothesis of the research is that: the decline of US economic power and the rise of China's economic power and in the same time emergence of the US-China trade war has provided a very good opportunity for Iran to develop trade relations with China on order to neutralize the pressure of US sanctions. Using the game theory method, the research models the Iran-China trade relationship and analyzes Iran's optimal strategy. The results show that the best strategy of Iran is development of trade relations with China with the aim of gaining concessions from the West, as well as improving the country's economic situation and circumventing sanctions and for the china with the aim of gaining concessions from the West and also expanding its soft power in the West Asian region. If one of the parties has a strategy of severing cooperation in order to satisfy the West, the other party will choose such a strategy and the game will reach a new balance in which the utility of both countries will be very low.
