چکیده
ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران از نیروهایی ترکیب شده که ماهیت تخصصی مجزا و فضای عملیاتی متفاوتی دارند. تفاوت در فضا و محیط عملیاتی، موجب استقلال راهبرد و تاکتیک در محیط تخصصی می شود. در هر صحنه ی جنگ دو نیروی خودی و دشمن وجود دارند که دارای محیط عملیاتی، اهداف، تاکتیک ها و تکنیک های متفاوت از هم هستند، بنابراین الزام حضور سلاح ها و تجهیزات و نیروهای متنوع با تخصص ها و حتی فرهنگ سازمانی مختلف برای پاسخگویی به کنش های متنوع دشمن، نیاز به سامانه اطلاعات یکپارچه و شبکه محور دارد. این سامانه با ایجاد شبکه یکپارچه اطلاعاتی در سامانه های اطلاعاتی و حفاظت اطلاعاتی و پایش مناطق عملیاتی آینده به منظور شناخت و بهره برداری از ظرفیت های بومی باعث هم افزایی در طرح ریزی، اجرا، کنترل و نظارت عملیات مشترکِ نیروهای چهارگانه آجا می گردد. هدف اصلی تحقیق تدوین راهبردهای هم افزایی سامانه اطلاعات ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در رزمایش مشترک است، این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی- توسعه ای بوده که به دو روش مرکب (توصیفی و زمینه ای- موردی) با رویکرد آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) انجام شده است. جامعه نمونه 74 نفر بوده و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات میدانی و کتابخانه ای می باشد، یافته ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق تعداد 18 عامل (5 قوت، 2 ضعف، 7 فرصت و 4 تهدید) نقش آفرین احصاء شده است. از تلفیق عوامل بالا تعداد 12 مطلوبیت و 15 چالش به دست آمده است. بر اساس محاسبات انجام شده مشخصات منطقه راهبردی در موقعیت تهاجمی معطوف به قوت قرار دارد و بر همین اساس تعداد 6 راهبرد برای هم افزایی سامانه اطلاعات آجا در رزمایش مشترک تدوین شده است.متن
Develop synergistic strategies for the intelligence component of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran in joint operations
The Islamic Republic of Iran is composed of forces that have a separate specialized nature and a different operational space. In every war scene, there are two forces, the insider and the enemy, which have different operational environments, goals, tactics and techniques, so the presence of various equipment and forces with different specialties and even organizational culture to respond to various enemy actions is needed. It has an integrated and network-oriented information system.This system, by creating an integrated information network in information systems and information protection and monitoring future operational areas in order to identify and utilize indigenous capabilities, will synergize the planning, implementation, control and monitoring of joint operations of the four forces of the army.The main purpose of this research is to enumerate the environmental factors that play a role and to formulate synergistic strategies of the military information system in joint operations. The sample population is ۷۴ people and the method of collecting field and library information is. The findings were analyzed using SPSS.Based on the research results, ۱۸ role-playing factors (۵ strengths, ۲ weaknesses, ۷ opportunities and ۴ threats) have been counted. From the combination of the above factors, ۱۲ desirability and ۱۵ challenges have been obtained. According to the calculations, the characteristics of the strategic area are in a strong offensive position, and accordingly, ۶ strategies have been developed to synergize the intelligence component of the army in joint operations.
