چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کشور ایران به دلیل دارا بودن موقعیت جغرافیایی و همچنین منابع غنی و ذخایر خدادادی از یک طرف و حرکت به سمت ایجاد تمدن والای اسلامی و نفی سلطه بیگانگان مورد توجه قدرت ها بوده که یکی از تهدیدهای مهم بحث نفوذ است که رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی بارها بحث نفوذ را مورد تأکید قرار داده اند. هدف این تحقیق پیشگیری از نفوذ دشمن در کشور مبتنی بر منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) است.روش: این تحقیق از منظر هدف، توسعه ای است؛ از لحاظ روش کیفی و با رویکرد گرندد تئوری انجام شده است.. برای جمع آوری داده ها، محتوای فرمان ها و تدابیر رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی ازسال 1370 تا کنون مرتبط با مبحث نفوذ و مشتمل بر 134 صفحه، معین و تعداد 465 کد باز استخراج گردید. در ادامه با بهره گیری از نرم افزار مکس کیودا و بر اساس نظر خبرگی 20 نفر ازکارکنان جامعه اطلاعاتی کشور که به روش هدفمند و تا حد اشباع نظری انتخاب شده بودند، کدگذاری های محوری و متعاقباً کدگذاری های انتخابی مبتنی بر رویکرد گرندد تئوری و با اعمال نظر آنان صورت پذیرفت. همچنین در بحث اعتبار تحقیق از روش ارزیابی اعتبار به روش ارتباطی استفاده شده استیافته ها: یافته ها متشکل از 30 کد مفهومی و 8 مقوله فرعی و 5 مقوله اصلی: 1. شرایط علی ( جهت سازهای قوی و قابلیت های موجود)؛ 2. شرایط زمینه ای (نظام فکری و استحکام درونی)؛ 3. شرایط مداخله گر (دشمنی حریف و ضعف های درونی) 4. راهبردها( اقدامات پیشگیرانه، و اشراف اطلاعاتی. 5.پیامدها ( بصیرت افزایی و اثرات اجتماعی) دسته بندی شده اند. و سرانجام مقوله هسته با عنوان پیشگیری از نفوذ دشمن محصول مراقبت همه جانبه برساخت گردیدنتیجه گیری: مراقبت همه جانبه به ایجاد تحول، دشمن شناسی، فهم حقیقت، اقتدار نظام، گسترش رفاه در جامعه و ... منجر می شود.که نه تنها از نفوذ دشمن پیشگیری خواهد کرد بلکه آثار فراوان دیگری را نیز در بر خواهد داشت.Prevention of Enemy Infiltration into the Country Based on the Ideological Thought System of the Supreme Leader
Background and aim: Due to its geographical location, rich resources, and divine reserves, Iran has been a target of powerful forces, while simultaneously moving towards the establishment of an Islamic civilization and rejecting foreign domination. One of the significant threats discussed by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution is the issue of infiltration. The aim of this research is to prevent enemy infiltration into the country based on the ideological system of the Supreme Leader.Method: This research is developmental in terms of objectives, conducted qualitatively with a grounded theory approach. Data collection involved extracting content from the commands and measures of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution related to the topic of infiltration from 1370 onwards, resulting in 134 pages, with 465 open codes. Subsequently, using MAXQDA software and based on the expert opinions of 20 selected information society employees using purposive sampling up to theoretical saturation, central coding and then selective coding based on the grounded theory approach were carried out. The credibility of the research was assessed using the relational evaluation method.Results: The findings consist of 30 conceptual codes and 8 sub-categories, categorized into 5 main categories: 1. Ali conditions (strong structures and existing capabilities); 2. Ground conditions (ideological system and internal strength); 3. Intervention conditions (enemy hostility and internal weaknesses); 4. Strategies (preventive actions and information dominance); 5. Consequences (increased awareness and social effects). Finally, the core concept, titled "Prevention of Enemy Infiltration," was developed as a product of comprehensive care.Conclusion: Comprehensive care leads to transformation, enemy identification, understanding the truth, system empowerment, and societal well-being, not only preventing enemy infiltration but also having numerous other effects.
