چکیده
یکی از مهم ترین ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ فتنه گری در ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳ ﻼم ﻇﻬ ﻮر اﻧﺪیﺸ ﻪ سلفی گری اﺳ ﺖ. ای ﻦ ﺟﺮیﺎن به عنوان یک ﻧﻈﺎم (اﻋﺘﻘﺎدی و ﻣﺬﻫﺒی)، ﻫ ﻮیﺘی ﺧﺎﺻ ی ک ﻪ دارد، ﺑﺎ دوﻗﻄﺒی کﺮدن ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳﻼم می تواند ﺿﻤﻦ ﻣﺨﺪوش کﺮدن وﺣﺪت اﺳﻼﻣی ﺑﺎ ایﺠ ﺎد ﻣﻨﺎزﻋ ﻪ ﻣﺬﻫﺒی، ﺛﺒﺎت و ﺗﻌﺎدل ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ اﺳﻼﻣی را ﺑﺮﻫﻢ زده و از ای ﻦ ﻃﺮی ﻖ اﻣﻨی ﺖ کﺸ ﻮرﻫﺎی اﺳ ﻼﻣی را ﺑ ﺎ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ می کند. وﺿﻌیﺖ ﺟﻤﻬﻮری اﺳﻼﻣی ایﺮان در ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ جریان های ﺗکﻔیﺮی در حالت تهاجمی خفیف بوده و نشان دهنده این است که؛ نیاز است با حداکثر استفاده از فرصت های محیطی و با اتکا به نقاط قوت برای مقابله با تهدیدات نوپدید محیطی و بهبود وضعیت فعلی عملکرد دفاع منطقه ای اقدام نمود. این تحقیق باهدف دستیابی به راهبردهای نظامی ج.ا.ا در دفاع منطقه ای برای مقابله با تهدیدهای نوپدید مبتنی بر سلفی گری انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی – توسعه ای و به روش توصیفی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش جامعه آماری را تمام شمار (95 نفر)، در نظر گرفته شده و با جامعه نمونه منطبق می باشد. مؤلفه های دفاع منطقه ای برای مقابله با تهدیدهای نوپدید جمهوری اسلامی ایران پس از مطالعات کتابخانه ای تدوین و در مورد تأیید آن از خبرگان امر، نظرخواهی گردیده و مؤلفه ها و شاخص ها مورد ارزیابی واقع شده است. سپس به منظور بررسی وضعیت موجود و اهمیت آن ها پرسش نامه تنظیم و بین افراد جامعه توزیع و داده های موردنیاز جمع آوری گردیده است که در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرارگرفته و با استفاده از روش سوآت راهبردها تعیین و درنهایت با استفاده از روش تاپ سیس این راهبردها اولویت بندی شده است.متن
Strategies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in regional defense to deal with emerging threats with emphasis on Salafism
One of the most important factors of sedition in the Islamic world is the emergence of Salafist thought. This current, as a system (belief and religion) has a special identity that, by polarizing the Islamic world while distorting Islamic unity by creating religious conflict can upset the stability and balance of Islamic societies and thus the security of Islamic countries by Faces a challenge. According to the results the situation of Iran in the face of takfiri currents in a state of aggression is mild and shows that It is necessary to take maximum advantage of environmental opportunities and rely on strengths to deal with emerging environmental threats and improve the current state of regional defense performance. This study aims to achieve the military strategies of Iran in regional defense to deal with emerging threats with an emphasis on professionalism. The present study is an application-developmental and descriptive method.in this study the statistical a whole (۸۵ people) and is consistent with the sample popuiation Components of regional defense to deal with the emerging threats of Iran after studying the library and compiled for approval by experts the components and indicators have been evaluated. Then in order to evaluate the current situation and their importance a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the members of the community and the required data were collected. The descriptive statistics and inferential statistics section were analyzed and then using the SWOT method. Strategies are determined and finally prioritized using TOPSIS method.
