بررسی دیدگاه کتابداران نسبت به نقش کتابخانههای عمومی در مهندسی فرهنگ جامعه در شهر تهران (مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان نقش کتابخانه های عمومی تحت نظر نهاد، در مهندسی فرهنگ جامعه در شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر پیمایشی - تحلیلی است.جامعه آماری شامل 117 کتابدار 37 کتابخانه عمومی تحت نظر نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی کشور در شهر تهران است. به علت محدود بودن جامعه، کل جامعه برای بررسی در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. به منظور انجام تحلیل های آماری از آزمون t تک متغیری، آزمون مجذور کا و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که از دیدگاه کتابداران، کتابخانه های عمومی در زمینه ارتقاء دانش اطلاعاتی، نگرش اجتماعی، شکل گیری هنجارهای اجتماعی، جهان بینی، علاقه و عادت به مطالعه، غنای فرهنگی، ارتقاء آموزش و فعالیت های اجتماعی میان افراد جامعه نقش مؤثری داشته و در زمینه نگرش سیاسی، آیین های فرهنگی، نگرش اقتصادی افراد جامعه، نقش چندانی ندارند. نتیجه گیری: با جمع بندی نهایی نقش کتابخانه ها در مؤلفه های فرهنگی می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که کتابخانه های عمومی شهر تهران از دیدگاه کتابداران بیش از حد متوسط در مهندسی فرهنگ جامعه دارند و از بین مؤلفه های فرهنگی نام برده شده، «ارتقاء دانش اطلاعاتی» با میانگین رتبه 47/10 و «نگرش اقتصادی» با میانگین 92/1 درصد به ترتیب بالاترین و پایین ترین رتبه ها را به خود اختصاص داده اند.Study of librarians’ opinion about the role of public libraries in engineering of society’s culture in Tehran
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the public libraries role in society’s cultural engineering covered by - Iran Public Libraries’ Organization (I.. P. L. O.).
Methodology: Research method is descriptive. The research community includes all 117 librarians from 37 public libraries. To gather information the researcher has used questionnaires including 29 questions. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by experts and reliability of questionnaire was verified by Cronbach’s alpha. For statistical analysis, Single variable T- test, K square and Friedman test were used.
Findings: Results of this research reveal that public libraries role in society’s cultural engineering is more than 50% and also clarifies that between the chosen factors as the cultural role of libraries; the most effective one is libraries’ role in developing knowledge and information among the society.
Conclusion: This research is one of the first researches in public libraries to show their role in cultural engineering in society.
