چکیده
اهداف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مدیریت دانش در راهبرد محیط آموزش عالی(مطالعه موردی دانشگاه های پیام نور استان بوشهر) می باشد. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف ، کاربردی و از حیث روش ، توصیفی – تحلیلی از نوع علی با رویکرد پیمایشی است . جامعه آماری شامل کارمندان و مدیران دانشگاه های پیام نور استان بوشهر که تعداد 167 نفر می باشد که تعداد 128 نفر پاسخگو بوده اند. گردآوری داده ها بر اساس پرسشنامه های استاندارد مدیریت دانش نوناکاو تاکاچی (1955) استفاده شده است و در تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است که داده های استخراج شده وارد صفحه گسترده Excel شده و سپس جهت تحلیل، وارد نرم افزار LISREL گردید. تحلیل داده ها با آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون صورت گرفت. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مدیریت دانش با نقش میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی بر روی راهبرد محیط آموزش عالی دانشگاه پیام نور بوشهر تأثیر دارد و مدیریت دانش با نقش میانجی فناوری بر روی راهبرد محیط آموزش عالی دانشگاه پیام نور بوشهر تأثیر معنی داری دارد. نتیجه گیری: از دیگر نتایج این تحقیق این است که مدیریت دانش با نقش میانجی مدیریت عملکرد بر روی راهبرد محیط آموزش عالی دانشگاه پیام نور بوشهر تأثیر معنی دار دارد.The Role Of Knowledge Management In The Strategy Of The Higher Education Environment (A Case Study Of Payam Noor Bushehr Universities)
Objectives : The aim of this research is to investigate the role of knowledge management in the strategy of higher education environment (case study of Payam Nour Bushehr universities). Methodology : This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method with a survey approach. The statistical population includes 167 employees and managers of Payam Noor universities in Bushehr province. Data collection was based on standard questionnaires and descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used in data analysis. The extracted data were entered into an Excel spreadsheet and then entered into LISREL software for analysis. Data analysis was done by Pearson's correlation coefficient test and regression analysis. Results : The findings of the research showed that knowledge management with the mediating role of organizational culture has an effect on the strategy of the higher education environment of Payam Noor Bushehr Universities, and knowledge management with the mediating role of technology has an effect on the strategy of the higher education environment of Payam Noor Bushehr Universities. Conclusion : Another result of this research is that knowledge management with the mediating role of performance management has a significant impact on the strategy of the higher education environment of Payam Noor Bushehr Universities.
