اولویت بندی شاخص های توسعه پایدار شهری با رویکرد تجزیه وتحلیل سلسله مراتبی گروهی (مطالعه موردی در شهر اصفهان)

چکیده
توسعه پایدار یکی از جامع ترین مفاهیم در دهه های اخیر می باشد این واژه در مفهوم گسترده آن به معنی اداره وبهره برداری صحیح و کارا از منابع مالی، نیروی انسانی و... برای دست یابی به الگوی مصرف مطلوب است که با به کارگیری امکانات فنی، ساختار وتشکیلات مناسب برای رفع نیاز نسل امروز وآینده به طور رضایت بخش امکان پذیر می شود .توسعه پایدار نه فقط بهبود نسل حاضر بلکه نسل های آینده را نیز را در نظر دارد. هدف این تحقیق تحلیل واولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه پایدار شهری در اصفهان با استفاده از رویکرد AHP گروهی می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق 18 نفر از خبرگان در سازمان های شهرداری اصفهان، شورای شهر اصفهان واستانداری اصفهان بوده اند که با استفاده از پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی نظرات آنها گرد آوری شده است.اطلاعات گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار Expert Choice مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده توسعه پایدار اقتصادی(B) با وزن 413/0 دارای بیشترین تاثیر بر توسعه پایدار شهر اصفهان داشته است وتوسعه پایدار اجتماعی (A)با وزن 327/0 و توسعه پایدار زیست محیطی (C) با وزن 260/0 بترتیب دارای بیشترین وزن بوده اند.Prioritization of indicators of urban permanent development with a group Analytic hierarchy process: A case study in Isfahan city
Sustainable development is one of the most comprehensive concepts in recent decades. This world’s broad concept means good governance and efficient exploitation of resources like financial and human resources for achieving to the desired consumption pattern that by applying technical facilities and suitable structures and formations the needs of current and future generations will be met satisfactory. Sustainable development regards the needs of both current and future generations. The purpose of this research is Prioritization of indicators of sustainable urban development with a group Analytic hierarchy process in Isfahan. The Statistical population of this research is 18 people of Experts in Isfahan Municipality, the city council and Governorate. Their comments are gathered by using paired comparisons. The obtained data were analyzed by using Expert Choice. According to the earned results, economic sustainable development (B) with weight of 0.413 has had the greatest impact on Isfahan sustainable development, social sustainable development (A) with weight of 0.327 and Environmental sustainable development (C) with weight of 0.260, had the highest weights, respectively.
