چکیده
هدف : پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد به اهمیت مبحث کتابدار داده ها و نقش آن در حوزه علم سنجی و سایر زمینه های مرتبط بپردازد. روش پژوهش: این مقاله از نوع گردآوری است و با روش پژوهش اسنادی به شیوه بررسی متون انجام شده است. یافته ها: کتابدار داده دارای مهارت های منحصربه فردی همچون مدیریت دسترسی، سواد داده، مجموعه سازی، نظارت دیجیتال، پشتیبانی انتشار و توسعه سیاست است. از طرفی نگهداری و بایگانی داده ها، فناوری های رایانه ای، ارزیابی علم و فناوری، ارتباطات علمی و مدیریت داده پژوهش، به صورت مشترک از جمله مهارت های کتابدار یا مشاور داده، کتابدار سیستم، علم سنج و یا مدیران محسوب می شوند. نتیجه گیری: با ظهور کتابدار داده، فرصت های شغلی جدیدی برای کتابداران ایجاد شده است. در آسیا مبحث کتابدار داده هنوز ناشناخته است و لازمه بهره برداری مناسب از آن، ارائه تعریف و تدوین درس در دانشگاه ها، گسترش دامنه کاریابی فارغ التحصیلان و در ادامه ایجاد ردیف های شغلی در مراکز گوناگون است.The role of the data librarian in scientometrics and related fields
Objective: The present study intends to study the importance of the topic of the librarian and its role in the field of scientometrics and other relevant fields. Methodology: this paper is of collection type and the method of documentary research has been done in the way of studying texts. Results: The data librarian has unique skills such as access management, data literacy, Collection building, digital monitoring, and diffusion support and policy development. As well as, the storage and archive of data, computer technology, science and technology assessment, scientific communication and data management are common among the skills of librarian or data consultant, Conclusion: With the advent of the librarian, new job opportunities have been created for librarians. In Asia the subject of data librarian is still unknown, and the proper utilization of it is to provide definitions and work in universities, expand employment range, and continue to create job rows in different centers.
