چکیده
هدف : مستندسازی یکی از مهمترین امور در مدیریت دانش است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی موانع مستندسازی تجارب کارکنان کتابخانه های عمومی استان خراسان جنوبی است. روش پژوهش : پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات جزو تحقیقات کتابخانه ای است که از تکنیک های میدانی نیز بهره برده است. این پژوهش از نظر روش، جزو پژوهش های توصیفی- ترکیبی است که از طریق پیمایشی دلفی و تحلیل محتوا (روش کلایزی) انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان کتابخانه های عمومی استان خراسان جنوبی تشکیل دادند که 20 نفر از اعضای جامعه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده ها از پرسش نامه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در مرحله اول دلفی از روش کلایزی و در دور دوم دلفی از آماره های توصیفی (میانگین و درصد) و همچنین به منظور تحلیل داده های آماری از نرم افزار 16 spss استفاده شد. یافته ها : حاصل تحلیل مصاحبه ها پس از بازبینی و مقایسه به 43 کد رسید. در بازبینی نهایی این کدها در 6 شاخص اصلی قرار گرفتند. در حقیقت 43 مانع اولیه شناسایی شدند که در 6 مانع اصلی قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که مجموعه ای از موانع فرهنگی، آموزشی، فردی، ابزاری-زیرساختی، مقرراتی و فناورانه، کارکنان و کارشناسان اطلاعاتی را از امر مستندسازی تجربه بازمی دارد. بر اساس تحلیل های صورت گرفته موانع فردی با سایر موانع ارتباط تنگاتنگی دارد. اصالت/ارزش : موضوع مورد مطالعه و روش انجام این پژوهش دارای اصالت است. نتایج این پژوهش از خروج دانش و تجارب کارکنان از سازمان مربوطه جلوگیری می کند. به کارگیری نتایج این پژوهش کمک خواهد کرد که کتابخانه در زمینه مدیریت دانش و کسب مزیت رقابتی موفق عمل کند.Identifying Barriers to Documenting the Experiences of the Librarians of the Public Libraries of South Khorasan Province (A Delphi Study)
Objective: Documentation is one of the most important issues in knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to find barriers to documenting the experiences of librarians. Methodology: This present research is applied in terms of purpose and library research and field techniques are used in terms of data collection method. In terms of method, this research is one of the descriptive combined researches that been done through Delphi survey and content analysis (Colaizzi method). The statistical population of this research includes the staff of public libraries South Khorasan province in which 20 members of the community have been selected as a sample. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Spss software was used to analyze the data of the first stage of Delphi Colaizzi method and the data of the second round of Delphi by descriptive statistic (means and percentage) and also for the analysis of statistical data. Results : The results of the analysis of the interviews reached 43 cods after review and comparison. In the final review, these cods were included in 6 main indicators. In fact, 43 initial obstacles were identified, which were located in 6 main obstacles. The results indicate that a set of cultural, educational, personal, infrastructural, regulatory and technological barriers prevent staff and information experts from documenting experience. According to analysis, individual barriers are closely related to other barriers. Conclusion: The subject of research and method of conducting this research are original. By documenting the experiences, the knowledge and experiences of the employees of the relevant organization are prevented from leaving and also, this document can be used as a reference source for the future work of the organization, and modeling it will greatly help the optimization and development of the organization (libraries).
