رابطه بین هوش فرهنگی و ویژگی های کارآفرینانه کتابداران کتابخانه های دانشگاهی مطالعه موردی: کتابخانه های دانشگاهی شهر مشهد (مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین هوش فرهنگی و ویژگی های کارآفرینانه کتابداران کتابخانه های دانشگاهی مشهد که به دانشجویان غیر ایرانی ارائه خدمت می نمایند، انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی بوده و به روش پیمایشی توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام گرفته و ابزار گردآوری داده های آن دو پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی ارلی و آنگ (2007) با پایایی 91/0 و ویژگی های کارآفرینانه کردنائیج و همکاران (1386) با پایایی 94/0 بوده است. جامعه پژوهش را کتابداران کتابخانه های دانشگاهی مشهد که به دانشجویان غیر ایرانی ارائه خدمت می کنند تشکیل می دهد که در سال 1394، 91 نفر بوده اند و به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار 19SPSS و روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (از آزمون کولوموگروف و اسمیرنف، آزمون های t یک نمونه ای مستقل و همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل واریانس) انجام شده است. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد این کتابداران به لحاظ میزان هوش فرهنگی و میزان ویژگی های کارآفرینانه از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار هستند. همچنین بین هوش فرهنگی کتابداران و ویژگی های کارآفرینانه ایشان و نیز بین هر چهار بعد هوش فرهنگی شامل ابعاد فراشناختی، شناختی، انگیزشی و رفتاری با ویژگی های کارآفرینانه کتابداران رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد. همچنین یافته ها حاکی از آن است که بین میزان هوش فرهنگی کتابداران بر حسب سطح تحصیلات، سابقه کاری و رشته تحصیلی و نیز بین ویژگی های کارآفرینانه کتابدارن بر حسب وضعیت استخدام ایشان تفاوت معنی دار وجود ندارد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته ها بین هوش فرهنگی و ویژگی های کارآفرینانه کتابداران رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد.relationship between cultural intelligence and entrepreneurial characteristics of university librarians a case study: Mashhad Academic libraries
Objective: This study is conducted aiming to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and entrepreneurial characteristics of university librarians in Mashhad who provide services to foreign students.
Metho ds : This investigation is an applied one in terms of purpose which is carried out as a descriptive – analytical survey and two questionnaires were used as the data collection instruments: the Early & Ang's of Cultural Intelligence questionnaire (2007) with the reliability of 0.91 and the Kordnaeij & et al's Entrepreneurial Characteristics questionnaire (2008) with the reliability of 0.94. The population under study consists of all 91 university librarians in Mashhad city who provide services to foreign students in 2015 selected by census method. SPSS software and the descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze data.
Results : The Findings indicated that the librarians working in these libraries are in a good status both in terms of cultural intelligence and entrepreneurial characteristics aspects. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between the librarians' cultural intelligence and their entrepreneurial characteristics as well as between each of the four aspects of cultural intelligence including Metacognitive, Cognitive, Motivational and Behavioral aspects and the librarians' entrepreneurial characteristics. Moreover, results indicate that there is no meaningful difference between the level of cultural intelligence of librarians in terms of education, job experience and field of study and also between entrepreneurial characteristics of librarians in terms of employment status.
Conclusions: there is a meaningful relationship between cultural intelligence and librarians' entrepreneurial characteristics.
