چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش بررسی رابطه ی هوش سازمانی کتابخانه های دانشگاه های دولتی شهر کرمان، با میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در این کتابخانه ها است. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش پیمایشی، و ابزار جمع آوری داده ها دو پرسشنامه ی استاندارد هوش سازمانی آلبرخت و پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته ی میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در کتابخانه ها بود. جامعه ی آماری شامل 65 نفر کتابداران کتابخانه های دانشگاه های دولتی شهر کرمان در سال 90 بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS15، در سطح آمار استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی Pearson) صورت گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین هوش سازمانی و فناوری اطلاعات در کتابخانه های دانشگاه های دولتی در سطح (P<0/05) رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری وجود ندارد. ولی، بین مؤلفه های تمایل به تغییر و اتحاد و توافق با فناوری اطلاعات در سطح (P<0/05) رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: داشتن میزان تمایل به تغییر و اتحاد و توافق بالای کتابداران باعث افزایش میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در کتابخانه ها توسط کتابداران شده است، و یکی از اجزای اصلی استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در کتابخانه ها محسوب می شود.Evaluation of relationship between Organizational Intelligence and usage rate of Information and Communication Technology in public Universities Librarians in Kerman
Objective: The research purpose is to investigate the relationship between Organizational Intelligence and usage rate of Information and Communication Technology in public universities librarians in Kerman.
Methodology: In this study, data was collected by standardized questionnaire of Albrecht Organizational Intelligence and researcher-developed questionnaire usage rate of Information and Communication Technology. Statistical community included 65 librarians of academic libraries in Kerman in 1391. Data was analyzed by SPSS15 and level of Pearson correlation.
Findings: Results show no significant relationship between Organizational Intelligence and Information Technology in level (P<0/05). But results show there is a significant relationship between components of inclination for change and union and compatibility with Information Technology in level (P<0/05).
Conclusion: To have the desirable level of inclination for change and union and compatibility between librarians is one of the basic components of Information Technology in libraries. It means that, high level of its two components leads to more usage of Information Technology in libraries.
