چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی سازماندهی تعاونی اطلاعات کشاورزی کتابخانه های مراکز و موسسات آموزشی تحت پوشش سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی در محیط اینترنت انجام پذیرفته است. روش شناسی: روش انجام پژوهش پیمایش توصیفی است. برای گردآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. نتایج با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد) در قالب جدول و نمودار ارائه شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تعداد 55 کتابخانه وابسته به سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی که به طور میانگین 4 سال از نرم افزار تحت وب سیمرغ استفاده می کنند تشکیل می دهد. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد سازماندهی تعاونی اطلاعات کشاورزی طی دو مرحله فهرستنویسی و رده بندی (100 درصد) و نمایه سازی (6/21 درصد) انجام می شود. کتابخانه های مورد پژوهش با مشکلاتی از جمله نیروی انسانی با (رتبه 26/4)، امکانات مالی با (رتبه 54/4)، امکانات فنی با (رتبه 50/45) مواجه هستند. سازماندهی تعاونی اطلاعات منجر به صرفه جویی در وقت (2/43 درصد)، هزینه و سرعت به طور یکسان (1/54 درصد) و نیز یکپارچگی در بکارگیری نرم افزار کتابخانه های مورد مطالعه (100 درصد) شده است.The challenges facing cooperative cataloging in the internet environment” a case study about the libraries attached to Education and Research of Agriculture Organization
Purpose : the present study has been performed white the purpose of considering cooperative organizing of library agricultural data of educational centers affiliated to agricultural promotion, education and research organization in internet milieu.
Methodology: The methodology of the Study performance method is descriptive method. Data are collected through questionnaire to consider data organizing, personel, soft ware and hardware issues for data collection, to consider of data organizing , man power, soft ware hardware situations, questionnaire has been used .
Data, after collection were analyzed. And its result, by use of descriptive statistical methods (abundance, percentage), were presented in from of table and diagram. Statistical society are combined 55 libraries of research institutions and centers dependent on agricultural promotion education organization, that they use software under Simorgh web for average 4 years.
Findings: Findings show that cooperative organizing of agricultural data, during the two stages of cataloging and classification%100 is performed; and in indexing stage %21.6 is done.
Conclusion: Obtained results showed that the studied libraries , in performance of mentioned project, were faced with problems such as personnel (with 4.26 degree), financial property (with 4.54 degree), technical property (with 45.50 degree) data cooperative organizing has led to time economy (%43.2), cost similar to speed economy (%54.1) and also integration in use of studied library software (%100).
