ارائه مدلی برای ارتقاء اثربخشی دوره های کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان (مورد مطالعه استان تهران)

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای ارتقاء اثربخشی دوره های کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان می باشد. این مطالعه به روش کیفی و کمی (آمیخته) و اکتشافی از نوع متوالی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 1143 دانشجو معلم، ورودی (۱۳۹۶) بود، و بر اساس جدول مورگان 299 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته باز پاسخ، 15 نفر از صاحب نظران حوزه کارورزی به طور هدفمند انتخاب شده، سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار Atlas. ti کد گذاری باز انجام گردید. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مؤلفه های استخراج شده از مصاحبه انجام شده، 110 گویه ای بر مبنای طیف پنج گزینه ای لیکرت، تهیه گردید و برای دانشجویان گروه هدف ارسال و داده های آن گردآوری شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط اساتید متخصص تأیید گردید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 99% محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تأییدی و t تک نمونه ای با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 19 و LISREL نسخه 8/8 استفاده گردید. با توجه به ابعاد و مؤلفه های به دست آمده در دانشگاه فرهنگیان مدلی برای ارتقاء اثر بخشی دوره های کارورزی ارائه شد.Farhangian University, a model was presented to improve the effectiveness of internship courses.
The purpose of this study was to provide a model to improve the effectiveness of internships at Farhangian University. This study was performed by qualitative and quantitative (mixed) and sequential exploration methods. The statistical population was 1143 students and 96 teachers and 299 people were selected as a sample based on Morgan table. Using a semi-structured open-ended interview. Fifteen internship experts were purposefully selected, then open coding was done using Atlas ti software. . A 110-item researcher-made questionnaire was prepared based on the Likert five-choice spectrum and sent to the students of the target group and its data were collected. Its face and content validity was confirmed by expert professors and its reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha 99%. In order to analyze the research data, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory test, one-sample t-test using SPSS 19 and LISREL software were used. According to the dimensions and components obtained in Farhangian University, a model was presented to improve the effectiveness of internship courses.
