طراحی الگوی شایستگی های حماسی افسری بر مبنای آموزه های تربیتی شاهنامه فردوسی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
برخورداری سازمان های دفاعی از سرمایه های انسانی شایسته متناسب با ماهیت ماموریت و فرهنگ حاکم بر آنها توانمندی و آمادگی رزمی آنها را ارتقا خواهد داد. با توجه جایگاه فرهنگ ملی و حماسی ایرانی این مقاله شایستگی های حماسی نظامیان را بر مبنای آموزه های تربیتی شاهنامه فردوسی شناسایی و طبقه بندی کرده است. این پژوهش کاربردی با رویکرد کیفی و راهبرد تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. منابع اطلاعاتی پژوهش شامل آموزه های تربیتی شاهنامه فردوسی در ارتباط با نظامیان است که با روش بررسی اسناد و مدارک و به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و با کمک ابزار شبکه مضامین تحلیل و گزارش شده اند. تلفیق و مقوله بندی شایستگی های حماسی شناسایی شده نشان داد این شایستگی ها در هفت مقوله اصلی قابل طبقه بندی هستند: شایستگی های اعتقادی، شایستگی های ارزشی، شایستگی های نگرشی، شایستگی های شخصیتی، شایستگی های شناختی و روانشناختی و شایستگی های رفتاری و جسمانی. بر این اساس، اسطوره های حماسه ساز معرفی شده در شاهنامه الگوهایی از سلحشوری اخلاق مدار بوده اند. ترویج آموزه های تربیتی مرتبط با آنان در میان نظامیان می تواند به پرورش شایستگی های افسری مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایرانی مساعدت کند. نتایج این پژوهش می توانند به عنوان منبعی غنی از آموزه های فرهنگ ملی ایران در تدوین الگوی جامع شایستگی های افسری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و در برنامه های تربیت افسری نیز به مثابه راهنمای پرورش روحیه حماسی افسران در مسیر تلاش برای تامین امنیت پایدار میهن و اجرای بهینه وظایف و ماموریت های محوله بهره برداری شود.Designing the Model of Officer Competencies Based on the Educational Teachings of Ferdowsi's Shahnameh
The competent human capital of defense organizations considering their mission and culture will improve the capability and combat readiness of them. Considering the status of Iranian national and epic culture, this article has identified and classified the epic competencies of officers based on the educational teachings of Ferdowsi's Shahnameh. This applied research was conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis strategy. The information sources of the research include the educational teachings of Ferdowsi's Shahnameh in relation to the military men, which were selected purposefully and analyzed and reported with content network tool. The compilation and categorization of identified epic competencies showed that these can be classified into seven main categories: belief; value; attitudinal; personality; cognitive and psychological; and behavioral and physical competencies. Findings reveal that the epic myths introduced in the Shahnameh have been models of moral chivalry. It is concluded that promoting educational teachings of Shahnameh among military personnel can help to develop officer competencies based on Iranian culture. The results can be used as a rich source of the teachings of Iran's national culture in developing a comprehensive model of officer competencies. Also, they can be used as a guide for developing the epic spirit of officers to ensure the stable security of the homeland and the optimal implementation of duties and assigned missions.
