چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، ساخت، اعتباریابی و رواسازی پرسشنامه ارزشیابی کیفیت سامانه مدیریت یادگیری الکترونیکی بر مبنای استاندارد ایزو 9126 بود. بدین منظور، پرسشنامه ای بر اساس مرور نظام مند مبانی نظری و با در نظر گرفتن شاخص های ایزو 9126 طراحی شد. برای تحلیل سئوالات از روش های محاسبه درجه دشواری، ضریب تمیز و روش لوپ و برای اعتباریابی از روش های روایی صوری، روایی محتوی و روایی سازه استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر متخصصین تایید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 907/0 به دست آمد. نمونه گیری، به روش تصادفی ساده انجام و حجم نمونه براساس دیدگاه کلاین برای هر عامل 40 نفر و کل نمونه به تعداد 350 نفر محاسبه شد. جامعه آماری، شامل دانشجویان مقاطع کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه های علم و صنعت ایران و صنعتی خواجه نصیر بود. نتایج نشان داد پرسشنامه ارزشیابی کیفیت سامانه مدیریت یادگیری بر مبنای ایزو 9126 در عامل ها و شاخص های عملیاتی بودن، قابلیت استفاده، کارآیی و قابلیت اطمینان از اعتبار و روایی مناسبی برخوردار بوده و عوامل به دست آمده از تحلیل عاملی می تواند کیفیت سامانه مدیریت یادگیری الکترونیکی را ارزشیابی کند.Construction and validation of the questionnaire of Evaluation of quality of e-learning management system based on ISO 9126 standard
The aim of this article was to Construction and validation of the questionnaire of Evaluation of quality of e-learning management system based on ISO 9126 standard.In order to, a questionnaire was designed based on a systematic review of theoretical foundations and considering the indicators of ISO 9126. To analyze the questions, the methods of calculating the difficulty index, discriminative index and loop method and for face validity, content validity and construct validity were used to validate the questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha of 0.907. Sampling in this research was simple random And the final sample size was calculated based on Klein's view that for each factor 40 people considered, and the total sample was 350 people.The statistical population of the study includes undergraduate and graduate students of Iran University of Science and Technology and K. N.Toosi University. The results showed that, the quality assessment questionnaire of e-learning management system based on ISO 9126 In operational indicators, Functionality, usability, efficiency and reliability has good validity and reliability and the factors obtained from factor analysis can evaluate the quality of e-learning management system.
