Purpose- The purpose of the current research is to present a community-based tourism model in the mountain villages of Nowshahr County in Mazandaran province.Methodology- This research was conducted in two stages. In the qualitative part, a semi-structured and in-depth interview was conducted with 20 tourism activists, handicrafts and university experts with a theoretical and targeted method, and the analysis of the interviews was conducted with a Grounded Theory method. The classical grounded theory was done with the help of MAXQDA software. In the quantitative part Lawshe index have been used and in order to test the paradigm model, the final questionnaire was distributed among 384 people of Kojur mountain villages in a cluster and available method. In the last stage, by using Smart PLS software the structural model was examined. Findings- The community-based tourism model of mountain villages obtained in this research includes six components. Causal factors include two "Mental" and "Behavioral" components, contextual factors include three "Group", "Family" and "Individual" components, intervening factors include four "Infrastructural" and "Political-Law" components, "Economic" and "Socio-Cultural", strategies including four "Developmental", "Marketing and Product", "Financial" and "Educational" components and finally the consequences including three "Social-Cultural", "Environmental" and "Economic" components. Also, the main phenomenon in this model was "passion for action".Practical implications- Considering the problems of tourism in the mountainous villages of Kojur region, it is possible to develop community-based tourism by reducing the obstacles identified and strengthening the contexts by adopting development strategies, marketing and product, finance and education and created positive consequences.Original/value- By knowing and gaining insight into the formation process of community-based tourism in Kojur mountain villages and its effective factors and consequences, it is possible to develop better and more effective this type of tourism in the region.

Purpose : Most of the reasons that result in high staff turnover and cost a lot of money on new employees are rooted in the lack of current job embeddedness and finding a way to keep employees in their current job has always been a concern for Central Bank managers. So the question is how to find a suitable model of human resource management in this regard? Method : Developmental research was designed with a qualitative approach and the strategy of the ground theory. Data were collected from in-depth interviews conducted with 25 expert managers of the Central Bank based on purposeful sampling and continued until reaching theoretical saturation. Using data analysis and coding, the initial conceptual model was created using the opinions of experts. In the quantitative section, 346 lower-ranking employees were selected by stratified random sampling method to answer the questionnaire. Qualitative data analysis was done using the thematic analysis method. Quantitative data analysis by using confirmatory factor analysis was analyzed and coded with the help of SPSS, and AMOS software. Each of them was evaluated separately, based on the systematic method of Strauss and Corbin. Findings : Eventually, a model was created for organization embeddedness that could be helpful for the organization to reduce costs and increase employee productivity. Conclusion : Organizations and the community should hire staff only by holding exams and obtaining the necessary quorum for this aim. They should not discriminate against applicants and all should be in the same conditions to qualify and compete so do best to succeed in own job.
Developing a Model for Promoting Social Responsibility of the Red Crescent Society by Emphasizing on volunteers’ participation in disasters(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)
INTRODUCTION: Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), as the biggest non-governmental organizations in Iran's social system, needs to develop the concept of social responsibility. The current study was conducted to develop a model for the social responsibility of the Red Crescent Society by emphasizing on volunteers’ participation in disasters. METHODS: A qualitative approach (Grounded Theory method) was designed to define related components. The sample population included experts and volunteers in the Red Crescent Society. The sampling method was purposeful and 22 volunteers were selected based on theoretical saturation. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and data analysis was conducted based on paradigm model explanation. FINDINGS: Based on data analysis, causal conditions consist of 9 main categories, 32 sub-categories and 76 concepts; contextual conditions consist of 6 main categories, 18 subcategories, and 77 concepts; 2 main categories, 8 sub-categories and 33 concepts for intervening conditions; the strategies consist of 11 main categories, 37 sub-categories and 148 concepts, and finally, the results consist of 9 main categories, 12 sub-categories and 52 concepts. On the base of extracted data, a paradigm model of the social responsibility with an emphasis on the participation of volunteers was designed. CONCLUSION: The social responsibility of the Red Crescent Society is a comprehensive issue and has different legal, ethical, public, national, economic and social aspects which should be considered in planning of this organization for disasters.
Designing the Model of Strategic Human Resource Management in the Marketing Section(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: In this research, the influencing factors on the behavior of human resources in the marketing department and human resource management policies and their relationship with the strategies of this department have been examined in order to identify the factors that are related to the superior performance of this department. Methodology: The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews were conducted using a combination of purposive (judgmental and quota) and theoretical sampling. In this regard, there were 36 elites in the statistical population of this research. Data analysis was done in three stages open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and based on that, a qualitative research model was presented. Findings: The results of the research led to the extraction of 669 open codes, 160 concepts and 40 categories in the form of a paradigm model include the central category (strategic management of human resources in marketing, culture, improvement and correction, coherent and aligned systems), causal conditions (control of destructive effects), strategies (job satisfaction, commitment, trust, perceived organizational support, motivation, justice, reward, employee participation, loyalty, empowerment, empowerment, green insight into human resources and marketing), the prevailing context (demographic characteristics, psychological characteristics, organizational structure, strategy, organizational culture and supply, technology in use). Conclusion: finally outcomes (superior performance, organizational citizenship behavior, key work behaviors and production axis, the effects of human resource strategies, environmental thinking and green performance) were presented.
Presenting the Model of Strategic Management of Human Resources in the Marketing Department based on the Grounded Theory(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The theoretical saturation criterion was used to determine the sample size and 36 interviews was conducted in 14 manufacturing companies in order to finally achieve theoretical adequacy along with document content analysis. Atlas. ti software was used to analyze the data obtained from the interviews and coding. Data analysis was done in three stages open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and based on that, a qualitative research model was presented. The results of the research led to the extraction of 669 open codes, 160 concepts and 40 categories in the form of a paradigm model include the central category (strategic management of human resources in marketing, culture, improvement and correction, coherent and aligned systems), causal conditions (control of destructive effects) , strategic human resources and competition in the market, job type, priority dimensions, value addition and customer retention), strategies (job satisfaction, commitment, trust, perceived organizational support, motivation, justice, reward, employee participation, loyalty, empowerment, empowerment, green insight into human resources and marketing), the prevailing context (demographic characteristics, psychological characteristics, organizational structure, strategy, organizational culture and supply, technology in use) and finally outcomes (superior performance, organizational citizenship behavior, key work behaviors and production axis, the effects of human resource strategies, environmental thinking and green performance) were presented.

Partnership quality has been known as one of the foremost critical determinants of outsourcing victory. Since the relationship is dynamic, it is important to understand both sides of the partner. The purpose of this study is design a model for the partnership quality in outsourcing services with focus on both sides. In order to achieve this goal, mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) and grounded theory approach have been used. In the qualitative section, in order to identify the categories of the contextual model of partnership quality, a semistructured interview has been used in the service provider and client section by theoretical sampling method. The statistical population in the qualitative section included all managers and heads and expert contractors in 90 contracts during the 3 years. The total number of statistical population in the qualitative section was 176 people. In the qualitative section, grounded theory and MAXQDA software are used for analysis. Then, through the coding process in three sections, open, central and selective data of qualitative section were organized. In the quantitative research section, the statistical population included district heads, deputies, officials, supervisors on the one hand, and all their contractors and representatives on the other. The total number of statistical population in the quantitative section was 623 people. In the quantitative research section, in order to test the obtained pattern, the required data were collected by a designed questionnaire. To analyses the data collected, the partial least squares (PLS) method was used. According to the results of this research, the most important operational strategies are, empowerment, standardization and technology improvement to achieve the partnership quality in outsourcing services.

Purpose: Dynamic features of the market, increased competition, and globalization are primary requirements of active participation in new markets. These days, only companies which benefit from digital agility and function fast, as well as flexibly, can grow and expand their market. The present study aimed to design and illustrate a model of agile digital marketing capabilities in the insurance industry in Iran.Methodology: The present study is aimed at presenting a model of agile digital marketing capabilities in insurance industry by using semi-structured interviews. By nature the study is exploratory and qualitative; concerning research objective it is an applied study; it is, also, a descriptive survey study in terms of data collection. The population includes all senior managers of insurance firms and decision-makers in digital marketing of insurance industry. Accordingly, the sample includes 42 participants with required subject-matter experience and skill and expertise. By means of qualitative research methods in marketing, and the real-world data-based grounded theory (GT) systematic paradigm, the study tried to present a theoretical model.Findings: Based on the interview data and following the grounded theory approach, 246 open codes and 41 themes were identified regarding the agile digital marketing capabilities in the insurance industry. In this research, the main categories are Flexibility, Prediction and accountability-prevention, Quality, Reconfiguration, Functional mutual cooperation, Convenience and reaction speed, Perception, Trust and safety, Integrity of skills and performance, the ability of technical integration, the ability of organizational integration. In addition to the central dimension, five other components (Casual factors, Contextual factors, Intervening factors, Strategies, and Consequences) were identified.Discussion and Conclusion: The final result of the study is a relatively comprehensive and complete paradigm based on the requirements and characteristics of the insurance industry. The present study aims to expand theoretical foundations and the existing literature on digital agile marketing through an applied and appropriate model, whereas previous researches are focused on speed and accuracy, or on organizational structure, culture, manpower, information equipment, technology, and process, or on reaction speed, flexibility, and responsiveness. Also, the importance of channels, social media, digital communication, digital technology in digital marketing, and social networks, as well as the special value of the brand , are common knowledge. Studies, also, allude to team-making and management support, and culture . Also, in some cases, adaptability to changeable conditions, cooperative approach, integrative workplace, innovation speed, concentration on prediction, and monitoring market needs were attested in previous literature

The main goal of the research was to Identification of strategic elements of sports diplomacy based on soft power in expanding Iran's international relations with Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. In the first step, by examining the theoretical foundations and research literature, a questionnaire related to the foundation's data theory was designed in order to extract the components of the strategic model of sports diplomacy in facilitating Iran's international relations with the countries of Qatar and the UAE, and information was collected by conducting 16 interviews with experts in this industry. In order to test the model, the community of experts active in the sports industry was used. The following categories of Media policy, Sports cultural diplomacy; Sports economic and commercial diplomacy; Sports public diplomacy; Sports platform diplomacy; Sports political diplomacy and Strategic sports diplomacy were used to design the model. For testing the relationships, Spearman's correlation test method, structural equation model and regression were performed on the data. Results indicate that economic diplomacy, strategic diplomacy and political diplomacy constitute the basis of the model.
Opportunities of Virtual Social Networks for Critical Infrastructure of National Security (From the Point of View of Political and Virtual Media Experts)

Virtual space and the associated social networks, like many other emerging phenomena, have both positive and negative consequences in various aspects of life. The undeniable impact of this space is particularly significant in the national security of countries, as it can create numerous opportunities for national security along with the changes and developments it brings about. This research aims to identify the opportunities that social networks create for the infrastructure of national security. Data were collected through grounded theory and in-depth interviews with 16 experts in the fields of politics and virtual space. The data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding methods, employing the Strauss and Corbin approach. The research results indicate that virtual social networks can provide unique opportunities for national security by strengthening the infrastructures of social, political, cultural, economic, and environmental security. The research results are presented in the form of a paradigm model of opportunities.
The Presentation of the Model for Organizational Virtue in the Red Crescent Society of Tehran Province(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)
INTRODUCTION: Considering the importance and significance of organizational virtue in promoting the performance of organizations, the present study was conducted with the aim of establishing a model of organizational virtue in the Red Crescent Society of Tehran province. METHODS: This qualitative research is applied in terms of objective, which was conducted using the Grounded Theory approach. The study population includes academic members and experts of the RCS of Tehran province. Using purposive sampling method, data saturation occurs after 15 interviews with the experts. Data was collected by using semi-structured interview and data analysis has been done in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. FINDINGS: The results showed that organizational virtue in the RCS of Tehran province is influenced by five dimensions which are effective factors. Considering the facilitating factors of organizational virtue as contextual conditions; the factors that inhibit organizational virtue as intervening conditions; components and indicators of organizational virtue as approaches will promote the organizational virtue in the RCS of Tehran province as much as possible. CONCLUSION: The proposed model for organizational virtue in the RCS shows that five dimensions: optimism, empathy, trust, responsible leadership and ethics as the effective factors in promoting organizational virtue in the Society that considering contextual conditions, intervening conditions, actions and reactions will increase organizational virtue in the Society.
Semantic Representation of Teacher Autonomy: A Grounded Theory Study(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The present study aimed to represent the autonomy of teachers adopting the grounded theory semantically. The research approach of this study was qualitative, and the theory method was grounded theory. The statistical population included all primary school teachers and principals in Lorestan, Iran. To collect qualitative data, interviews were conducted with 45 experienced teachers, school principals, specialists, and professors. In this study, the purposive sampling method was used for participant selection. The sampling method was purposefully continued until the researcher reached theoretical saturation. The basic indicators of the model of autonomy of schoolteachers were identified using a review of the research background and content analysis of the interviews. Next, the three stages of axial coding, selective coding, and main category resulted in six main categories: axial Phenomenon, Causal Conditions, Background Conditions, Interfering Conditions, Strategic Conditions, and Consequences Conditions. Teachers' Autonomy Model was developed, including 23 axial codes in the form of six selective codes for the six dimensions of axial Phenomenon, causal conditions (with four axial codes), background conditions (with two axial codes), interfering factors (with two axial codes), strategy (with seven axial codes), and consequences (with four axial codes). The extracted qualitative model can be used in policy-making and professional autonomy planning, especially in the professional development of teachers.

Improving the quality of education and empowering students are important issues in educational systems, and it is necessary to identify influential factors for them. One of the factors that can help improve the educational system is enhancing resilience in schools. Resilient schools are those that create conditions for students and teachers to be able to respond to the challenges of school and community and help them achieve educational goals in difficult conditions, by providing necessary space and educational facilities. Therefore, the present article aims in identifying the dimensions and components of resilient schools to present a related model. In this regard, a qualitative method based on the grounded theory approach is used. The statistical population of this research includes faculty members, psychology specialists, and school principals in Kurdistan province. A purposeful sampling method is used to select the sample based on the saturation rule by using sixteen interviews, and for more assurance, it is continued up to twenty interviews. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews and data analysis was done through open, axial, and selective coding methods. The findings indicate that causal conditions (development of student’s abilities, establishing proper communication with students, learning life skills, and improving the status of teachers) through the central phenomenon (resilient schools) influence the strategies for achieving resilient schools. These strategies include making the educational environment happy, developing parents’ participation, providing extra-curricular activities, appropriateness of curriculum content, supporting teachers, making the curriculum content applicable, and instruction. Some intervening conditions (salary and benefits, recruitment and selection of human power, and decentralization) as well as contextual conditions (facilities, leadership, and teaching-learning processes) influence these strategies. Finally, the consequences of these strategies and their impact include mental health, self-awareness, cooperation, participation, and promotion of general health.
Presenting and explaining the job rotation implementation model based on the organization, methods and value chain of National Iranian Gas Company(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of job rotation policies is to create a talent pool for the organization along with mutual training of employees. Ensuring that a planned job transfer is beneficial to both the employee and the organization requires consideration of the organization and the company's value chain. The current research has been conducted with the aim of designing a job rotation implementation model based on the organization, methods, and value chain of Iran's National Gas Company. The qualitative research method is based on foundational data theorizing. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect information, and data analysis was done using the Strauss and Corbin method and the paradigm model. Sampling was done theoretically and with the benefit of targeted (judgmental) and snowball (chain) techniques, based on which 18 interviews were conducted with knowledgeable professors and experts in the field of human resource management and public administration. The results of the data analysis obtained from the interviews during the process of open, axial, and selective coding led to the creation of a job rotation implementation model based on the foundation's data theory including 6 main dimensions, 64 sub-dimensions, and 186 characteristics.
To have or not to have a Choice in Writing Topics and Positions(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The prevailing assumption in education is that students should have the ability to choose their writing topics and positions. However, this belief lacks substantial empirical evidence. To investigate this further, Semi-structured interviews with 40 male students in the field of English Language Teaching in Farhangian University who had completed two argumentative writing assignments in a university course were conducted. One assignment allowed them to choose their writing position, while the other assignment had the position assigned to them. These students were in their second to third year of study and possessed above-average writing skills. Our interview protocol focused on exploring their evolving perspectives on choice as a motivating factor in this specific writing assignment. Applying a grounded theory approach to thematic analysis, it became evident that students believed they should be able to choose their writing topics because they were more likely to be interested in them and had a better understanding of the subject matter. They also perceived that choice enhanced their motivation and the quality of their writing, ultimately influencing their grades. While most students in the study expressed a preference for choice, they also recognized several advantages of not having choice. These included the opportunity to enhance their writing skills, develop new perspectives, and cultivate tenacity in their writing.
Critical Pedagogy in Practice: Classroom Practices and the Barriers to Its Implementation in EFL Context(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study aimed to explore Iranian EFL teachers' perceptions of Critical Pedagogy (CP) and their classroom practices. For this purpose, a total of 22 EFL teachers were selected through convenience sampling and participated in an online semi-structured written interview. A sub-group of them also took part in a phone interview. Textual data were analyzed using grounded theory coding types, including open, axial, and selective coding, with MAXQDA software (Version 2020). The findings revealed two broad themes: raising students' critical consciousness and learner-centered pedagogy for CP definition, and communicative tasks and learner-centered activities for CP classroom practices. Additionally, the dominant barriers to the implementation of CP in the Iranian EFL context were identified as the top-down educational system, teachers' variables, and practical barriers.
