Purpose: The present study aimed to design a curriculum model for citizenship rights for students in the second period of elementary education. It sought to examine the components of the citizenship rights curriculum, introduce the main components and categories forming this field, and ultimately provide an ideal model in line with needs assessment and educational context.
Methodology: The methodology of this study was qualitative, utilizing a grounded theory approach. The collection and formulation of model categories involved 21 structured interviews with experts and teachers in the field of citizenship and civil rights education, followed by the validation of the proposed model using a member checking method.
Findings: The findings of this research presented a model comprising 11 main categories including causal conditions, performance-based planning, contextual conditions, contextually oriented performance-based planning (political, economic, cultural, legal, and citizenship orientations), interveners (characteristics of teachers and learners), strategies (initial, educational, and feedback), and outcomes (enhancing student performance levels and creating a sustainable curriculum).
Conclusion: Specialized multi-faceted planning was identified as the core category of the model. Finally, recommendations were provided.
Development, Validity, and Reliability Assessment of the Professional Ethics Scale for Faculty Members of Farhangian University(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Given the educational mission of universities in Iran, paying attention to the ethical component in the education and training of human resources is essential. Therefore, the preparation and validation of a native instrument for assessing the professional ethics of the educational staff appears to be necessary. The aim of this study was to construct and normalize a scale for assessing the professional ethics of faculty members at Farhangian University.
Methodology: The present study was a sequential exploratory mixed method research. For this purpose, a sample of 267 faculty members and staff of Farhangian University in the northwest of the country was selected using a cluster sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. For data analysis, in addition to descriptive indices, Cronbach's alpha and retest methods were used to assess reliability, and factor analysis, content validity, and convergent validity methods were used through SPSS-V22 and Lisrel-V8.8 software.
Findings: Based on the results of the exploratory factor analysis, using varimax rotation, honesty, justice, respect, responsibility, adherence to laws, loyalty, and preservation of human dignity were identified as components of professional ethics among faculty members of Farhangian University.
Conclusion: Overall, the results showed that this scale has satisfactory reliability and validity in assessing the professional ethics of faculty members.
Identifying Dimensions and Components for the Enhancement of Virtual Educational Leadership in the Islamic Azad University Branches of Tehran Province Using Thematic Analysis(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The primary objective of this article is to identify the dimensions and components for the enhancement of virtual educational leadership in the Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran province using thematic analysis.
Methodology: The research method employed is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). In addition to document analysis, the thematic analysis technique with MAXQDA12 software was used to identify factors and components. The study population included all faculty members with at least an assistant professorship in educational management, higher education management, and educational technology, as well as administrators of Islamic Azad Universities, with theoretical saturation achieved after 15 interviews. Ultimately, base, organizing, and comprehensive themes were extracted, and in the quantitative section, structural equation modeling was used to determine the impact and ranking of the dimensions and components.
Findings: Based on semi-structured interviews, four dimensions (knowledge of educational leadership in virtual environments, performance management and coaching in virtual environments, team leadership ability in virtual environments, ethical behaviors in virtual environments) and 24 components (organizing themes) were identified for virtual educational leadership in the Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran province. Subsequently, based on a researcher-made questionnaire, it was determined that the dimension of ethical behaviors in virtual environments with a coefficient of 0.905, team leadership ability in virtual environments with a coefficient of 0.879, performance management and coaching in virtual environments with a coefficient of 0.877, and knowledge of educational leadership in virtual environments with a coefficient of 0.805 are prioritized from first to fourth, respectively.
Conclusion: The findings underscore the significance of adaptability, digital proficiency, and effective communication as pivotal traits for successful virtual leaders. Notably, the study also sheds light on the potential for gender to influence leadership effectiveness in virtual environments, with female leaders possibly having an edge in fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
Achievement Goal Orientations of Iranian EFL Teachers in Postmethod Pedagogy Expertise(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The efficacy of postmethod pedagogy (PMP) in Iran remains undetermined despite the growing attention being paid to it. A multitude of factors may contribute to differing levels of motivation among teachers in effectively implementing postmethod principles. The Achievement Goal Theory (AGT), rooted in a socio-cognitive perspective, provides a framework for understanding the types of goals individuals tend to pursue in achievement situations. Hence, this study aims to investigate the goal orientations of experienced English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers who are practicing postmethod tenets.
Methodology: The current study employed an applied qualitative approach to explore the goal orientations of 18 experienced EFL teachers from various language institutes in Kermanshah, Iran. Participants were selected in two phases: first, a postmethod questionnaire was administered to identify respondents familiar with Postmethod Pedagogy (PMP) principles. Next, a semi-structured interview was conducted to elicit their goal orientations while adopting PMP conditions. Field notes were also used to document the researcher’s reflections and opinions, facilitating data analysis. The researchers utilized a three-stage approach for data analysis, following the inductive data coding method of open, axial, and selective coding.
Findings: After analyzing the interview transcripts, it became apparent that the implementation of postmethod pedagogy tenets in teachers' teaching practice was influenced by their achievement goal orientations. This included learning, relational, and performance-approach goal orientations. The findings revealed that expert teachers predominantly exhibited learning goal orientations. In contrast, performance-approach goal orientations were the least prevalent among these educators.
Conclusion: Examining teachers’ goal orientations through the socio-cognitive lens of postmethod language teaching can benefit the growth and development of teacher training programs, curriculum planning, and policymakers.
Identification and Explanation of Organizational Health Dimensions and Components among Middle School Teachers in Tehran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Organizational health within schools significantly influences teacher well-being, professional efficacy, and student outcomes. This study aimed to identify and explain the dimensions and components of organizational health among middle school teachers in Tehran, focusing on how individual, organizational, and environmental factors contribute to the overall health of educational institutions.
Methodology: Adopting a qualitative research design, this study engaged 26 middle school teachers from Tehran through semi-structured interviews. The participants were selected purposively to ensure a diverse representation of experiences and viewpoints. Data collection continued until theoretical saturation was reached, and thematic analysis was employed to identify and analyze the emerging themes related to organizational health.
Findings: The study revealed that individual factors such as motivation, professional development, and job satisfaction; organizational factors including leadership, communication, and organizational culture; and environmental factors like policy influence and community engagement are critical to the organizational health of schools. These factors together create a comprehensive framework affecting the overall effectiveness and well-being of educational settings.
Conclusion: The findings underscore the importance of addressing both the internal and external components of organizational health in schools. A holistic approach that considers individual, organizational, and environmental factors is essential for fostering a positive educational environment, supporting teacher well-being, and enhancing student achievement. The study provides valuable insights for educational leaders, policymakers, and practitioners aiming to improve the organizational health of schools.
The Roles of Civic Knowledge and Educational Attitudes in Shaping Academic Motivation: Empirical Evidence(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Academic motivation is a critical driver of educational outcomes, influenced by various factors including attitudes toward education and civic knowledge. Despite abundant research on these factors independently, their collective impact on academic motivation remains underexplored. This study aims to fill this gap by examining how attitudes toward education and civic knowledge together predict academic motivation.
Methodology: A cross-sectional study design was employed with a sample of 350 participants derived from high schools and universities, based on Morgan and Krejcie’s table for sample size. Data were collected using validated scales: the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS), Education Attitude Scale (EAS), and Civic Knowledge Assessment Test (CKAT). Pearson correlation and linear regression analyses were conducted using SPSS version 27 to explore the relationships between the study variables.
Findings: Descriptive statistics indicated moderate levels of academic motivation (Mean = 4.21, SD = 1.05), positive educational attitudes (Mean = 3.89, SD = 0.78), and varied civic knowledge (Mean = 3.45, SD = 0.88). Pearson correlation showed significant positive relationships between academic motivation and attitudes toward education (r = .312, p < .001) and civic knowledge (r = .287, p < .001). Regression analysis revealed that both attitudes toward education (β = 0.32, p < .001) and civic knowledge (β = 0.27, p < .001) significantly predicted academic motivation, accounting for 20.9% of the variance (R² adjusted = .209).
Conclusion: The findings confirm that both educational attitudes and civic knowledge are significant predictors of academic motivation. These results underscore the importance of integrating civic education into curricula and fostering positive educational attitudes to enhance academic motivation. Future educational policies and practices should consider these dimensions to effectively support academic engagement and achievement.

Purpose: Parental involvement in education is widely recognized as a critical factor influencing children's academic success. This qualitative study seeks to explore the varied aspects of parental engagement and understand its direct and indirect effects on student outcomes. The objective is to delineate how different forms of involvement contribute to academic achievement and to identify the barriers that parents face in engaging with their children's educational processes.
Methodology: The study employed a qualitative methodology, focusing exclusively on semi-structured interviews to gather comprehensive data from 24 participants, including parents, students, and teachers. The interviews aimed at achieving theoretical saturation and were analyzed using NVivo software to facilitate a thorough thematic analysis. The participant selection was purposive, ensuring a diverse demographic representation to capture a wide range of experiences and insights.
Findings: Three main themes were identified from the analysis: Types of Parental Involvement, Impact of Involvement on Student Outcomes, and Barriers to Parental Involvement. Under these themes, multiple categories were explored, such as Emotional Support, Academic Assistance, and Financial Support, which significantly enhanced academic performance and student well-being. Barriers identified included work and time constraints, economic factors, and cultural attitudes, which hindered effective parental engagement.
Conclusion: The study underscores the significant positive effects of diverse types of parental involvement on students' academic outcomes and emotional well-being. It also highlights several socio-economic and cultural barriers that can restrict parental engagement. Addressing these barriers is crucial for facilitating more effective parental involvement, which is essential for optimizing student achievement.
The Role of Educational Institutions in Shaping Student Self-Perception(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This research aims to explore the various aspects of educational environments that shape how students perceive themselves, with a focus on the interactions and experiences that contribute to their self-concept and academic engagement.
Methodology: This qualitative study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with 21 participants who were either currently enrolled in educational institutions or had recently graduated. Data collection continued until theoretical saturation was achieved, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the phenomena. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed using NVivo software to identify recurring themes and patterns related to the educational environment and its impact on student self-perception.
Findings: Four main themes were identified: Institutional Environment, Educational Practices, Student Engagement, and Self-Perception Development. Each theme comprised various categories that elucidated the influence of educational settings on students: Institutional Environment included Physical Infrastructure, Social Climate, Academic Atmosphere, Administrative Support, and Extracurricular Activities. Educational Practices focused on Teaching Methods, Evaluation Techniques, and Teacher-Student Relationships. Student Engagement highlighted Participation in Class, Engagement in School Governance, Peer Collaboration, and Identification with School. Self-Perception Development covered Identity Formation, Self-Efficacy, Career Aspirations, Academic Self-Concept, and Emotional Resilience.
Conclusion: The study concluded that educational institutions play a pivotal role in shaping student self-perception through various environmental and interactional aspects. These elements not only influence students' academic engagement but also significantly impact their self-concept and future aspirations. The findings underscore the need for educational policies and practices that enhance positive student experiences and support comprehensive development.
Teachers' Perspectives on Handling Socio-Political Issues in the Classroom(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This qualitative study explores the perspectives of teachers on integrating socio-political issues into classroom discussions, aiming to understand the challenges and strategies employed by educators in various educational contexts. The objective was to illuminate the factors influencing effective teaching practices concerning socio-political topics, thereby informing educational policies and teacher training programs.
Methodology: This study utilized a qualitative research design, with data collected exclusively through semi-structured interviews involving 30 teachers from different educational levels and geographic locations. Participants were selected using purposive sampling to ensure a diversity of experiences and perspectives. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software to facilitate thematic analysis, ensuring theoretical saturation was achieved to validate the consistency and comprehensiveness of the findings.
Findings: The analysis revealed three main themes: Teacher Preparedness, Student Engagement, and Institutional Support. Under Teacher Preparedness, subthemes included Training and Professional Development, Personal Comfort with Topics, and Curriculum Integration, indicating the need for improved resources and training. Student Engagement was characterized by varying levels of participation and the impact of classroom dynamics on learning, highlighting the influence of teaching methods and environment. Institutional Support emerged as critical, with subthemes like Administrative Guidance and Resources emphasizing the need for stronger institutional backing and adequate resources to support teachers.
Conclusion: The study underscores the complexities of discussing socio-political issues in educational settings and the pivotal role of teachers in facilitating these discussions. Effective socio-political education requires comprehensive teacher training, supportive institutional frameworks, and resources that together foster an environment conducive to open and critical discussions. Addressing these factors is crucial for preparing students to participate thoughtfully in democratic processes.
The Linkage Between University Students’ Academic Engagement and Academic Support: The Mediating Role of Psychological Capital(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Despite the importance of university students' academic engagement and the role of academic support in facilitating their success, there appears to be a dearth of research investigating the mediating effect of psychological capital in this relationship, highlighting a significant gap in the existing literature.
Methodology: This research was quantitative on the basis of the natural and general features and employed a descriptive-correlational approach based on the structural equation model (SEM). The statistical population of the research included all undergraduate students of Farhangian University of Kerman, approximately 2100 students. Out of this statistical population, 677 participants responded to the online survey. The sampling method was convenience sampling and the data was collected in the first semester of the academic year 1401-1402 (From Aban to Azar). Sands and Plunkett’s (2005) academic support scale, Reeve and Tseng’s (2011) academic engagement scale, and Luthans and Avolio’s (2007) psychological capital scale were used to gather data. The statistical analyses were conducted with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) supported the validity of the scales used in the Iranian tertiary context. Correlational results indicated that the relationships among main research variables were significant.
Findings: Structural equation modelling (SEM) indicated that psychological capital mediated the linkage between academic support and academic engagement (β = 0.58, p < 0.01). The results also revealed that academic support (β = 0.69, p < 0.01) and psychological capital (β = 0.39, p < 0.01) were predictive of university students’ academic engagement.
Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated that providing academic support has the potential to influence students' psychological capital, resulting in their active engagement and participation in educational and learning endeavors. The limitations of this study and the future directions will be discussed.
Designing the Framework of Specialization in the Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff in Iran's Ministry of Education(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The present study aimed to design a framework for recruiting non-teaching educational staff in Iran’s Ministry of Education.
Method: The present study pursues a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the research included experts and professors in the field of specialization and the senior managers of the General Department of Education of Semnan province in the academic year of 2023-2024, among which 15 were chosen as the samples using theoretical saturation sampling and targeted sampling. The research instruments were a semi-structured interview and a review of the existing documents on this subject. The collected data were validated using member checking. The data validity was evaluated and confirmed using the quality criterion (reliability). The research data analysis method was thematic analysis in three levels: basic themes, organizing themes and Global Themes.
Findings: The data analysis led to the identification of 393 basic themes, 33 number-one organizing themes, and 13 number-2 organizing themes in the field of specialization in recruiting non-teaching educational staff in the Ministry of Education. These themes were categorized under 4 global themes including expertise management with two organizing themes (expertise management and performance management), resource management with four organizing themes (human, time, material, and information), change management with three organizing themes (change in organizational structure, change in competitive atmosphere, and change in attitude), and management of organizational development with four organizing themes (managerial capabilities, human resource planning, creation of specialization culture, and organizational interactions).
Conclusion: The use of elite and expert employees in the nonteaching sector of the educational system, as a leading institution in providing extensive services to the general public, depends on the presence of a specialization pattern in the recruitment of non-teaching staff. Identification of specialization criteria in the non-teaching sector, which has been done in this research, helps with the formulation of an appropriate specialization model to employ skilled and specialist staff in this sector.
Identifying the Dimensions and Components of Internet of Things (IoT) Development in Schools Based on Futurology(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Futurology plays a significant role in advancing organizational goals and mitigating organizational problems and challenges. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the dimensions and components of Internet of Things development in schools based on future studies.
Methodology: In a descriptive qualitative study, 19 academic and organizational experts from the educational sector of Tehran were interviewed in the academic year 2020-2021 using a semi-structured method. In this study, the sample size was determined according to the principle of theoretical saturation and was selected through purposive sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, whose validity was confirmed through triangulation and whose reliability was calculated at 0.88 using the agreement coefficient between two coders. The data of this study were analyzed using thematic analysis in MAXQDA software, version 2020.
Findings: The analysis indicated that the development of the Internet of Things in schools based on future studies encompasses 26 components across 7 dimensions. These dimensions include the elimination of time constraints (with 3 components), elimination of spatial constraints (with 4 components), reduction of infrastructure costs (with 4 components), knowledge management (with 3 components), professional competence (with 3 components), information technology (with 3 components), and effectiveness of the educational system (with 6 components). Ultimately, a thematic network for the development of the Internet of Things in schools based on future studies was established.
Conclusion: The model of dimensions and components designed in this study can assist specialists and educational system officials in improving the development of the Internet of Things in schools.
Identifying Contextual and Moderating Components Affecting the Implementation of the Primary Mathematics Curriculum(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Given the importance of proper implementation of the primary mathematics curriculum, this study aimed to identify the effective contextual and moderating components in the implementation of the primary mathematics curriculum.
Methodology: This study was applied in purpose and qualitative in approach. The research population consisted of expert teachers in the field of primary mathematics curriculum in Tehran during the academic year 2020-2021, from whom 16 were selected based on theoretical saturation using purposive and snowball sampling methods. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, the face validity of which was confirmed by experts, and its reliability was obtained with a Cohen’s Kappa coefficient of 0.86. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis in MAXQDA-2020 software.
Findings: The findings revealed that in the model of effective components in the implementation of the primary mathematics curriculum, for contextual components, 17 basic themes were identified under 4 organizing themes including social, cultural, economic, and structural, and for moderating components, 20 basic themes were identified under 3 organizing themes including advantages of learning mathematics, barriers to learning mathematics, and facilitators of learning mathematics. Ultimately, a model of effective contextual and moderating components in the implementation of the primary mathematics curriculum was illustrated.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study and considering the effective contextual and moderating components in the implementation of the primary mathematics curriculum, it is necessary for specialists and curriculum planners to utilize strategies compatible with the identified components to improve the educational system.
Designing an Ethically-Oriented Management Model for Employee Education Development in Higher Education Using Grounded Theory (Case Study: Free Universities of Mazandaran Province)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: One of the modern management approaches that has received significant attention and has addressed the weaknesses and problems of traditional management models is ethically-oriented management. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design an ethically-oriented management model to enhance employee education in higher education, utilizing grounded theory in the free universities of Mazandaran province.
Methodology: The nature of this study is exploratory and utilizes qualitative data. The research population consists of management experts and professors with management experience in the free universities of Mazandaran province. The researcher employed the snowball method to achieve theoretical saturation after conducting interviews with 13 experts and opinion leaders. Qualitative data were collected through structured interviews and analyzed using the qualitative method of grounded theory.
Findings: Causal factors influencing ethically-oriented management for the development of employee education include personal characteristics, psychological capability, job identity, and organizational communications. Contextual factors include organizational ethics, organizational foundations, organizational justice, and leadership roles. Influential intervening factors include political, executive, infrastructural, and cultural factors. Additionally, three core phenomenon components have been identified and reported: ethical educational leadership skills, ethical literacy, and instructional design. Resulting strategies include external and internal university strategies, formal and informal strategies. Lastly, outcomes include structural development, educational development, communicational development, and performance development.
Conclusion: This research began with the aim of achieving an ethically-oriented management model for the development of employee education in higher education using grounded theory and has completed its evolutionary journey through qualitative methods, resulting in a model. Finally, recommendations derived from the researcher's experiences are presented.
Structural Modeling of School Managers' Competencies as a Driver for Sustainable Development(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This study focused on the structural modeling of competencies of high school managers in Tehran as a driver for sustainable development.
Methodology: From the perspective of its objective, this research is developmental-applied, and in terms of data collection, given the nature of the study, it is descriptive-survey. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes high school managers from districts 2, 5, 6, and 8 in Tehran, who have experience in managing high schools and are active in executive and research activities in the field of education. Therefore, the sample size for the forthcoming research is 384 individuals, for which 384 questionnaires were used for data analysis. To measure the research variables, questionnaires by Shamsudin & Chutipattana (2012) and Wayla & Tolud (2021) were utilized. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated based on Cronbach's alpha, and the validity of the questionnaire was based on confirmatory factor analysis. In the present research, the structural equation modeling method was used for data analysis. The software used for data analysis were SPSS-22 and SMARTPLS-4.
Findings: According to the research findings, the professional competency model of school managers includes competency enablers, management competencies, ethics and professional behavior competencies, manager development, social indicators of managers, the establishment of work groups to enhance performance and green competency, attitudinal competencies, knowledge competencies, educational competencies, commercialization of knowledge-skills and technology competencies, hardworking spirit, consumption pattern modification, and participation in development towards national authority, which lead to the realization of results such as a hardworking spirit, consumption pattern modification, and participation in development.
Conclusion: The professional competency model of school managers in high schools, with the expansion of professional competency, can assist managers and planners of educational systems in improving educational and training conditions.
Identifying the Competency Model Dimensions of Faculty Members (Case Study: Farhangian Universities in Tehran)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The objective of this study was to identify and delineate the competency model dimensions essential for faculty members at Farhangian Universities in Tehran. This research aimed to explore the specific competencies necessary to enhance the effectiveness and professional development of faculty in an educational setting.
Methodology: This qualitative study employed semi-structured interviews to gather data from 29 faculty members across various departments at Farhangian Universities in Tehran. Participants were selected using purposive sampling to ensure a diverse representation of experiences and perspectives. Theoretical saturation was achieved to ensure the comprehensiveness of the data collected. Thematic analysis was used to analyse the interview transcripts and identify key themes and categories representing faculty competencies.
Findings: Five main themes representing essential faculty competencies were identified: ethical competencies, scientific competencies, research competencies, communication competencies, and information technology competencies. Each theme comprised several categories detailing specific competencies, such as individual integrity, pedagogical expertise, research skills, interpersonal communication, and technological proficiency.
Conclusion: The study highlighted a comprehensive set of competencies required by faculty members at Farhangian Universities in Tehran to effectively fulfill their educational roles. These competencies span across ethical considerations, scientific knowledge, research capabilities, communication skills, and technological adeptness. Addressing these competencies through targeted development programs could significantly enhance faculty performance and, consequently, student learning outcomes.
Investigating the Effectiveness of Developing a Pre-Marriage Educational Package Based on Film Using Sternberg's Theory on Attitudes About Romance and Mate Selection in Unmarried Girls(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of a pre-marriage educational package based on Sternberg's theory on attitudes about romance and mate selection in single girls. Specifically, it examines the efficacy of a pre-marriage education program for single girls, using Sternberg's theory on love stories.
Methodology: This research is applied in purpose, quasi-experimental in method, and uses a pre-test-post-test control group design with a follow-up stage (one month). The statistical population comprised individuals who attended the Haft Sange Zendegi Educational Institute in Izeh city in 2023, selected through available sampling. Fifty single girls were selected and divided into two groups (experimental and control). Before the training classes, both groups were assessed using the Attitudes about Romance and Mate Selection Scale. The experimental group underwent a film therapy program based on Sternberg's concepts for 25 sessions of two hours each, while the control group received no intervention. Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis of covariance and repeated measures analysis of variance with SPSS 27 software.
Findings: The findings indicated that implementing the pre-marriage educational protocol based on Sternberg's theory through film led to a significant shift in the attitudes of single females (P<0.001). There was a notable difference between the control and experimental groups in both the post-test and follow-up periods (P<0.001).
Conclusion: This research highlights the potential of premarital counseling centered on movies. The findings suggest that unmarried girls' viewpoints on love and partner selection improved following the program, emphasizing the benefits of such interventions before marriage. Various stakeholders, including parents, educators, and counselors, can employ these guidelines to address a range of concerns.
The Impact of Philosophizing Training on Students' Inquisitiveness and Creative Thinking(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The present study aimed to investigate the impact of philosophizing training on the inquisitiveness and creative thinking of sixth-grade students in Bushehr County.
Methodology: This research method was among quasi-experimental studies. The statistical population consisted of 4,263 sixth-grade students in Bushehr County. The sample size included 40 students, obtained through cluster random sampling. The tools for data collection in this study were the Heydari Inquisitiveness Questionnaire (2013) and the Wiles and Dowell Creative Thinking Questionnaire (2002). The obtained data were analyzed using univariate and multivariate covariance analysis.
Findings: The findings showed that the adjusted mean score of the inquisitiveness variable in the experimental group's post-test stage was higher than that of the control group. Therefore, it can be said that philosophizing training led to an increase in the inquisitiveness of the experimental group compared to the control group, indicating the positive impact of philosophizing training on the inquisitiveness of the experimental group relative to the control group. Additionally, the adjusted mean score of the creative thinking variable in the experimental group's post-test stage was higher than that of the control group. Therefore, it can be said that philosophizing training led to an increase in the creative thinking of the experimental group compared to the control group, indicating the positive impact of philosophizing training on the creative thinking of the experimental group relative to the control group.
Conclusion: Therefore, philosophizing training were effective for improving inquisitiveness and creative thinking in sixth-grade students.
Presentation of a Poststructuralist Educational System Model Based on Rhizomatic Philosophy: A Synthesis Research Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The present study aimed to provide a model of a poststructuralist educational system based on rhizomatic philosophy.
Methodology: This study is of a fundamental research type, and the research method was qualitative, specifically utilizing a synthesis research approach. The research environment included all published domestic articles (from 2010 to 2022) and international articles (from 2007 to 2023). Purposeful sampling was used in this study until data saturation was achieved, thus sampling continued until the necessary data for analysis were obtained (23 articles). Following the review of the selected article texts, data were obtained through a combined synthesis method based on interpretive and analytical approaches. Subsequently, concepts were categorized based on their similarities into central categories, and ultimately, core categories were identified by combining the central categories.
Findings: The findings revealed that a poststructuralist educational system based on rhizomatic philosophy includes three dimensions: reengineering planning, technological teaching, and curriculum reading.
Conclusion: Given that in rhizomatic thinking, hierarchy or other concepts that impose a structure are not possible, democratic structures should be established in determining the strategies and programs of the educational system to ensure the participation of all stakeholders and the utilization of all capabilities and resources.
Identifying Components and Dimensions of Effective Art Education Teaching(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the components and dimensions of effective art education teaching.
Methodology: This research is an applied-developmental study in terms of its objective and a non-experimental (descriptive) study in terms of data collection method, utilizing a cross-sectional survey approach. A qualitative research design was employed to achieve the research objective. The qualitative participant community included professors, teachers, school administrators, and art education specialists in Iraq, selected through purposive sampling. Ultimately, theoretical saturation was achieved after 10 interviews. The qualitative validity was evaluated and confirmed based on Lincoln and Guba's four criteria of credibility, transferability, confirmability, and dependability from the reviewers' perspective. The reliability of the coding of the conducted interviews was estimated using Holsti's coefficient at 0.712, which is considered acceptable. For data analysis, the grounded theory method was utilized in MAXQDA software, and with the extraction of the main and sub-categories of the research, the final model was presented.
Findings: In the present study, the components and dimensions of effective art education teaching were identified to provide a model for art education teachers in Iraq. A total of 210 initial codes were extracted from the interview texts. Through coding, eight concepts and 45 sub-categories were identified, and by classifying these themes into similar categories, eight main categories were recognized.
Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, the paradigmatic model of the research was determined. Causal conditions, including educational content, factors related to the teacher, and teaching style, affect the central phenomenon, which is effective art education teaching. This component, along with contextual conditions, including educational infrastructure and intervening conditions, such as the status of art in society, leads to strategies and actions, including educational policymaking, resulting in the outcome of drafting the art curriculum charter in Iraq.
Examination of the Moral Curriculum in Iranian Schools in Dubai and the National Curriculum of the Islamic Republic of Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This study aims to examine the moral curriculum in Iranian schools in Dubai, assesses its alignment with the National Curriculum Document of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and proposes strategies for optimization.
Methodology: A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative methodologies. Content analysis was conducted on moral education textbooks from grades one to nine used in Iranian schools in Dubai and the National Curriculum Document of Iran. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 teachers and 5 curriculum planners to gain insights into teaching methods and evaluation practices. Colaizzi’s phenomenological method was used to analyze interview data, and thematic analysis was performed using qualitative data analysis software.
Findings: The content analysis revealed that the moral curriculum in Iranian schools in Dubai follows a Western framework compatible with Islamic principles, emphasizing cultural studies, individual and social development, character-moral education, and civic studies. However, significant discrepancies were found when compared to the National Curriculum Document, which emphasizes virtues such as patience, courage, respect, empathy, chastity, trustworthiness, justice, and honesty. The Dubai curriculum focuses more on secular ethics and civic responsibilities. Proposed strategies for optimization include incorporating content aligned with the National Curriculum, enhancing cultural and recreational activities, organizing book reading competitions, and providing professional development for teachers.
Conclusion: The study underscores the complexity of delivering moral education in a transnational context, where curricula must balance national values with the multicultural environment of the host country. The findings highlight the need for a more integrated approach that incorporates Islamic values while addressing the diverse backgrounds of students. By adopting the proposed strategies, Iranian schools in Dubai can enhance the moral and ethical development of their students, aligning more closely with national educational goals and effectively promoting Islamic ethical principles alongside necessary civic and social competencies.
Design and Elaboration of the Neuro-Coaching Education Model (Neuroscience of Coaching)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to design and elaborate the neuro-coaching model (neuroscience of coaching) at Isfahan Steel Company.
Methodology: This research is an applied study and, in terms of methodology, a mixed-methods (qualitative-quantitative) research. The statistical population of the study consisted of 15 experts from Islamic Azad Universities and managers of the Isfahan Steel Company. In the qualitative section, their opinions were used to identify and code the categories. For modeling purposes, the statistical population included a group of officials from the Isfahan Steel Company. Cochran's formula was used for sampling, resulting in a sample size of 384, and the sampling method was randomly accessible. To identify the factors, interviews were conducted initially, and with the help of open coding, selective coding, and axial coding, categories and concepts were extracted.
Findings: The results of included 41 axial codes and 251 open codes. Subsequently, in the next stage, using confirmatory factor analysis, the axial, causal, contextual, intervening conditions, strategies, and outcomes were examined. Finally, consensus was reached on 209 open codes and 40 selective codes. For modeling, structural equations and partial least squares (PLS) with Smart PLS software were utilized. The results indicated that the neuro-coaching model (neuroscience of coaching) at Isfahan Steel Company is underpinned by 8 causal conditions, 8 contextual conditions, 6 intervening factors, and 7 strategies, leading to 11 major outcomes for Isfahan Steel Company. These outcomes include: improved neural process performance, personal growth and development, empowerment and psychological improvement, enhanced interactions and satisfaction, improved performance and cost reduction, psychology and personal relationships, interaction and communications, personal and psychological growth, individual and professional development, interactions and exercises, and the quality and effectiveness of neural solutions.
Conclusion: In conclusion, the neuro-coaching model holds significant promise for transforming coaching practices and enhancing organizational outcomes. The integration of neuroscience principles provides a robust framework for developing more effective and scientifically grounded coaching interventions.
