آنچه به عنوان رویکرد اصلی در ارزیابی عملکرد پرتفوی مدنظر قرار می‌گیرد، در نظر گرفتن بازده سرمایه‌گذاری در کنار میزان ریسکی است که به همراه داشته و ملاک برتری عملکرد پرتفوی بازده تعدیل شده بر اساس ریسک می‌باشد. در این فرآیند، توسعه یافتگی مدل‌های تبیین ریسک نقش ویژه‌ای را ایفا می‌کنند. ما در این پژوهش بازده حاصل از استراتژی انتخاب شرکت‌های با بهره‌وری سرمایه بالا را با ریسک متناسب آن مورد ارزیابی قرار داده‌ایم. در اندازه‌گیری ریسک استراتژی مذکور، به طوری سختگیرانه از مدل توسعه یافته‌ی سه عاملی فاما و فرنچ استفاده کرده‌ایم. طبق آنچه انتظار می‌رفت، در حالتی که استراتژی بهره‌وری سرمایه به کار گرفته نشده بود مدل سه عاملی، بازده کسب شده را متناسب با ریسک آن تبیین نموده و ضریب آلفا (بازده تعدیل شده) بی معنی بود. اما در حالتی که استراتژی بهره‌وری سرمایه به کار گرفته شد، بازده حاصل شده نه تنها کمتر از میزان متناسب ریسک آن، بلکه به طور معنی‌داری بیش از بازده مورد انتظار شده و ضریب آلفا بزرگتر از صفر بود. این در حالی است که در انتخاب شرکت‌های بهره ور، اثر متغیرهای اندازه و ارزش کنترل شده و افزایش آلفا ناشی از اثر مستقل بهره‌وری سرمایه می‌باشد. در این مطالعه اطلاعات مربوط به شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده و فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در یک بازه‌ی 8 ساله (سال‌های 1379 تا 1386) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند.

This study aims at investigating the interface between emotion and intonation patterns (more specifically, duration and pitch amplitude of speech). To this end, the acoustic properties of spectral parameters related to speech prosody are investigated. The results of acoustic and Statistical analysis show that mean level and range of FO in the contours vary strongly as a function of the degree of activation of the portrayed emotions. The results also indicate that FO/pitch and other vocal aspects affected by emotion and/or emotional arousal in collected samples of speech in Persian.

One policy making issue that needs to be addressed more effectively through an intergovernmental and participatory approach is entrepreneurship policy. Entrepreneurship is an area where interdependencies are very high, and the establishment of collaborative relationships such as networks is vital. Therefore, a network approach in the entrepreneurial policy-making process, which leads to the involvement of key stakeholders and entrepreneurs, will lead to higher legitimacy and effectiveness of policies. The purpose of the research is to validate and design a suitable model for policy networks in the field of entrepreneurship. Qualitative data analysis was conducted through theme analysis; and the quantitative data through the structural equations. After designing the conceptual model, the research questionnaire with dimensions was distributed among 240 experts and managers of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare. Reliability of the questionnaire was verified using Cronbach's alpha and composite Reliability Coefficient (CR), and its validity was confirmed by Convergent Validity and Convergent Validity (AVE) methods. Finally, 24 components were identified in four branches of necessity, structural, behavioral and background. The findings show that, it is essential for the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare to focus on the role and importance of these entrepreneurs in order to develop the field of entrepreneurship, and to consider the network thinking in policy making as a substitute for hierarchical thinking.

Quantifying Investment in Language Learning: Model and Questionnaire Development and Validation in the Iranian Context(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The present exploratory study aimed to provide a more tangible and comprehensive picture of the construct of investment in language learning through investigating the issue from a quantitative perspective. To this end, the present researchers followed three main phases. First, a hypothesized model of investment in language learning with six components was developed for the Iranian English as a foreign language (EFL) learners based on the extensive readings of the literature on investment, consultations with a panel of experts, three university professors in the relevant fields, and interviews with 20 language learners. Second, a questionnaire was developed and validated based on the proposed model to represent its components. Finally, the data collected through this questionnaire were fed into the model to see to what extent the model fitted the data. The participants were male and female English language learners belonging to different age groups and English language proficiency levels.The initial results showed poor values; however, the model was trimmed by removing one item from the questionnaire, and final statistical indices showed that the model fitted the data.

Validation of a Preliminary Model of Cultural Identity for Iranian Advanced EFL Learners: A Structural Equation Modeling Approach

This study was an endeavor to develop a model of cultural identity among Iranian advanced EFL learners. To achieve this end, a multiphase design was implemented. Initially, it was attempted to investigate different factors of cultural identity to propose and validate a model. Thus, 20 EFL learners studying in Safir English language institute in Tehran were interviewed about their views of their cultural identity in the qualitative phase. After extracting four factors of cultural identity including: “religion, culture, nationality, and language”, a questionnaire was constructed which reflected these factors. Then, in the quantitative phase, the 30-item questionnaire went through an exploratory factor analysis for the sake of validity and after its validity and reliability were corroborated through a pilot study with 183 learners, it was distributed among 384 EFL learners. In addition, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was run through LISREL 8.8. to confirm that the final proposed model enjoyed validity for future research. To do so, a confirmatory factor analysis was run and the model of cultural identity was developed. Eventually, the possible relationship between 384 EFL learners’ cultural identity and their English language achievement scores was examined and the results of this phase indicated that there was a significant and positive relationship between learners’ cultural identity and their English language achievement scores. The findings of this study can enhance awareness among English teachers, materials developers, and syllabus designers to equip themselves with the updated techniques to handle the possible challenges that may occur in EFL learning contexts.

The present research aims to design strategic management model in technical and vocational training. The research has qualitative design and for data analysis and classification, thematic Analysis Method (Thematic Network) was applied. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts of the Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization. The number of 13 participants were selected by purposive method based on experience and expertise criteria. For data collection, the structured and semi-structured interview were used. The data collection process was performed using theoretical saturation technique until it reached the iteration and saturation stage. For data validation, triangulation method was used. Content validity index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR) were used to decision making and assess the consensus of experts and to evaluate the reliability, Holstein coefficient was considered. At the end of the thematic analysis process, the conceptual model of research was designed based on the themes extracted and the theoretical foundations of the research. Results showed that number of eight inclusive themes, including strategic goals, external environment analysis, internal environment analysis, strategic analysis, educational goals, technical and vocational training plans, implementation of technical and professional training and evaluation plans, as well as 33 organizing themes and 160 basic themes were recognized for the strategic management model in technical and vocational training. According to results, this model can provide promisingly a suitable framework for strategic management execution in skill training.

This study aimed to overcome the researchers' extreme attention to essentially qualitative methods in research on language learners' imagined communities and move towards quantification in order to achieve a more tangible image of this construct. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide a talent management model for staff of Shahed University. Methodology: The methodology of the present study was applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of data, and foundation data in terms of the nature and type of study. The statistical population of the study consisted of academic specialists. Thirty specialists in the field of management were selected using the targeted snowball sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview form were set up. Models, findings, studies and theories were first examined, then, the indices were counted by open coding; after the categorization of the central coding, the final form of the interview was sent to 30 field specialists to make selective coding. Findings: The results of the findings showed that the most important category of effective index on the promotion of talent management model is the "excellence" category which includes the indices: career path management, succession and organizational commitment. Subsequently, “recruit" category consists of indices: identification, selection and employment. Finally, the model of indices influencing the talent management model was drafted which included 13 indices in five main categories; "recruit ", " retaining ", "training and development", "performance management" and "excellence." in this model, the mean of each category and order of importance of indices in each category was presented. Conclusion: Applying this template, its dimensions, its components and indicators, enables universities to manage their human resources and, as a compass, change their scientific movement from day to day planning and improve the quality of the university. Investigating the Relationship between Corporate Governance Model and Its Performance in Iranian Banks(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Corporate Governance debates raised seriously in scandals and financial crisis of recent decades in large companies and banks. The focus of this debate is not merely the corporate governance system, and its main function is to preserve the interests of stakeholders. At the macro level, economic efficiency, sustainable growth and financial stability are important effects of the system. Establishing an efficient corporate governance system in the banking system and evaluating and ranking them requires a comprehensive model that encompasses all the internal and external mechanisms affecting corporate governance and localized indices and relevant international principles. In this research, corporate governance in banks has been evaluated via a model developed in the framework of systematic thinking which includes three dimensions 1) Inputs (structures and inputs), 2) Roles and processes, and 3) Outputs (goals, performance and results of them). The main objectives of this study are to evaluate the compliance status of 27 banks with the indicators of corporate governance model and their efficiency and effectiveness, as well as to examine the correlation between the components of corporate governance within the system including inputs, processes and outputs. According to the results, 47.8% of the qualitative indicators are covered in the current situation of the banks of the country, but there is a significant gap between the full compliance with the model. Based on the results in the performance sector, private banks scored the highest and state banks scored the lowest. The results of evaluating the correlation between the components of corporate governance model showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of inputs and processes with the goals, results and performance of banks. Accordingly, by improving the status of input indicators and the corporate governance model process, the status of target indicators, results and performance of banks will also improve

Dynamic Balanced Scorecard (DBSC) is an effective business performance management control tool for dealing with business uncertainty, performance monitoring, evaluation and forecasting. DBSC has been proposed and utilized extensively over the years as an effective tool to manage and control the dynamics of business processes (BP) and their performance. However, there is little evidence of its application in knowledge-intensive (KI) organizations and how they can develop and enhance key aspects of their business processes, such as product-service systems innovation, and sustainability, for example. Moreover, the literature does not mention nor does it provide a vision or a DBSC model in cases where business process management (BPM), linked to knowledge creation and organizational transformation initiatives, are factored in the DBSC model. Hence this article explores this vein and aims to demonstrate the advantages of DBSC in this type of scenarios, with stark contrast of failed organizations of the past, particularly in small and medium-size enterprises (SME). Most of the private sector in developing countries like Chile is comprised of SMEs, which thrive and seek to grow sustainably adhering to a global economic trend. The DBSC model being shown here illustrates SMEs strategy, which reveals how intrinsic characteristics of knowledge-intensive organizations can foster sustainability and innovation in BPM.

New Statistical and Econometric Approaches to the Modeling of Budget Policy on the Example of Tax Revenues and Information Management(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The article presents the results of studies on the development of new statistical and econometric approaches to modeling budget policy. The obtained results are applied on the example of tax revenue modeling. Accounting for various factors, including through the use of mathematical methods, will allow you to plan reforms with a scientific position. In particular, this is especially true in connection with the introduction of multi-year budget planning. To identify the main threats to the tax base, the phenomenon of “tax passes” wasused, which is based on an assessment of the effectiveness of a tax credit. The main participants in the formation of the “gross gap” in the value added tax revenues in Ukraine are shown. A correlation and regression analysis of the natural logarithms of the gross domestic product and tax revenues is carried out. This allowed us to determine the elasticity of tax revenues and GDP in Ukraine. A change in GDP directly affects the amount of tax payments to the budget, and the rate of change of indicators is proportional and changes insignificantly. These results allow us to strategically model the reform of discretionary tax policy mechanisms based on a quantitative assessment of tax gaps and the elasticity of tax payments. The authors were able to substantiate some proposals for reforming the budget policy regarding tax revenues.

Designing a spirituality-based work ethic model in the workplace in the Tehran Crisis Management Organization(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

Introduction: One of the factors that can create the necessary commitment among employees for the success of the organization is the prevailing atmosphere of the organization. In other words, a proper atmosphere and favorable moral climate help to improve performance, achieve goals, and maintain communication in the organization and play a vital role in the performance of the organization (in any field of work). Therefore, this study aimed to explain and design a spirituality-based work ethic model in the workplace in the Crisis Management Organization, Tehran, Iran. Method: This applied research was conducted based on a mixed methodology. The statistical population of this study in the qualitative part consisted of 128 directors of Tehran Crisis Management Organization in 2020-2021, reaching saturation with 19 people. Moreover, the statistical population of this study in the quantitative part included the staff of Tehran Crisis Management Organization in 2020-2021, among which 250 samples were selected based on Cochran's formula. The samples were chosen using stratified random sampling method and the instruments employed in the qualitative and quantitative parts were an exploratory and semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire, respectively. The collected data were analyzed in MAXQDA-2020 software and AMOS-26 software in the qualitative and quantitative parts, respectively. The AMOS software was used to measure the structural equation modeling and analyze the model fit indices. Findings: According to the findings, the work ethic model was based on spirituality in the workplace. In this model, ethical commitment, professional commitment, and relationship commitment were considered causal conditions of spirituality-based work ethic in the workplace in the Crisis Management Organization. Moreover, organizational ethical climate, Islamic ethical culture, ethical leadership, and ethical and Islamic education were respectively considered a pivotal phenomenon, interactive strategies, intervening conditions, and contextual variables of spirituality-based work ethic in the workplace in the Crisis Management Organization. Conclusion: The results of showed that all the reviewed indices were accepted to evaluate the fit of the modified structural model of the research. Given this, it can be said that the fit of this model was "approved". Furthermore, the total effect values of contextual variables, causal conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and interactions, and pivotal variables on spirituality-based work ethic in the workplace were obtained at 0.40, 0.51, 0.38, 0.65, and 0.61, respectively. The p-value of < 0.01 was considered significant.

Presenting a Model of Happiness for Students of Primary Schools of Education and Training (Case Study of Tehran City)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to provide a model of happiness for students of primary schools in Tehran. Methodology: In terms of the basic purpose, the present study was exploratory mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of the nature and type of study. The statistical population of the current study included all specialists in the field of happiness, such as psychologists and sociologists, educational sciences, and quantitatively, all managers, educational assistants, and sports teachers in Tehran, which included (220 men and 280 women). Therefore, in the qualitative dimension, the sample size of the research was 16 experts in this field, and in the quantitative dimension, 334 people (144 men, 190 women) were selected using the cluster random sampling method. The measurement tool of the current research is a semi-structured interview form in the qualitative dimension, which was developed using open coding and axial coding. The formation of the said form was finalized with the help of interviews and Delphi technique from experts through selective coding. The validity and validity of this matter was confirmed with the help of experts. The research tool in the quantitative dimension was a 121-question questionnaire, which was compiled by transforming the saturated interview form by experts and by giving weight to the indicators. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha and was equal to 0.958. Its validity was obtained with the help of content and confirmatory validity, which was relatively high. The research data were analyzed through the coding process based on the systematic design of the theory derived from the data of Strauss, Corbin (1998). Findings: The method of data analysis in the qualitative dimension including the open coding method, axial coding was done, and after the theoretical saturation of the experts, the model of happiness based on 3 dimensions, 11 components and 121 indicators was finalized. In the quantitative dimension, it was confirmed with the help of factor analysis test, which consisted of 3 dimensions, 11 components and the final model of the happiness pattern was confirmed. Conclusion: Based on the findings, the final model of the dimensions of the happiness model includes, in order, family (parental relations, education, economy), school (teacher, principal, classmates, employees) and environment (culture governing the society, security, rules and regulations, media ha) is.

This article deals with developing a model of digital marketing with a focus on customer experience and with the aim of optimizing the customer management process, increasing the quality and length of the customer journey (increasing loyalty), and improving the consequences of the marketing process in companies, and seeks to answer this question. What is the digital marketing model with the customer experience management approach and what components does it include? The research method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and since a model for this issue is not available in past research, the first part of the research explores model extraction through qualitative methods (here, foundation data analysis) and to determine Relationships within the model quantitatively explain the model using quantitative methods (here structural equations). The method of collecting information in the qualitative part, in addition to conducting library studies, in the form of in-depth interviews with experts in the fields of information technology, marketing, and commerce, information technology policy, and actually business managers and stores that provide services and products through channels and digital tools in this section, the statistical sample limit was carried out by the snowball method (saturation to the end of the problem) and the quantitative part of the research and explanation of the model was through data collection with questionnaire tools and closed interviews from the customers of several digital businesses, which was done with the method 385 people were randomly selected and available using Cochran's formula. In the end, the main conditions, background conditions, intervening conditions, phenomena, strategies, and consequences affecting the digital marketing model with the customer experience management approach were extracted and the relationships between them were determined.

Developing a Model for Choosing Coaches of Basketball National Teams(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of this study was to identify and to prioritize the most important criteria to choose qualified coaches for the basketball national teams in Iran based on the perspective of sport experts, managers, basketball coaches, and elite players. Method used in this research was descriptive and survey kind. 135 participants were studied through random sampling approach according to the Morgan table. After collecting the questionnaires, 110 samples were qualified for further investigations. The data was analyzed with both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman test for finding the priority of criteria and analysis of variance test, using SPSS software. The order of the eight identified treats include “Personality and Cognitive Features, Emotional and Humanistic Characteristics, Social Characteristics, Managerial Skills, Scientific Knowledge and Expertise, Coaching Experiences, Demographic and Personal Characteristics, and Basketball Sport Skills”. Personality and cognitive features of a coach with mean rank of 6.35 is the most important factor to choose a coach (X2= 61.39, p <0.01) among the eight main criteria. Significant differences were obvious only on the last two items including “Sport skills” and “Personal characteristics” among male and female subjects.

The object of the research is the economic dynamic of a depressed low-productive economy, as exemplified by the modern Ukrainian economy. With the purpose to analyze the main causes and consequences of such an economy, the characteristic tendencies of its functioning, activation of the processes of reformation and growth, there was developed the dynamic economic model with significant share of consumer import and export of raw materials, with the use of IT technology. The model also takes into account the socio-economic clustering of a society. It is formalized in the space of economic variables, which describes respectively the savings (liquid capital) of the main social groups involved in the economy, the prices of consumer products in the domestic and foreign markets, the price of exported raw materials for the exchange rate.The model is intended for qualitative analysis of the processes occurring in the economy described by it, and for conducting computational experiments on the basis of information technologies in simulation mode with its parameters, which allows to identify the most characteristic features of the object of the research. The results of experimental researches with the model allowed to establish the main periods of economic dynamics represented by the dynamic variables model, its specificity and social consequences for the society, which is characterized by a bimodal distribution of savings. There was investigation the dependence of the mode solution from it parameters which means in practice the dependence of economic dynamics from the change of individual conditions and factors of economic development.The obtained results are important for informational and analytical support of decision making processes in order to bring the being studied economy out of a low-productive state.

Considering the body of research on the intersection of psychology and assessment that suggests assessment is not only under the influence of the model against which a translation is assessed, the present study aimed to investigate the role of raters’ personality traits in their assessment. It was also intended to see if the application of an agreed-upon unified assessment tool could change the way evaluations are made, and if this possible change is the same among raters with different personality traits. To this end, seven raters were asked to score an English text translated by 23 students twice with an interval of at least two weeks. In the first scoring, they were asked to assess the way they usually did with no specific guidelines. However, the second assessment was done through the application of an agreed-upon model. Moreover, the raters were scored on the personality traits of agreeableness and conscientiousness as it is believed that these two traits are predictors of leniency. The data analyzed revealed (1) a significant correlation between the raters’ score on agreeableness and the scores they assigned to the translations, and (2) a significant negative correlation between the raters’ score on conscientiousness and the scores they assigned to the translations. This proved that more agreeable less conscientious raters are prone to be more lenient. The value of Cronbach alpha also revealed that more conscientious less agreeable raters were more consistent in their assessments in both rounds of scoring. This, however, turned out not to be the case for less conscientious raters.

Semantic Representation of Teacher Autonomy: A Grounded Theory Study(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The present study aimed to represent the autonomy of teachers adopting the grounded theory semantically. The research approach of this study was qualitative, and the theory method was grounded theory. The statistical population included all primary school teachers and principals in Lorestan, Iran. To collect qualitative data, interviews were conducted with 45 experienced teachers, school principals, specialists, and professors. In this study, the purposive sampling method was used for participant selection. The sampling method was purposefully continued until the researcher reached theoretical saturation. The basic indicators of the model of autonomy of schoolteachers were identified using a review of the research background and content analysis of the interviews. Next, the three stages of axial coding, selective coding, and main category resulted in six main categories: axial Phenomenon, Causal Conditions, Background Conditions, Interfering Conditions, Strategic Conditions, and Consequences Conditions. Teachers' Autonomy Model was developed, including 23 axial codes in the form of six selective codes for the six dimensions of axial Phenomenon, causal conditions (with four axial codes), background conditions (with two axial codes), interfering factors (with two axial codes), strategy (with seven axial codes), and consequences (with four axial codes). The extracted qualitative model can be used in policy-making and professional autonomy planning, especially in the professional development of teachers.

The present study has been done to provide a model to promote organizational health in University of Applied Science and Technology. It is a descriptive survey. Statistical population were 5639 people and 700 people were chosen as a sample by random stratified sampling and they were examined by the researcher-developed questionnaire. To determine content validity of the questionnaire, the review of literature and experts opinion were excerpted; experimental implementation has been applied to determine face validity; and factor analysis was used to estimate construct validity, on the other hand, Cronbachα was 0.795 which show reliability of the instrument. However, the status quo is lower than the average in all the mentioned components at Applied Science and Technology University. The conceptual model of study that include 19 components and 32 mechanisms has been developed, also the degree of model fitness has been judged by experts.

Performance Enhancement Model of Stock Market Portfolio of Iran Social Security Organization(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This paper primarily aims to introduce a model to enhance the performance of the stock market portfolio of the Iran Social Security Organization. Performance indices were measured using documentary-based research and expert interviews based on theoretical saturation to evaluate the stock portfolio performance of the Iran Social Security Organization relative to companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (T.S.E.) during 2016-2020. The Delphi technique was employed to ensure the validity of the indices. Drawing on the analytical hierarchy process (A.H.P.), the indices were prioritized and ranked based on the weight vector. The Iran Social Security Organization was found to have poor stock portfolio performance based on risk, return, liquidity, Sharpe ratio, and T.O.P.S.I.S. Hence, several solutions were identified based on expert interviews through thematic analysis to improve the stock portfolio performance of the Iran Social Security Organization. The solutions were validated through the Delphi technique, prioritizing and quantifying the performance improvement indices using the A.H.P. Based on expert views and T.O.P.S.I.S., a stock portfolio performance improvement model was proposed for the Iran Social Security Organization. Handling the non-profitable, low-return, and out-of-strategy companies is the optimal solution for the portfolio performance improvement of the I.S.S.O., with portfolio modification based on liquidity, effective stock market-making, return-based stock risk management, synergy between the portfolio and value chain completion, and value-added creation approach to stock management and exchange having the second-fifth ranks, respectively.
