Full attention to hospital efficiency as the largest and most cost-effective unit of the health system is of particular importance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the success of the strategic plan of the Imam Reza center of Educational, Research and Therapy using the method of data analysis. This is an analytical descriptive study. In the beginning, the strategic plan of the organization was evaluated and its success rate in achieving the strategic objectives was measured on the basis of the Balanced Score Card. According to the research objectives, based on the analysis of the success rate of Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad, the organization's strategic plan, Reports and documentation in the organization have been used to analyze the performance of the organization on the horizons desired for implementation of the programs. Rate of Achieving strategic goals in improving employee productivity - Improving the support process - Improving the status of the hospital information system - Improving the physical environment, each program being individually designed to 43.92 - 41.07- 44.66-62.34 and in the area of development of health services, and Establishment of the system for assessing service satisfaction is 26.68 - 61.25 and in the area of upgrading the management of equipment supply and distribution of 41% and in the field of development of educational activities is zero percent. However, achieve the strategic objectives of The study center proportion to the percentage of the base and desirable percentage is considered, is desirable, But a strategy that is based on accurate knowledge and understanding of the environment is based strategic thinking and It is also necessary commitment to implement the right strategies and implement appropriate monitoring and evaluation system can be upgraded strategic management in organizations have to follow.

In the light of various studies carried out in various socio-economic areas, scientific and cultural development has been introduced as a prerequisite and fundamental factor for sustainable development of the societies. Obviously, universities, as a "scientific and intellectual command center of the society" have a fundamental and unique role and function. In order to achieve this, the most significant and fundamental problem or challenge of universities is the lack of a comprehensive and long-term plan that can clarify the prospects for university development, providing a reasonable and reliable framework for different types of activities such as educational, research, technology and support-staff activities. Since the strategic thinking in the management and planning of universities can be used as a solution to the challenges of the present age and to the strategic requirements of higher education institutions both inside and outside the country, so: The present study aims to "compare comparative strategic thinking in the management and planning of universities inside and outside the country "with the aim of identifying the main and subcomponents of management and strategic planning. This research is a comparative study in the field of university management.The research data have been analyzed to extract the main and subcomponents of strategic management using "factor analysis". The research findings showed that there are 6 main components and 6 sub-components in the comparative comparison of the strategic thinking in the strategic management and planning of universities inside and outside the country.

The present research aims to design strategic management model in technical and vocational training. The research has qualitative design and for data analysis and classification, thematic Analysis Method (Thematic Network) was applied. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts of the Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization. The number of 13 participants were selected by purposive method based on experience and expertise criteria. For data collection, the structured and semi-structured interview were used. The data collection process was performed using theoretical saturation technique until it reached the iteration and saturation stage. For data validation, triangulation method was used. Content validity index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR) were used to decision making and assess the consensus of experts and to evaluate the reliability, Holstein coefficient was considered. At the end of the thematic analysis process, the conceptual model of research was designed based on the themes extracted and the theoretical foundations of the research. Results showed that number of eight inclusive themes, including strategic goals, external environment analysis, internal environment analysis, strategic analysis, educational goals, technical and vocational training plans, implementation of technical and professional training and evaluation plans, as well as 33 organizing themes and 160 basic themes were recognized for the strategic management model in technical and vocational training. According to results, this model can provide promisingly a suitable framework for strategic management execution in skill training.

One of the important and fundamental issues that can be raised and used as an effective management model for officials and managers of today's society is to identify and explain the strategic management and strategic thinking of Imam Khomeini during the imposed war. To this end, this study seeks to answer the fundamental question of what are the important managerial characteristics in the Imam's biography and behavior during the imposed war? The research claim emphasizes that Imam Khomeini's managerial characteristics were based on his personal and organizational behavior and behavior based on Islamic values. Also, the purpose of research is to design and explain an efficient model of Imam Khomeini's management strategies and model its behavior for the country's managers. The research findings also show that Imam Khomeini's leadership and management model in the imposed war can be identified and explained in a combined way based on three levels: individual (personality), behavioral and organizational. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a general concept where companies voluntarily decide to adopt social, economic and environmental responsibilities for a better society and environment. Researchers in the management field have created various CSR models and theories. Moreover, enterprises are working out to strength its competitiveness performance though adopting CSR approaches. For that, decision makers in an enterprise have to target the most appropriate CSR approach that fit with the environment and the nature of their enterprise. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been presented through the article in order to help an organization take decision toward the most convenient CSR method according to many characteristics and criteria.

Abstract: One of the basic priorities of any country is to designate appropriate financial strategy to reach an optimized education system to to tenure different jobs. The goal of this research is to determine criteria of importance and skills and knowledge ranking needed by Accounting graduates in order to achieve future financial success. To have access to the research goal, accounting education skills related variables recognized and categorized into 7 principal components (strategic management, analyzing skills, leadership skills, increasing capabilities skills, general skills of Accounting, communication skills and personality skills) are selected and the fuzzy AHP is utilized to data analysis. Research results show that strategic management is placed as the first priority and communication skills is considered as the last one according to professionals' points of view.

Purpose and necessity of research: The main issue of this research emerged when we looked a huge amount of strategy formulation in various petroleum companies in Iran, in which, those documents followed the classical patterns (such as David model) of strategy formulation, on the prescriptive-consecutive paradigm, with no face of the environmental approaches to conduct the planning process of strategy formulation. In this article, we suggest the pattern of Reeves, Hannes and Sinha (2015), in order to choose and execute the right approach for National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)’s strategy formulation. Research Methodology: This research is developmental, explanatory and quantifiable research. The research strategy was survey and by its application, the information needed to determine the degree of NIOC environmental strategic dimensions and prioritization of different patterns of strategy formulation in NIOC, were achieved. Research Findings: The shared value strategy, shaped NIOC as the leader of oil and gas industry in the various domestic industry and above all into the international market as the OPEC joint partner. It seems that NIOC organizational culture adapt with the shared value strategy according to creation, lead, and membership in the share of crude export with OPEC and non-OPEC collaboration during the ages. Therefore, NIOC should craft the shared value strategy for the niches of oil and gas markets.

The Impact of Management Accounting Network and Strategic Emotions of Management Accountants on Strategic Management with Emphasis on the Modifying Role of Organizational Culture and Information Systems

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the management accounting network and the strategic feelings of management accountants on strategic management with emphasis on the moderating role of organizational culture and information systems. It can help financial managers to make decisions in the value chain by using the participation of companies in the management accounting system. But unfortunately, despite the passage of time, the accounting techniques of strategic management are still unknown to financial managers and have led to the reduction of companies' participation in strategic decisions. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the management accounting network and the strategic feelings of management accountants on strategic management, emphasizing the moderating role of organizational culture and information systems. To study the theoretical foundations and examine the background of the research, a library method is used using Persian and Latin specialized books and articles and theses. The type of data used are quantitative and qualitative data, since the method of collecting information in each research is determined according to the type and nature of the research. In this research, two questionnaires are used. The research questionnaire consists of two parts, in the first part demographic questions are asked. In the second questionnaire, it is used to collect information related to strategic management accounting. The Likert method, which is a 5-point scale, was used to set up the questionnaire. Research evidence indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between the management accounting network and the implementation of strategic management accounting practices. There is a relationship between the quality of information systems and strategic management accounting. Also, information systems moderate the relationship between the management accounting network and the implementation of strategic management accounting practices. There is a positive and significant relationship between innovation-oriented culture and the implementation of strategic management accounting practices. There is a positive and significant relationship between the result-oriented culture and the implementation of strategic management accounting practices. Innovative culture moderates the relationship between the management accounting network and the implementation of strategic management accounting practices. Results-oriented culture moderates the relationship between management accounting network and implementation of strategic management accounting practices. There is a positive and significant relationship between emotions and implementation of strategic management accounting practices. Information systems have a moderating effect on the relationship between emotions and implementation of strategic management accounting practices. Innovative culture has a moderating effect on the relationship between emotions and implementation of strategic management accounting practices. Result-oriented culture has a moderating effect on the relationship between emotions and implementation of strategic management accounting practices.

Identifying the Dimensions and Components of the Perceptual Cognitive Model of Investors with Regard to the Information Environment of the Iranian Capital Market(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Nowadays, according to the increasing trend of environmental changes and developments, organizations and companies need different strategic entrepreneurship models to respond effectively to their environmental needs. Therefore, this article is trying to systematically examine the findings of the studies conducted in this regard by using the meta-combination method and analyzing them based on the formation process and the output achievement. For this purpose, by referring to the reliable documents and documents available on the sites and checking the information from English sources from 2000 to 2019 and Persian from 2001 to 2019, among the mass of primary articles, 88 articles related to the research topic were identified. In order to analyze the selected articles, constituent concepts, and influential components, the content analysis method was used, and to validate the extracted concepts, the Delphi panel method was used with the presence of 8 experts. At the end of the research findings in the form of 5 components (leadership, attitude, resources, opportunism, and innovative learning), 10 sub-components (individual characteristics, management characteristics, organizational, cultural, social, financial, non-financial, the path of discovery and creation, exploitation, education and creativity and innovation) and 49 concepts were identified and classified. Also, the rank and importance of experts' opinions about the components of strategic entrepreneurship are in the order of leadership characteristics, opportunism, innovative learning, attitude, and resources.

The Middle East today can be considered an area with the features of chaos due to its geopolitical structure, complex historical identity and decades of crisis. In this volatile area, security has undergone an extensive alteration, and the Islamic Republic of Iran, as a major actor and historical activist, needs certain behavioral patterns to correspond to the situations and trends of security chaos. The present paper seeks to identify the elements of Iran's regional behavioral patterns in the Middle East security chaos. It is hypothesized that Iran needs to take advantage of patterns of constructive interaction, balancing, geopolitical stability, and Interactive Order-Building to play a regional role in this chaos. A descriptive-analytical method and theoretical modeling is employed to account for the historical process of chaos in the Middle East and Iran's chaos management model in foreign policy.

Purpose: In this research, the influencing factors on the behavior of human resources in the marketing department and human resource management policies and their relationship with the strategies of this department have been examined in order to identify the factors that are related to the superior performance of this department. Methodology: The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews were conducted using a combination of purposive (judgmental and quota) and theoretical sampling. In this regard, there were 36 elites in the statistical population of this research. Data analysis was done in three stages open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and based on that, a qualitative research model was presented. Findings: The results of the research led to the extraction of 669 open codes, 160 concepts and 40 categories in the form of a paradigm model include the central category (strategic management of human resources in marketing, culture, improvement and correction, coherent and aligned systems), causal conditions (control of destructive effects), strategies (job satisfaction, commitment, trust, perceived organizational support, motivation, justice, reward, employee participation, loyalty, empowerment, empowerment, green insight into human resources and marketing), the prevailing context (demographic characteristics, psychological characteristics, organizational structure, strategy, organizational culture and supply, technology in use). Conclusion: finally outcomes (superior performance, organizational citizenship behavior, key work behaviors and production axis, the effects of human resource strategies, environmental thinking and green performance) were presented.

The theoretical saturation criterion was used to determine the sample size and 36 interviews was conducted in 14 manufacturing companies in order to finally achieve theoretical adequacy along with document content analysis. Atlas. ti software was used to analyze the data obtained from the interviews and coding. Data analysis was done in three stages open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and based on that, a qualitative research model was presented. The results of the research led to the extraction of 669 open codes, 160 concepts and 40 categories in the form of a paradigm model include the central category (strategic management of human resources in marketing, culture, improvement and correction, coherent and aligned systems), causal conditions (control of destructive effects) , strategic human resources and competition in the market, job type, priority dimensions, value addition and customer retention), strategies (job satisfaction, commitment, trust, perceived organizational support, motivation, justice, reward, employee participation, loyalty, empowerment, empowerment, green insight into human resources and marketing), the prevailing context (demographic characteristics, psychological characteristics, organizational structure, strategy, organizational culture and supply, technology in use) and finally outcomes (superior performance, organizational citizenship behavior, key work behaviors and production axis, the effects of human resource strategies, environmental thinking and green performance) were presented.

The purpose of this study was to design and formulate strategic liquidity management strategies in the banking industry. In this research, in order to combine qualitative and quantitative data, a sequential integrated exploratory method will be used, according to the classification model with emphasis on qualitative data. Therefore, according to its objectives, the present study is part of applied research and in terms of the research process is part of descriptive and exploratory research that was conducted in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population of the present study was the qualitative part of the managers of the Welfare Bank. The sampling method was to achieve theoretical saturation and 25 people were selected as the sample size. Therefore, a survey was used to collect information and according to the data collection, two types of tools were used to review documents, interviews, and questionnaires, and the evaluation method of the questionnaire was performed with a 5-point Likert scale. The Cronbach's alpha questionnaire was used. SWOT analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the Welfare Bank has many opportunities to develop appropriate liquidity management strategies. As it was observed, the chart stretches towards the opportunities and strengths of the offensive situation, which requires strategic planning to use the strengths and opportunities, and 11 strategies were developed for this purpose.

The article is devoted to the digitalization of biocluster management on the basis of a balanced scorecard. It is proved that a biocluster, as a local model of business concentration that integrates environmentally oriented enterprises, through a combination of traditional and new technologies, resource saving and diversification of the range of environmental products, is able to satisfy various customer requests in one place and time, to ensure competitive advantages and integration into the world economic space. The concept of applying a balanced scorecard in the strategic biocluster management was formed. The technology of formation and mechanism of implementation of the balanced scorecard and digital data processing technologies into the management information system of strategic biocluster management was proposed. The digital outline of the strategic program for transferring the mission and strategy of the biocluster to the mode of effective use, capacity building and development was formed. The scorecard for strategic management of the biocluster was developed, the study of the dynamics of which allows to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the biocluster, to identify tolerance and resilience to changes in the business environment, to identify ways to achieve the set development goals.

Identifying the Promoting and Inhibiting Factors in the Development of Women's Professional Basketball in Khorasan Razavi(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of the current research was to investigate and prioritize the promoting and inhibiting factors in the development of women's professional basketball in Khorasan Razavi, Iran. This is a mixed study conducted with an exploratory-analytical approach. In the qualitative part of the research, the interviewees included sports management professors, prominent basketball pioneers in Khorasan Razavi province, professional female basketball players, as well basketball boards’ managers and representatives. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population included professional female basketball players, coaches, and basketball pioneers in Khorasan Razavi. In general, 8 interviews and 134 questionnaires were collected in the research process. The qualitative data was analyzed through the content analysis method while the quantitative data analysis process was completed by using SPSS software (v. 22) and exploratory factor analysis, as well as Friedman's ranking tests. The findings of the research revealed that out of 48 items obtained as effective factors on the development of women's professional basketball in Khorasan Razavi province, 25 items were considered as promoting factors and 23 items were found as inhibiting factors. Also, based on the results of the exploratory factor analysis test, 6 promoting factors ("socio-cultural factors", "technical level", "basic factors", "expert human resources", "competition and event", and "scientific indicators") and 5 inhibiting factors ("financial issues", "motivational supportive factors", "facilities factor", "club ownership" and "management perspective”) were identified. "

در عصر حاضر زیرساخت های تکنولوژیکی و اقتصادی تنها مزیت رقابتی سازمان ها به شمار نمی روند. دارا بودن افراد با استعداد می تواند زمینه توسعه و رشد پایدار سازمان ها را تضمین نماید. نقش مدیریت استراتژیک استعداد در سازمان های دولتی در رشد مهارت های شغلی کارکنان امری حیاتی و ضروری به شمار می رود و بدون وجود مدیریت استعداد اثربخش در سازمان ، ما شاهد اتلاف منابع سازمانی خواهیم بود. سازمان دولتی به دلیل نداشتن فرایند مشخص و مبتنی بر رقابت عموما از لحاظ مدیریت استعداد در سطج بسیار پایینی قرار دارند. همین امر طراحی مدلی که به بررسی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت استعداد کارکنان را مورد بررسی قرار دهد از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است. جهت حصول به این امر این تحقیق به بررسی مدیریت استعداد کارکنان در سازمان های دولتی ایران پرداخته است. روش انجام پژوهش به روش کیفی و روش دلفی صورت گرفته است پژوهش حاضر، همانند هر تحقیق دیگر، مرور ادبیات موضوع مرتبط، به صورت کتابخانه ای بوده و همچنین مدیریت استعداد کارکنان در راستای طبقه بندی و ارائه ساختار بر اساس تحق یقات گذشته انجام شده است. برای بررسی و پاسخ به سوال پژوهش، به مصاحبه با مجم وعه خبرگان پرداخته می شود. بر اساس روش نمونه گیری قضاوتی و گلوله برفی، انتخاب خواهند شد. شاخص کفایت تعداد مصاحبه ها، اشباع نظری است که بر اساس آن، پژوهشگر بدین نتیجه برسد که مصاحبه های بیشتر، اطلاعات بیشتری به اندوخته های فعلی مصاحبه ها اضافه نخواهد کرد و در نهایت مدل کیفی نهایی براساس عوامل علی، راهبردی، مداخله گر، بستر ساز و پیامد به عنوان عوامل نهایی ارئه گردید.
