چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از جنبه های مهم توسعه شهری، توجه به کیفیت و کمیت آسیب پذیری شهر در برابر آسیب های ناشی از حملات نظامی است و در یک شهر خوب و ایمن به کارگیری اصول پدافند غیرعامل، نقش مهمی را ایفا می کند. روش:تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ روش، توصیفی – تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی و همچنین برداشت های میدانی، روش های گردآوری اطلاعات این تحقیق بوده و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل مشاهده، فیش برداری و پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارشناسان و متخصصان در زمینه مسائل شهری، بوده که نمونه-گیری از میان آنها به شیوه خوشه ای انجام شده و 30 نفر از میان آنها به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است. برای تحلیل داده ها از تکنیک سوات استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نیاز است برای منطقه چهار که شهرک امید در آن واقع شده است، طرح جامع پدافند غیرعامل تهیه گردد و اصول پدافند غیرعامل در طرح ها و برنامه های شهری لحاظ شده و همچنین در راستای مدیریت کارآمدتر، برای مناطق آسیب پذیر، نقشه تهیه شود.نتیجه گیری: با تحلیل انجام شده، مشخص شده است مجموع امتیاز نهایی این عوامل نقاط قوت در شهرک امید برابر با 463/3 بوده که از میانگین مورد نظر (5/2) بیشتر است که در شرایط مناسبی قرار دارد. همچنین از نظر نقاط ضعف نیز مشخص شده است که مجموع امتیاز نهایی برابر با 618/2 بوده و نشان از آن دارد که شهرک امید در کنار نقاط قوت، با ضعف های متعددی در حیطه برنامه ریزی شهر ایمن روبرو است.Providing safe city planning strategies from the point of view of passive defense
Background and Purpose:One of the important aspects of urban development is paying attention to the quality and quantity of the city's vulnerability to damage caused by military attacks, and in a good and safe city, the application of passive defense principles plays an important role. Method:The current research is descriptive-analytical in terms of method and practical in terms of purpose. Library and documentary studies as well as field observations are the methods of gathering information in this research, and the means of gathering information include observation, questionnaires, and questionnaires. The statistical population of the research was experts and specialists in the field of urban issues, and the sampling among them was done in a cluster manner and 30 people among them were considered as the sample size. findings:There is a need to prepare a comprehensive passive defense plan for region four, where Omid town is located, and the principles of passive defense should be included in urban plans and programs, as well as for more efficient management, a map should be prepared for vulnerable areas.Conclusion:It has been determined that the total score of these strengths factors in Omid town is equal to 3.463, which is higher than the target average (2.5), which is in a good condition. Also, in terms of weaknesses, it has been determined that the total final score is equal to 2.618, which shows that Omid town, along with its strengths, faces many weaknesses in Ayman city planning
