ارائه الگوی جذب دانش آموز در هنرستان های تربیت بدنی شهر تهران

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی جذب دانش آموز در هنرستان های تربیت بدنی بود. پژوهش حاضر کیفی با راهبرد تحلیل مضمون و از نوع اکتشافی است که با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی به جمع آوری داده ها پرداخته و سپس با 23 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه شامل مدیران، سرپرستان، هنرآموزان و معلمان تربیت بدنی هنرستان ها، مدیران ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان و آموزش وپرورش، اساتید دانشگاهی مدیریت ورزشی و صاحب نظران حوزه تربیت بدنی مصاحبه شد و تحلیل داده ها از طریق کدگذاری در این پژوهش به صورت باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. همچنین از نرم افزار مکس کیو.دی.ای نسخه 2020 جهت تحلیل داده های کیفی پژوهش استفاده گردید. پس از بررسی مصاحبه ها و تحلیل دیدگاه خبرگان و متخصصان، درنهایت تعداد 57 شاخص در جذب هنرستان های تربیت بدنی شناسایی شد که در قالب شش عامل اصلی و 13 عامل زیرمجموعه دسته بندی شدند. نحوه گزینش دانش آموزان برای ورود به هنرستان های تربیت بدنی در شرایط نامطلوبی قرار دارد که می توان با برنامه و نظارت دقیق نهادهای مسئول به خصوص آموزش وپرورش به آن سروسامان داد و نیروهای مستعد را جذب و آماده ورود به دانشگاه و بازار کار تخصصی رشته تربیت بدنی کرد.Providing a model for student enrollment in physical education vocational schools The city of Tehran
The aim of the current research was to provide a model of student recruitment in physical education conservatories. The current research is qualitative with thematic analysis strategy and of an exploratory type, which collects data using documentary studies and then with 17 experts in this field, including managers, supervisors, art students and physical education teachers of conservatories, staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. and education, university professors of sports management and experts in the field of physical education were interviewed and data analysis was done through coding in this research in an open, central and selective manner. Also, Max QDA software version 2020 was used to analyze the qualitative data of the research. After reviewing the interviews and analyzing the opinions of experts and specialists, finally, 57 indicators were identified in the recruitment of physical education schools, which were categorized into six main factors and 13 sub-factors. The way of selecting students to enter physical education conservatories is in an unfavorable condition, which can be improved with the careful planning and supervision of the responsible institutions, especially education, and to attract talented personnel and prepare them to enter the university and specialized labor market of physical education.
