چکیده
گردشگری به عنوان نیروی اصلی اقتصادی و فرهنگی در دنیا شناخته شده است و همچون ابزاری نیرومند در راستای ایجاد منفعت برای جوامع محلی در نظر گرفته می شود. از عوامل موثر در افزایش روند گردشگری توجه به جامعه میزبان در محیط های گردشگری و میزان رضایتمندی و خشنودی آنها از این فعالیت ها است. از این رو درک و فهم ساکنان از اثرات گردشگری برای دستیابی به حمایت های ایده آل از توسعه گردشگری ضرورت می یابد. هدف کلی این تحقیق، شناسایی ابعاد عملکرد گردشگری و مکانیسم اثرگذاری آن بر حمایت از توسعه گردشگری در گردشگاه سیاسرد شهر بروجن است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته است که روایی آن با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به به تأیید رسیده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش ساکنان شهر بروجن بوده و حجم نمونه 155 نفر است. برای تحلیل داده ها از قابلیت های آماری در نرم افزار SPSS و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار AMOS استفاده شده است. برآیند ارزیابی ها مطابق با تحلیل های صورت گرفته نشانگر آن است بیشترین اثرات گردشگری در حوزه اجتماعی مشاهده شده است که این وضعیت را می توان ناشی از یک فرآیند پیچیده تغییر و مبادله بین گردشگران، سکونتگاه های میزبان و مقاصد گردشگری دانست. دیگر اثر مهم ناشی از توسعه گردشگری، مربوط به عامل کالبدی است. چنانچه گردشگری در منطقه مورد مطالعه تغییرات نامطلوبی همچون تضاد در بافت قدیمی و جدید بواسطه از بین رفتن معماری سنتی، الگو برداری از خانه های تاریخی در ساخت مسکن و رواج ویلاهای گردشگری ایجاد کرده است. در واقع می توان گفت توسعه گردشگری با ایجاد رضایتمندی در گردشگران مطابق نظریه تبادل اجتماعی منجر به حمایت از توسعه گردشگری گردیده است.Identifying the function and mechanism of the effect of tourism on supporting destination society with variable of consent mediator
Tourism as a powerful tool in line of profit creating for local societies. The effective factors in promoting the process of tourism are considering host society in tourism environments and their level of satisfaction and consent in these activities. Hence, local society understanding of the tourism effects is essential for reaching ideal support of societies for tourism development. General aim of the research is identifying the function of tourism and its effective mechanism on supporting tourism development by considering the variable of consent mediator of destination society in tourism region of Siasard of Brojen. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by the experts’ view and the reliability was verified by Chronbach’s alpha and its general amount was 0.946. The statistical population was the inhabitants of Brojen (n=104053) and the sample size was 155 people. SPSS software was used for analyzing the data and AMOS is applied for modeling structural equations. The results show that tourism function in three aspect of economic, social, and skeletal is significant by covariance weights of 0.84, 0.85, 0.78 respectively and the most effect is in social aspect. Also, the results of effectiveness of tourism function on supporting tourism development was confirmed by factor loading of 0.57 and significant level of 0.00. The effect of tourism function on increase of the amount of local society support has been apparent by consent mediator variable of local society of tourism destination of Brojen.
